"Roaaar~" Charizard adjusted to the new body, then beckoned Gary over, signaling for him to climb aboard.
Gary recalled Arcanine and Eevee, then lightly hopped onto Charizard's broad back.
"Tsk, tsk~ Nice and warm. Pretty soft, too~" Gary smacked his lips appreciatively.
Charizard tilted that head and curled a lip in speechless disbelief. Of course it's comfortable. This is genuine leather...
His team finally had a Pokémon that could carry him through the air. Thrilled, Gary patted Charizard's back and declared spiritedly, "Let's go! Next stop, Blackcloud City. Show me how long you can keep flying!"
Spreading those draconic wings and pushing lightly off the ground, Gary's Charizard climbed straight upward like a jet.
"Not bad~" Although Charizard wasn't quite used to flying yet, instinct and excellent stamina were enough to carry Gary steadily into the blue sky.
The wind rushed into his face, but Gary had come prepared and put on his sunglasses.
