As he spoke, Danitz turned and ran toward the deck.

But before he could run a few steps, he heard his subordinates shouting behind him:

"Boss! No need!"

"The Blood Pirates have fled!"

"They ran away?" Danitz stopped abruptly, his sallow eyebrows shot up in surprise, and he sprinted back to the lookout post, snatching the monocular telescope from his hand.

In sight, the fleet led by the "Tree of Flesh and Admiral of Blood" Seniol's Fleet turned around as if startled by something.

Then it parted the sea and quickly disappeared into the vast mist.

Determined that it wasn't an illusion created by some Beyonder Ability or Mystical Item, Danitz put down his monocular telescope and looked at his Pirate with a bewildered expression.

Why did they run?

"Our Pirate crew is so prestigious now?"

"If you don't know, how could I possibly know..." The Pirate with a full beard silently grumbled to himself, not daring to voice his thoughts.

The two stared at each other for a moment. Danitz realized he had been out of sorts and coughed, "Continue monitoring. I'll go tell the captain."

"If anything else happens, we'll let everyone know."

"Don't worry, boss," the bearded man assured him. "Leave it to me, I guarantee not a single bird will escape."

Danitz mimicked the tone of Crazy Adventurer, grunted "hmm," handed the binoculars back to his subordinate, and strode towards the captain's cabin.

"Boss, what happened?"

"Is there Intis's fleet ahead, or have we encountered other Pirate?"

"Are you alright? Should we call someone else?"

As he walked on the deck, people kept asking what had happened, including his Pirate and other Sailor Chief ' subordinates.

Near the "Purification Cannon," Orpheus and his companions, who were using two decks of cards to Fight Evil, remained silent but cast inquiring glances.

Danitz, fearing that news of the "Blood Pirates" would cause unrest, decided to keep it a secret for the time being. He first told the captain, laughing it off:

"Fine.

"That pile of Dogshit was so hard it made my eyes water, I kicked its ass a few times." "You guys keep playing, I suddenly remembered I need to report something to the captain." He made up an excuse as he passed by the "Purification Cannon".

Without stopping, he continued walking towards the captain's cabin.

"A pair of Kings." Orpheus looked away, glanced at his cards, played a pair, and took two sips of the light Beer beside him.

Do you believe it?

"Anyone who believes that is a fool. The captain's busy studying Fourth Epoch artifacts; this guy wouldn't dare go over there unless something's wrong," First Mate Bru Wall scoffed.

"A pair of a!"

The others nodded in agreement and simultaneously passed on their cards.

"Pass."

"No."

"I don't either."

Orpheus glanced down at the cards, then suddenly gathered them up and tossed them into the pile of discarded cards in front of him. Looking around, he said, "Shall we go take a look?"

His teammates exchanged glances and responded in unison, "Great idea!"

"Then what are we waiting for?"

"Let's go, let's join in the fun!"

As they spoke, the four of them quickly stood up.

Bru Wall glanced blankly at the suddenly empty surroundings, then looked at his equally bewildered evil teammate, and suddenly realized:

"These piles of Dogshit, you bastards, you know you're going to lose so you cheat!"

As he spoke, he exhaled forcefully, found a nearby stone to weigh down the cards, and instructed his teammates, "Pick out their cards."

"We'll continue playing when we get back."

"Anyone who dares to cheat me out of my money can expect to be drinking swill for the next two weeks!"

He then chased after them, cursing and swearing.

Danitz knocked three times on the door, then took a half-step back and waited patiently. Thanks to the "Hunter's " excellent hearing, he quickly heard footsteps inside and unconsciously straightened his back to appear more alert.

squeak--

The door to the captain's cabin was opened from the inside.

Looking slightly haggard, the "Vice Admiral Iceberg" Edwina calmly asked:

"Did you need something?"

The captain's lost weight... Damn it, why don't I understand the Ancient Feysac used by the Solomon Empire... If I did, I could help her...

As Danitz blamed himself inwardly, he glanced at the deck below out of the corner of his eye, muttered "Dogshit" under his breath, and then nodded slightly to his captain.

"What is it? Just... never mind, come in and talk." Edwina changed her mind at the last minute and turned to walk towards the captain's table behind her.

Danitz quickly stepped forward, closed the door, and said in a deep voice:

"The lookout spotted the Blood Pirates just now, and I was about to tell everyone when they seemed to have spotted us too."

"Then, Seniol took his Fleet and fled. I'm worried about causing chaos, so I haven't told anyone else about it yet."

After quickly describing the situation, he voiced his doubts. "Captain, do you think Seniol might be plotting something? Even if he didn't want to fight us, there's no need for him to turn around and leave so abruptly."

"What should we do? Should we tell everyone and prepare in advance?"

Edwina hesitated for a few seconds, then slowly shook her head:

"Not really."

There's nothing wrong with what you did.

"Since Seniol has no intention of engaging in combat, there is no need to spread the word and unnecessarily increase the crew's fear."

"Arrange for more lookouts to prevent accidents."

As she spoke, she took out a Brain -shaped object covered in rust and eyes, which looked extremely dirty, from the drawer, and shook it a couple of times in her hand.

Without needing to say anything more, Danitz's gaze was instantly drawn to it.

Edwina explained in a completely calm tone, "This is Beyonder Characteristic of the ' Conspirer,' which can be used as Main Ingredient in Potion."

"I will tell you the names of the auxiliary materials before we arrive at Port Farim."

Similar to the Loen Kingdom in the Berserk Sea, Intis, another powerful nation in the Northern Continent, also has numerous overseas colonies in the Fog Sea. Among them, the earliest overseas colony is the Fog Sea Archipelago.

Their capital is Port Farim on the St. Tick Island.

This item can be used as the Main Ingredient for the "Conspirer" Potion... Once I gather the auxiliary ingredients, I can Advancement Sequence 6!

The thought flashed through his mind, Danitz struggled to pull his gaze away, saying excitedly:

"Thank you, Captain!"

After saying that, he seemed to suddenly remember something and said somewhat embarrassedly, "But I haven't had time to sell my property in Bayam yet."

"Besides, Jodson isn't on the ship, so how should I give it to him?"

Edwina shook her head almost imperceptibly:

"No need to give it to him; consider this Beyonder Characteristic quality as your share—it includes your portion, as well as Mia and Griffin's gratitude."

"After arriving at the Fog Sea Archipelago, they planned to leave the ' Golden Dream ' and settle in a quiet village with their savings."

Upon hearing this, Danitz's expression instantly turned as if he had swallowed a fly.

He swallowed the word "Dogshit" with great willpower, exhaled forcefully, and said, "I was wondering why those two have been acting so strange lately. Yesterday, Griffin inexplicably invited me for drinks."

"That's fine, after all, one can't be Pirate forever."

With a sigh, Danitz quickly pulled himself out of his sadness and joked, "But that means we'll have to recruit another ship's doctor."

Edwina remained silent.

At this moment, Danitz suddenly asked:

"Captain... Jodson, isn't he going back to the ' Golden Dream '?"

"Or is he carrying out your mission, responsible for delivering that Ghost Ship to the Church of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, and will he return later?"

Edwina glanced silently at her Fourth Sailor-in-Charge, her gaze sweeping across the doorway, and she pursed her lips slightly. "What exactly do you want to ask?"

"We..." Danitz chuckled awkwardly.

"We just felt that something was off with Jodson."

"Captain, is he really Jodson?"

Edwina put the "Conspirer" trait back into the drawer and calmly said, "After we arrive at St. Tick Island this evening, you'll be in charge of the supplies. You can try to get the contact person to help find the necessary auxiliary materials."

"Also, stay there for one night..."

She paused, then smiled, a rare occurrence for her. "Go to cabin number 3 and pick up Jodson to take him back to the ship."

"Bring Jodson back to the ship..." Danitz carefully considered the captain's words, then suddenly felt a chill run down his spine, his eyes widening in horror. "Is he really a fake?"

Edwina tacitly acknowledged her subordinate's guess, but instead of answering, she asked:

"Who noticed that?"

Danitz had a vague sense of Horror, like a captain taking attendance during a lecture. He forced himself to raise his hand slightly, his smile more like a grimace.

"I."

"And the reason?" Edwina asked again.

She personally felt that Lorry's disguise was quite good, so she was somewhat curious.

"He suddenly became very powerful, and..." Danitz said, glancing up at his captain before cautiously beginning to speak:

"When you were researching the ' Teleportation ' Charm before, I misunderstood something. The First Mate, second mate, and a few others misunderstood some things. Back in Norga, I asked him about it once when I was drunk."

"If it were really Jodson, he certainly wouldn't have given up this opportunity to play me, but he didn't. He just told me to clarify the rumors as soon as possible..."

"Captain... who exactly is he?"

Edwina paused briefly, then said, "I'm a student of my former teacher, and I'd like to participate in an exploration mission to help me digest the Potion."

Danitz said "Oh," and a few seconds later asked:

Can I tell them?

Edwina thought for a moment and said:

"This is only for you few; there's no need to let too many people know."

After saying that, she gave him the order to leave:

Is there anything else?

"My research isn't finished yet."

Danitz shook his head, seemingly wanting to say something but then turning and leaving the captain's cabin.

7 PM, Farim, the capital of the Fog Sea Archipelago.

After using his local connections to transport supplies for the Future period to the "Golden Dream," Danitz broke away from the group and headed straight for the nearest bar.

"A Golden Som!" he shouted in Intisian, tossing a few coins to the Bartender and looking around to choose a seat slightly further inside.

"Send it to that spot." Danitz pointed, and after receiving a response from the Bartender, he grabbed a few Newspaper to pass the time while waiting.

Walking to the booth, Danitz tucked the opposite Cushion behind him, let out a satisfied sigh, and casually picked up a Newspaper.

He shook his head twice, flipped to the front page, and looked down with a satisfied expression.

Then, he couldn't help but make a face as if he'd seen a ghost, jumped up abruptly, his eyes wide open, almost popping out of their sockets, and blurted out:

"Dogshit?!"

"How is this possible?!"
