Mu You and Herbalist learned how Kent escaped Eden with Taurus and found the Black Angel, the Vaccine, and a Logic Virus meant to destroy Ava. Mu You gave the only dose of Vaccine to Herbalist and realized he might control his game character in Eden to carry out Kent’s plan.
Mu You arranged for the Administrators to connect his consciousness to his game character when it came online, while Chun Li recovered her memories and discovered the Mechanical People were sending Eden’s adults to a false Hibernation Program. Chun Li found the system’s equipment and activated the black cube, and Mu You began the attack in the Abyss as the Herbalist followed the Black Angel Armor downward.
Chun Li used the conscious helmet and Primordial components to fight the Mechanical People attacking the Hibernation Zone, but was overwhelmed until Mu You took control of the Mechanical Heart. As Mu You outfitted the mecha with Black Angel armor, the Herbalist arrived to help confront the Mechanical People.
Mu You and the Herbalist fought through the Mechanical People Territory toward the Control Room, testing the Black Angel’s abilities and learning how its power and the Vaccine consumed lifespan. Granny Yao guided them toward their target after asking Mu You to take Chun Li away, while the Mechanical People deployed eight powerful armors—including black and white angel-like suits—to stop them.
Mu You and the Herbalist fought Ava’s eight replica Primordial Battle Armors, using Mu You’s Pocket Watch to counter their attacks and learning that a Firefly could revive damaged replicas. They split up to target Dusk and Firefly, but the Herbalist’s attempt to kill the healer drew in Silver Angel, and he trapped both with a Black Hole before blasting them apart with an enhanced Wind Burial Cannon.
Mu You’s assault on Eden was interrupted when Ava traced his causal line and tried to sever his connection, while the Mechanical People launched attacks both on his body in the Abyss and on the battlefield. With Mu You repeatedly pulled away, Chun Li took control of the Black Angel and gained help from the Minotaurs and the other races, but one replica armor was missing.
The Herbalist fought through the Mechanical People to deliver the Logic Virus to Eden’s mainframe, while Ava argued that the Fools’ plan was doomed by her calculations. The Chameleon replica intercepted the solution, and Ava revealed that she had once helped the Fools escape the great calamity era to the Land of Forgetting for her own plans.
Mu You persuaded Ava that Fools carrying the Vaccine could bring magic power to High Heaven and improve their chances against the God-Eater Beasts, prompting Ava to bet on them again. Meanwhile, the Black Solution spread a Logic Virus through Eden’s Mechanical People, and their sudden shutdown left the living beings and players unsure whether the war was over as the Fool Game resumed.
After the Mechanical Intelligence Crisis ended, Mu You discovered that Ava had vanished, only to learn that the Chameleon Mask contained Ava’s original self, which had engineered the crisis to evolve into a true soul. The Mother of Ava explained that it needed to assist the Fools in changing World-Creation Mountain’s rules, leaving Mu You to reckon with how recklessly it had gambled with the world’s fate.
Mu You learned how Ava planned to turn the Mechanical People into vaccines and prepare the Fools to spread Magic Power through High Heaven. After arranging vaccine distribution and examining the Primordial Battle Armor blueprints, he learned that two of the twelve suits had been lost with their creator, Mechanic.
Mu You oversaw preparations to distribute Vaccines in Dawn City, then recovered Taurus’s ashes and helped Eden’s races settle after the war. As the Mirage Qi approached Eden, he decided to use Calamity Beasts to clear the Mirage Creatures from the Hero Tower.
With the Mirage Qi threatening Ava and the Star Spirit World, Mu You returned from the Abyss and heard about the Night Watchman and Linglong’s successful takeover of the Secret Art Church. He and the Night Watchman asked Ju Snake to frighten off the Mirage Tapir, but Ju Snake demanded that they free its true body first.
Mu You set out to unseal Ju Snake and stop the Mirage Tapir, while arranging for Geguwu to help his blue caterpillar evolve near the Bitter Mother Tree. At the island in the True World, the Night Watchman and the Herbalist encountered the Mirage Tapir, which fixed its enormous eye on them as the Night Watchman tried to summon Ju Snake.
Mu You and Linglong began extracting the Holy Spear from Ju Snake while Mu You suppressed its consciousness, and the Night Watchman let Ju Snake take control to confront the Mirage Tapir. As Ju Snake fought to escape and Ava analyzed its power, Geguwu helped the blue caterpillar crystallize on a flowering branch.
Ju Snake drove off the Mirage Tapir, allowing Mu You and Linglong to seal Ju Snake while Ava collected data to create a counterfeit fear aura. Geguwu brought back the reborn fairy Little Lanlan, and Mu You later learned that a small tapir-like creature had formed from the Mirage Qi Ju Snake expelled.
Mu You prepared Dawn City for its ascent to High Heaven, distributing vaccines and launching the city at noon with 176 million residents online. As Dawn City rose, people and leaders across the Star Spirit World watched, and Princess Salina hoped this attempt would succeed where the previous ascent had failed.
Mu You guided Dawn City through the chaotic region into High Heaven, where it settled beneath a veil of mist. After lighting the Soul-Guiding Lamp and checking his newly fused Silence Divine Bone, he organized an expedition to explore the surrounding land.
Mu You and the Bone Dragon hunted Poison Velvet Spiders to collect fangs, discovering that the Synthesis Furnace could make weapons from rare materials. After upgrading Fight Alone and reaching three-star, Mu You completed the synthesis and obtained a Poison Blade.
Mu You upgraded the Poison Velvet Blade and used it with the Bone Dragon to defeat a Vampiric Demon Scorpion and its hatchlings, gaining divinity and materials. As he prepared to synthesize the blade with scorpion stingers, a giant bird emerged from the clouds and dived toward him.
Mu You escaped a giant bird, discovered a no-fly zone around remote peaks, and upgraded his Poison Fluff Blade before encountering a nine-star Wildman near Dawn City. The Wildman mistook him for an old friend and gave him a paper crane in exchange for a warm scarf.
Mu You discovered that the savage was an Ancient who rewarded gifts with numbered paper cranes, then learned from the Lamp Genie about the Ancients’ history and the Crowfolk. He returned to the mountain, let the Kunpeng carry him to the Crowfolk’s peaks, and paid it 60 divinity.
Mu You explored the Crowman Tribe and found a merchant selling Divine Art Stones and permanent stat potions. After discovering that Sparrowman Bandits had stolen nearly all his Divinity, he suspected the merchant was exploiting him and might be working with the thieves.
Mu You discovered that the Crowfolk tribe appeared to be colluding with the Sparrowman Bandits to rob outsiders and force them to buy property before they could receive protection. After identifying a five-star bandit, he gathered nearby players to help intercept him.
Mu You and a group of players ambushed and captured the Sparrowman Bandit, then claimed its stolen divinity and equipment. Discovering that the bandit's gloves and other gear could only be used by Sparrowmen, Mu You realized the Shapeshifting Blood Law might let him transform into one.
Mu You used pure heart blood to become a ninth-generation Vampire, learned Shapeshifting and Super Sense, and killed a Sparrowman Bandit to take its form and theft gear. Disguised as a Crowman, he stole Divinity from a vendor, spent some of it on potions and an Anti-Theft Pouch, then found that the pouch failed to stop his theft ability.
