Heath was a little panicked. If Mimikyu had accidentally died because of him, he really would have committed a terrible sin.
"Miss Nami, what would happen if there were still a Pokémon on my Food Truck?" Heath asked, looking at Nami. She froze for a moment, then gave Heath a very strange look. That look made him swallow despite himself. It felt just like telling a teacher to their face that he had forgotten to bring his winter break homework.
"Actually, nothing much would happen. It's just that shrinking it might put your Pokémon into a deep sleep." Nami stared intently at Heath for quite a while before answering his question casually. Heath let out a long sigh of relief. As long as nothing was wrong, that was all that mattered. If Mimikyu had suffered because of him, Heath felt he would have wanted to turn himself in to Sister Feng.
"But you don't mean this Mimikyu, do you?" Miss Nami pointed beside Heath. Puzzled, Heath looked back, then discovered a yellow ear poking out of his pocket. Although Mimikyu was trying hard to hide, it was no use. One look was enough to tell what Pokémon it was.
Heath froze for a moment. He did not remember calling Mimikyu. How had the little fellow crawled from beneath his Food Truck over to him? Or had Mimikyu already crawled over while Miss Nami was working?
This little fellow really was amazing. Before Heath had noticed a thing, Mimikyu had already nestled inside his clothes. He truly had no idea how it had managed it. Heath did not even remember catching sight of Mimikyu.
