When the Surgery was completed and the blind Sheep stepped off the examination table, calm and composed, no longer resisting, the on-duty Doctor suddenly felt as if he were dreaming.

The Surgery was a success...

A Surgery paradigm originally designed for humans has been successfully implemented on a Sheep...

The on-duty Doctor, in a dazed and bewildered state, watched as the Demon led the blind Sheep, now cured of its mental illness, out of the office and disappeared into the Crimson Moonlight outside the door.

Wherever they passed, crimson Flames surged, igniting the white Bandage they had just removed and the barely visible hair.

The rekindled flames were mixed with black streams of fire, which flowed like water, "washing away" the remaining Ice Cone and footprints.

The Doctor on duty didn't sense any danger and stared blankly, as if he were watching a grand fireworks display.

After an unknown amount of time, all the Flames were extinguished, and the guard who had been sent out returned to the Delta Asylum with a group of Police in black uniforms.

"Why are you so late?" the on-duty Doctor asked instinctively.

The lead officer cursed angrily, "You son of a bitch, we were shot in the dark on the road! Someone was shooting at us from the shadows!"

Market District, No. 3 White Coat Street, inside Apartment 601.

Lumian tied the Sheep that "I Have a Friend" had transformed into to one of the legs on the dining table, then ignored it and lay down on the living room Long Sofa, assuming a sleeping posture.

His appearance has been restored to its original state through "Lie," and the "Dignity" Brooch has long been removed.

"Not Interrogation now?" Franca glanced at the Sheep standing quietly, not trying to drag the table away.

She didn't look at Lumian, because the guy was so annoying now, she wanted to punch him, and even the Sheep that had become a pacifist was getting restless.

Lumian replied in a flat tone, "Ask me again when I've regained my spiritual awareness."

Yes, that's safer. Anyway, "I Have a Friend" is Sheep now, and his Frontal Lobe has been removed. He can't use his abilities and lacks the will to resist... Franca, dressed in her Assassin's outfit, withdrew her gaze and walked towards her bedroom to avoid losing control of her hands, Black Flame, Frost, and Spider Silk.

She wasn't worried about any unexpected events during the period before the Interrogation that might lead to "I Have a Friend's " mysterious death or its Loss of Control into Monster, because the Major Arcana Lady, including "The Magician," had already confirmed "I Have a Friend's" identity and would inevitably have obtained the most important information.

Jenna, holding the Obsidian Broken Arrow, approached the Long Sofa and gave a slightly Distortion "Yes, sir."

"Your Spoils of War."

She handed the Obsidian Broken Arrow to Lumian, whose eyes were still open.

During this process, her right hand trembled slightly, as if she were about to thrust the arrow into the other person's eye.

Lumian didn't reach out to take it, and calmly said, "This is your reward for good luck."

"Or rather, this is your true good fortune."

"Why does he sound like a Circus Divination..." Jenna didn't refuse, muttered something, then quickly turned and went into Franca's bedroom.

It has to be said that after this companion was promoted to "Pleasure Witch", even as a Women, she would blush and feel her ears get hot when watching her change clothes.

After Franca changed into comfortable home clothes, she used the "Magic Mirror Divination" to roughly figure out the name, ability, and Negative Effect of the Obsidian Broken Arrow:

Name: Bloodsucker’s Arrow.

"Ability: After inserting it into the chest on the side where the heart is located and allowing it to draw blood from the user, the user will gain strong self-healing and Regeneration abilities and outstanding physical constitution. Speed, agility, the ability to communicate with animals, as well as vision, Sense of Smell, and hearing will all be greatly enhanced, and the user's Charm will also be improved to a certain extent."

"In addition to these, users will also gain spell-like abilities from the dark realm, such as ' Abyss Shackles,' ' Corrosive Claws,' and ' Wings of Darkness.'"

Negative Effect:

"When in use, it abhors Sunlight and craves blood;

"The blood in one's body will be continuously drawn out by the object until death from excessive blood loss. One must constantly monitor one's condition and remove the broken arrow in time."

"The more frequently and the more often it is used, the more likely it is to cause various subtle Mutation in the body. When it accumulates beyond the limit, it may even lead to physical collapse. Note: Each use should not exceed three minutes, and the interval between uses should preferably be more than three days. In this way, the body will have a chance to recover and will not accumulate Mutation."

"It's best to avoid using this during a full moon, as while it may boost your stats, it can also easily lead to hallucinations and danger."

"What a wonderful Mystical Item!" Franca exclaimed sincerely, returning the "Bloodsucker’s Arrow" to Jenna. "Simply carrying it doesn't have any negative effects. Such Mystical Item could fetch over 40,000 Felkine at any Occult Gathering."

Holding the "Bloodsucker’s Arrow," Jenna said thoughtfully, "If I give it to you, will I have paid off the money I owe you?"

She believed she owed Franca 30,000 Felkine.

Franca typed "haha":

"No rush. This ' Bloodsucker’s Arrow ' can greatly enhance your strength, giving you true self-defense capabilities. You can sell it when your Sequence has improved to the point where you no longer need it."

"Pay back the money you owe me slowly, there's no rush."

Jenna was silent for a few seconds, then nodded slightly.

Lumian slept until six in the morning, feeling refreshed, though her head still throbbed slightly.

He sat up, looked around, and found that the Sheep that "I Have a Friend" had turned into was standing quietly next to the dining table, its Cavern Eye Sockets filled with blood clots.

Lumian laughed:

"You're in pretty good shape; such severe injuries and such perfunctory treatment didn't kill you."

He led the Sheep into the living room and poured the rest of the Truth Serum into its mouth.

After completing this task, Lumian began reciting the incantation to dispel the Incantation in Hermetic:

"Your Archbishop."

Gloom light flashed, and the Gray-White Sheepskin tore open, revealing the body of "I Have a Friend" dressed in a blue and white striped hospital gown.

Lumian helped the utterly calm man to a chair, looked at his empty, Blood-Colored Eye Sockets, and said with a smile, "I said yesterday that we can finally have a proper talk now."

He didn't respond to my calm "I Have a Friend."

He retreated to the sofa, sat down, and waited silently for the "Truth Serum" to take effect before asking, "What's your name? What did you do before? Why are you living in the Delta Asylum?"

Lumian started by testing the effects of the "Truth Serum" with the simplest questions, guiding the other person to form instinctive, subconscious responses.

The voice of "I Have a Friend" was unremarkable, but it had a convincing quality. "My name is Pierre Trio, and I was originally one of the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Basic Medicine."

"I once told you that I Have a Friend ended up in Asylum because of his carelessness and overconfidence. That was me. I was obsessed with manipulating other people's minds and didn't pay enough attention to my own problems. One day, I suddenly went insane."

"When I came to my senses, I had already been sent to Delta Asylum. Fortunately, I was only mentally unstable at the time, not truly out of Loss of Control. I still had my self-preservation instincts and did not display Beyond Ability without Rationality. Otherwise, I would have been sent to the Tribunal."

The friend you mentioned really is yourself... After discovering that "I Have a Friend" was hiding in Asylum, Lumian gained a new understanding of that statement from back then.

He pressed further, "Now that you've regained your senses and your cognitive abilities, why are you still staying at the Delta Asylum?"

"I Have a Friend" replied calmly, without mockery or a smile, "I find Asylum very interesting. The way those Patient think, their brain states, and their mental islands are significantly different from normal people. They are worth observing, studying, and analyzing."

"Moreover, some of them went insane due to illness, while others became Patient due to other factors. Among the latter, there are some who have had contact with the mysterious or the abnormal."

"Including the one you impersonated?" Lumian asked, as if confirming.

"I Have a Friend" nodded slowly:

"Yes, he is special. I noticed him very early on. He is like a Philosopher, always asking all sorts of strange and unusual questions. The Patient who are close to him, the Nurse who take care of him, and the Doctor who treat him are all slowly getting closer to his state. Concealment also some protectors around him who seem to have Extraordinary Ability."

"We dealt with those protectors, tried to gain his trust, and everything went smoothly. We learned that they belonged to an organization called ' The People of the Initiation,' practicing a Mysticism art called ' The Worship of Mitra and the Library,' which allows human Astral Body to ascend to the Layers of Heaven, witness the greatest sights, touch the edge of immortality, and obtain transformative knowledge and corresponding abilities from behind the ' Gate of the Unseen.'"

"People of the Initiation..." "The Gate of the Unseen..." Lumian noted these words down and continued, "After Loki's Resurrection and the warning he gave you, why didn't you flee Trier quickly?"

"I Have a Friend," he replied in a completely emotionless voice, "That's so boring. You always have to kill a few pursuers before you can escape."

So that's the reason... Lumian thought something important had kept "I Have a Friend" in Trier.

"Then why didn't you hide somewhere else?"

"I Have a Friend," he said calmly, "Who wants to see the Despair and Pain of the pursuers."

Seeking pleasure with one's life... Lumian laughed:

"Don't you know the power of the ' Tarot Club '?"

"I Have a Friend," he thought for a moment and said, "That Concealment organization that uses Tarot Cards as its codename? What's your connection to them?"

Upon hearing this, Lumian burst into laughter, laughing so hard he bent over backwards in an exaggerated manner.
