The information gap
Upon hearing Lumian's question, the "Magician" Lady's tone became more wistful:
"Mr. 'Men' was Ancestors of the Abraham Family, the first-ranking Duke among the five great Nobles of the Tudor Empire. It was He who sealed this Spaceship, while Amon was responsible for designing the Ritual to periodically Steal the power ejected from the Black Hole, reducing the pressure from the natural Decay of the seal and accelerating the Black Hole's demise."
"He's ranked even higher than Amon... In the Tudor Empire, Mr. 'Men' is second only to the ' Blood Emperor '?" Lumian listened intently.
At this moment, the "Magician" Lady sighed softly:
"In a sense, Mr. 'Men' is also my Mentor."
Mentor? Your Mentor is the Angel King of the Fourth Epoch, the number one Nobles in the Tudor Empire? Those are figures from one or two thousand years ago... Lumian never expected that the "Magician" Lady would have such a profound background.
No wonder he became the "Angel of Stars" next to Mr. The Fool's throne, no wonder he is the holder of the Major Arcana in the "Tarot Club"!
The "Magician" Lady glanced at Lumian and said with a hint of mockery, "It was indeed Mr. 'Door' who guided and 'urged' me step by step on the Divine Pathway, but the method wasn't what you imagine, and that wasn't a good thing."
It wasn't a good thing... Lumian was taken aback at first, then realized what was going on.
He made a guess based on his own experience:
Lady "Magician" was once Corruption by Mr. "The Door" but was saved by Mr. "The Fool," which led her to Tarot Club.
Judging from what "Magician" Lady, she later reconciled with "Door"? Otherwise, she wouldn't have considered him her Mentor... How strange, it doesn't quite feel real, just like when I tell others that the Angel of Fate Termiboros, is also my Mentor... Lumian muttered to herself, then tentatively asked, "Is 'Door' still active on Earth?"
Was he as lively and energetic as his colleague Amon?
The "Magician" Lady shook her head:
"He has fallen."
Thus... Lumian turned his gaze back to the deep, bottomless sea:
The goal of April Fool's Day is to obtain that Spaceship?
"But they don't seem to know that a developing Black Hole is sealed inside..."
That's a terrifying thing that even True God couldn't completely solve. Once it breaks free from its seal and develops for a period of time, it will compress and absorb everything around it. What makes the Core Member "April Fool's Day," who aren't even at the Half-God level, think they can face it without fear?
Suppress it with that Spaceship? Probably not. Only Evil God or someone at the level of "The Fool" who created that Black Hole could control it...
The "Madwoman" even believed that what was sealed away was Deity in Gestation or Monster of similar status...
Thinking of this, Lumian's heart skipped a beat, and he asked in a deep voice, "Were those Core Member misled on ' April Fool's Day '? Was That One Celestial Worthy's purpose to release Black Hole and create an Apocalypse Calamity ahead of schedule?"
"Once Beyonder Corruption by Him enters the Spaceship, He has a chance to achieve His goal?"
This really shows a complete disregard for the lives of Ultraman, Madwoman, Wandering Poet, and Loki...
However, this is also the style of April Fool's Day ' Day; they don't value life other than their own!
Lumian suddenly felt like laughing; his already satisfied mood from defeating "Ultraman" and "Madwoman" grew even more pleasant.
The "Magician" Lady nodded slightly and said, "If you hadn't used all your resources and dealt with this matter with overwhelming power, if I had arrived ten or twenty seconds later, and the Grayish-White Fog emanating from the ' Madwoman's' body had completely seeped into that Spaceship, the outcome might have been completely different. We wouldn't be able to discuss this matter in a relaxed state here."
Lumian recalled the events and, seemingly lost in thought, muttered to himself, "If I hadn't obtained the temporary Authority of the ' Governor of the Sea ' and restricted the ' Madwoman's' Teleportation, she might have actually approached the flesh-and-blood ' Bird's Nest ' that was giving birth to the Black Hole before you arrived, instead of splitting off a humanoid form made of Grayish-White Fog to try and infiltrate the Spaceship. In that case, the situation would probably have been much Vile, even more difficult to handle..."
The reason he was able to obtain the temporary Authority of "Governor of the Sea" was because he stole a portion of the power of the Sea through "Lie," allowing him to resonate with this "Sea Area," and he also possessed an extremely high False Status.
The reason he was able to steal a portion of the Sea's power using "Lie" was because the Mystical Item from the "Seer" Pathway was granted the power of "Steal" by High Sequence individual when placed on the Altar of "Veneration of the Ancestors" in Milo Village.
The Altar was able to grant items the power of "Steal" at High Sequence because it was built by Amon... built by Amon...
Lumian's thoughts suddenly became clear, and he roughly understood that it wasn't just them who were plotting to sabotage "April Fool's Day," but also that High-Ranking Being didn't want to see That One Celestial Worthy succeed!
The "Magician" Lady laughed:
"Have you figured it out yet? After seeing the ' Lie ' that grants the power of ' Steal,' I knew what was going on."
"I recently peeked into the Altar Underground Milo Village and confirmed that its purpose is to collect the spirituality of Worshipper and accumulate enough power to grant the ability to ' Steal '. Given the population of Milo Village and the number of Sea-Blooded, ' Steal ' can only be granted once a year, and each time it lasts for no more than half a month and can only be used once or twice."
"The power attached to a ' Lie ' is far greater than that."
Lumian frowned slightly and said, "You mean, the ' Steal ' of the Lie ' was given directly by Amon?"
Such speculation made him feel that it was absurd, Jester, and unreal.
In the preceding months, he was so terrified by Amon that he nearly died in the "Samaritan Woman Spring." Afterward, he tipped off the "Tarot Club Society," helping the "Angel of Time" eliminate most of Amon's presence in Trier. He also managed to forcibly extract a large debt from Amon's parasites.
What kind of relationship is this? It's a relationship built on deep-seated hatred! That's probably true for both sides.
So, now you're telling him that Amon secretly helped him?
Although Lumian knew that Amon's help to him was not due to mental derangement, but rather to thwart That One Celestial Worthy's purpose, he still couldn't help but doubt whether the world was normal.
The "Magician" Lady chuckled and said, "Perhaps, back then, there was an Amon hiding inside that Altar."
"Actually, I didn't expect that those people who used to make us fearful, apprehensive, and wary when we discussed them would now cooperate from time to time. Of course, you shouldn't let your guard down now. When facing the Evil God Outside the Barrier, you might be teammates, but not necessarily in other matters. Even when dealing with the followers of the Evil God, it depends on the specific situation. Maybe they think they can handle it alone and take the opportunity to set a trap to harm you?"
"Fine..." Lumian didn't want to believe it, but she had to accept the situation; the facts were undeniable.
Having filled in the missing information, he reconstructed the Sea-Praying Ritual in his mind, making the spiderweb-like thought pattern more complete and eliminating any crucial gaps.
The corresponding experiences and lessons then came to mind for Lumian:
The biggest mistake of the April Fool's April Fool's Day was not knowing that Franca and I, besides being members of the "Curly-Haired Baboon Research Society," were also members of the "Tarot Club," which Tarot Club issues related to the Celestial Worthy Being very important...
"There was also an information gap between them and the Celestial Worthy, which led them to be deceived and gradually walk towards their deaths..."
Didn't they consider that their goals might not be the same as the Celestial Worthy Venerable's?
"I also lacked information, but fortunately, I was not careless, nor did I underestimate the enemies, whether overt or covert. Even Lion fights a rabbit with all its might..."
"Of course, a very important point is that those who possessed crucial information but concealed it were on my side in this operation. What if they become my enemies next time? How should I deal with that...?"
In a flash, thanks to the relatively successful Hunting and the problems he had considered, Lumian felt that his "Conspirer Potion" digestion had progressed significantly, and based on this, he summarized his third Acting Principle:
"One of the keys to a conspiracy is information; a good Conspirer is adept at exploiting information asymmetry, and even actively creating it."
After closing his eyes and assessing his physical condition, Lumian felt that with another major, successful conspiracy and a period of daily accumulation, he should be able to completely digest the "Conspirer" Potion.
That grand conspiracy could be combined with the Ritual of advancing to Sequence 5 "The Reaper," so there was no need for further planning.
The "Reaper's" Ritual requires plotting a conspiracy to capture a Sequence is higher than one's own.
When Lumian opened his eyes, the "Magician" Lady passed the Gloom from her palm to him:
"You're in charge of distributing these things. This is something a ' Hunter ' must learn and master if they want to advance to Half-God."
"Okay." Lumian was used to distributing the Spoils of War.
He then added, "But before that, I'd like to meet the ' Wandering Poet ' first."
Those are also Spoils of War.
Inside the Ancient Ruined Grand Palace in the Night Kingdom.
Lumian, Franca, Hella, and Gandalf appeared one after another here.
They were all dressed as usual for parties, meaning that Lumian was now "Muggle" Aurora.
Gandalf threw the Wandering Poet he was carrying to the ground and did not impose any restrictions on him.
The "Wandering Poet" looked around the familiar place, without any thought of running away or resisting.
This is the Night Kingdom, isolated from the outside world, Concealment Night Kingdom. How could he possibly escape?
But how could he possibly fight back against two Half-God?
The "Wandering Poet" swallowed hard and blurted out, "I was also Temptation by Loki!"
He can now only hope that, having been trained in the "Swindler" Sequence, he can successfully "persuade" the two Half-God.
Seeing that Hella and Gandalf remained silent, the Wandering Poet added, "I can take you to Loki's Ancient Castle. I know a clue, really!"
Just then, he heard Lumian Lee, disguised as a "Muggle," say in a low voice, "Kill the Spiritism directly."
