Heath brought Zorua, Farfetch'd, and Charmander over to the pool. Zorua looked around in confusion. There wasn't a single piece of machinery anywhere, or even a staff member in sight. She seriously doubted Heath's claim that this was a claw machine.

Heath took out ten game tokens and held them in his hand, then picked up a fishing rod from the side and shook it. The water rippled, and an Octillery finally emerged, staring at Heath with dead-fish eyes.

"We'd like one go on the claw machine." Heath handed the tokens to Octillery, who pocketed them with astonishing speed.

"How do you play this?" Zorua stared blankly at Octillery. She didn't quite understand why Heath had brought Octillery out, and there wasn't even a claw here.

All of Zorua's questions were answered when Heath handed her the fishing rod.

"The way this claw machine works is that you control Octillery to grab these balls in the water. Inside each ball is a ticket with the name of a prize on it." Heath chuckled as he explained to the dumbstruck Zorua. Farfetch'd grew interested and watched Octillery curiously. How was Octillery supposed to grab them?

Before Zorua could speak, Octillery suddenly fired a Hydro Pump beneath himself. The force launched him into the air, his tentacles waving about like a claw machine's claw.

"Quick! Use the fishing rod to swing Octillery over to the spot you want!" Heath hurriedly called out. Zorua instinctively jerked her paw, making Octillery sway on the fishing line before dropping from the air, several tentacles wrapping around a plastic ball beneath him.

"Does that mean I got it?" Zorua asked excitedly.

"I don't know." Heath shook his head. Zorua was even more confused. Hadn't Octillery already grabbed the plastic ball? Why would he say he didn't
