Lumian used the power of the "Dignity" Brooch to Distortion the closing action, turning it into sealing off the entire room.

After completing this task, he, whose appearance had been altered using "Lie," did not immediately attack the Patient on the bed. Instead, he walked to the side and looked down at the patient from a superior position.

The Patient's eyes were tightly closed, remaining in a state of Slumber. His facial features, hairstyle, and hair color did indeed resemble those of "I Have a Friend."

Seeing that the guy was completely unaware of his intrusion and was still fast asleep, Lumian began to believe that he was a stand-in.

According to the statement in the letter from the "Magician" Lady, "I Have a Friend" is at least Sequence 6 "Hypnotist" of the "Psychiatrist" Pathway, and with a small probability, Sequence 5 "Dreamwalker". In this Pathway, regardless of the Sequence, they are very good at observation and it is impossible for them to be so oblivious and sound asleep when someone walks up to them.

The problem now is that such a double makes it impossible to see where the trap is.

Bathed in the dim moonlight filtering through the curtains, the Patient on the bed suddenly opened his eyes.

Lumian's image was instantly reflected in those Linen-Colored Eyes.

Almost simultaneously, Lumian once again saw the Dark Void, saw the Stars that seemed to blink like countless eyes, and saw the Gate of the Unseen composed of mysterious symbols that had come to life.

A voice, seemingly from the Depths of the void and the Source of his soul, echoed in his heart and in his ears:

"Past, pass through this Gate of the Unseen, and you will gain a life-changing experience and endless knowledge..."

"Everyone possesses Divinity and can hear the voice emanating from the very origin of this world. But if you wish to hear it clearly, you must open this Gate of the Unseen and enter through it..."

Lumian's head began to throb, and he "saw" the Gate of the Unseen slowly opening, feeling each Vocabulary of the voice transforming into a living, grotesque creature within his mind.

The voice rang out again, tinged with confusion and doubt, muttering to itself:

Where is the end of the world? What was the Universe like in its Primordial One?

"Which Deity created all of this, and who created Him...?"

What's it like outside the Universe? How are other worlds different...?

What is the difference between Humanity and Divinity? Is full self-awareness a sign of Humanity or Divinity...?

Where is the line between madness and Rationality? Is madness the ultimate fate of every living being...?

These words, which seemed to reflect on Mysticism knowledge and seek answers to certain Philosophy questions, made Lumian's head throb with pain. He felt a Pain he hadn't experienced in a long time, like a steel rod being driven directly into his head and churning his fragile brain.

Moreover, these problems also brought about strange Change in his own spirituality and the surrounding environment:

Madness began to surge, seemingly testing the boundaries of Rationality; the surrounding darkness seemed to be imbued with Humanity, exhibiting a distinct writhing motion; strange patterns slowly etched themselves onto the Bed in front of him and the floor beneath his feet, and even though Lumian himself couldn't see them, a sudden, intense Itching coursed through his body, making him want to tear off his outer layer of skin...

"Is there anything that transcends all limitations and conceptual thinking...?" the voice continued to ask the void.

In the writhing, dim Depths, something indescribable is slowly taking shape.

Lumian was utterly powerless to resist or stop it, and could only watch helplessly as the Great Terror descended upon him amidst a severe headache.

Just then, a blinding, brilliant Lightning of lightning illuminated his vision.

The enormous tree, seemingly grown from the Deity Kingdom, emitted a rustling sound from every Silver-White "branch."

Rumble!

As the silvery Lightning struck the Patient in the bed, Lumian finally heard the thunder that shook his eardrums and soul.

This jolted all the bizarre creatures that the Vocabulary had come to life out of his body, significantly relieving the throbbing pain in his head, leaving only the dizziness caused by the booming sound.

Terrifying Lightning ravaged the Patient's body on the bed. Several steps away, Lumian's skin felt as if it were being pricked by countless fine needles, experiencing both dense, persistent pain and patchy Paralysis.

Faintly, he heard sacred chanting echoing, as if saying, "I came, I saw, I Recording," and the ward grew darker and darker, as if it had been pushed into a mysterious space isolated from the outside world by some force.

Lumian sighed and turned his gaze back to the Bed, where he saw that That One Patient's entire body had turned black, like charcoal, with a burnt aroma emanating from it.

The body, clinging to the tattered hospital gown, sheets, and blankets, began to blur, as if transforming into a Pitch-Black shadow.

The surface of the shadow cracked open in numerous fissures, each covered with mysterious patterns and symbols that resembled both eyes and hundreds or thousands of mouths opening and closing.

Future Lumian could even process the Change, his Eyes were filled with pure, clear, golden Sunlight.

That sacred, ethereal voice echoed in his ears once more.

When his vision returned to normal, only a faint black mark remained on the charred surface of the hospital bed, twisting eerily like a snake whose vital parts had been forked.

It was indeed a trap... Lumian was not surprised at all.

He also deduced from the "illusionary" elements such as the Stars -filled void and the Gate of the Unseen composed of wandering symbols that That One Patient and one of Loki's Marionette came from the same Evil God's Gift, and that the one acting as a stand-in for "I Have a Friend" was clearly of a higher Sequence.

Did "Loki" and "I Have a Friend" ever take action against a Concealment organization that worshipped a certain Evil God?

"This is the will of ' Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth '. What does He want to achieve?"

"What specific purpose led ' I Have a Friend ' to choose to stay in Trier?"

"Is this double also a blatant mockery of his pursuers?"

"I know you're looking for me, and I know what clues you might find. Why am I deliberately giving you a glimmer of hope?"

In Lumian's mind, thoughts flashed like Lightning as he tried to analyze the current situation from the perspective of "I Have a Friend" and find clues as to where he was hiding.

He figured that given the level of danger That One Patient had just encountered, even a combination of "I Have a Friend" and "Loki" wouldn't be able to capture him alive and bring him into their team.

The fact that "Loki" has a similar Pathway of Marionette suggests that That One Patient just now was not actively or consciously cooperating with them.

Based on the Stand's confused and bewildered tone and endless questions, Lumian suspected that he had been driven mad by certain knowledge and truths while receiving the Gift or using the ability, becoming a true mental Patient.

"I Have a Friend" takes advantage of his status as a professional "Psychiatrist" to constantly guide the Patient to believe in him and become more friendly. Eventually, "I Have a Friend" reaches the point where he can "convince" the patient to perform Ritual and pray for a change in appearance.

Thinking of this, Lumian glanced at the window with iron bars and saw that the deep gloom from before had faded, and the Crimson Moonlight shone through the not-too-thick glass into the ward.

Conversely, at the edge of the previously normal Delta Asylum, the darkness had thickened considerably, and the void seemed to bend, as if it had been sealed off into a sphere.

After dealing with That One dangerous Patient, Lady "Magician" didn't use any other abilities; she simply put the entire Asylum and the surrounding Lawn into a state of near- Concealment.

This seems to be telling Lumian that he should solve problems on his own, and that his help lies in preventing the commotion here from attracting the attention of Trier's Official Beyonder.

Lumian breathed a sigh of relief and quickly went through all the things related to April Fool's Day in his mind, starting with the search for "Loki".

He gradually formed a guess, which even developed into a complete "story":

"I Have a Friend" was once Doctor, Nurse, or Patient at the Delta Asylum. One day, he discovered a strange patient who always asked all sorts of Philosophy questions.

Under the guidance of "Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth", "I Have a Friend" begins to contact the patient. In the process, he inevitably notices that there are some Gifted believe in a certain Evil God hiding around the patient. So, with the help of "Loki", the two drive away those problematic guys and gain control of the strange patient. "Loki" also takes the opportunity to acquire a Marionette.

After Loki Resurrection, he is reminded that "I Have a Friend" takes advantage of the strange patient's trust in him to perform Ritual Magic, praying to "Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth" and thus becoming a substitute, a walking trap.

As for "I Have a Friend," he must have Change his appearance and disappeared.

In his frustration, Lumian suddenly remembered something:

Jenna was lucky enough to become the stand-in for "I Have a Friend".

But what kind of good luck is it if you just encounter a Stand, especially one that represents a trap?

This should be called bad luck!

Unless, by following this double, one can truly find "I Have a Friend," or Jenna encountered not only a double but also "I Have a Friend," whom she simply didn't recognize or see directly!

Both of these points suggest that "I Have a Friend" is most likely still in this Asylum!

Regardless of whether the trap ultimately works, the pursuers are likely to overlook the problems inherent in the Asylum itself, assuming that "I Have a Friend" must have already moved to Hideout.

The darkest and most easily forgotten place is under the Oil Lamps!

With that thought in mind, Lumian suddenly turned around, flung open the heavy door, and rushed into the corridor of the Asylum.

With a crash, he smashed through the window at the corner of the stairs and landed on the Lawn enclosed by the Main Building and the two Annex Building.

At the same time, he used "Face of Niser" to transform himself into the Patient from before.

Immediately afterwards, Lumian loudly questioned the Starry Sky from the Lawn:

Where is the end of the world? What was the Universe like in its Primordial One?

"Which Deity created all of this, and who created Him...?"

The sound echoed throughout the Asylum, reaching every room.

Just seconds later, Franca's voice rang in Lumian's ears:

"There were unusual movements in the Doctor's Duty Room and Nurse's Workstation on the first floor, as well as in the first ward of the west Annex Building on the Third Floor."

Upon hearing his companion's report, Lumian laughed.

He slammed his hands down into the air in front of him, causing Crimson Flames to Burning instantly.

The Flames suddenly spread rapidly, illuminating Invisible Web that enveloped the entire building.

The spiderwebs stretched out in layers, reaching into every room, monitoring the movements of all humans.

This took Franca nearly half of her spirituality and a great deal of her time to prepare and maintain.

The Crimson Flames transformed into three giant Burning snakes, which rushed along the spider web towards the Doctor's Duty Room and Nurse's Workstation on the first floor, and then towards the ward on the Third Floor.
