• Madam Magician sent Lumian, Jenna, Franca, Anthony, and Ludwig into Mr. Fool’s dream, where Madam Justice supplied information identifying him as Zhou Mingrui.
• Lumian and his companions rented an apartment, encountered Amon as their driver, and began observing Zhou Mingrui and the people around him.
• Lumian concealed Danitz’s murdered body in a mirror, then tracked the reanimated corpse to Mushu Hospital after it escaped.

Lumian and his companions pursued contact with Zhou Mingrui by joining the Intis Group while investigating Rosanne’s paintings and corruption. After treating Rosanne and disposing of her dangerous painting, they arranged further contact with Zhou Mingrui and Anderson Hood, while Lumian investigated the injured security guards at Mushu Hospital.

• Lumian received Madam Magician’s warning that people whose real consciousness entered the dream could die there and that advancing to Half-God carried serious risks.
• Lumian met Zhou Mingrui briefly without obvious consequences, and Anthony claimed the group’s lottery winnings after Lumian transferred the ticket through a mirror.
• Lumian and Franca secured jobs at the Intis Group, while Jenna discovered that Rosanne’s paintings affected reality and that Rosanne defended their neighborhood from invading monsters.

• Lumian encountered a supernatural disturbance at Mushu Hospital and later fought a sea monster inside Mute Art Studio, while Franca’s attempt to hint at supernatural powers to Zhou Mingrui caused her to collapse and leave the dream.
• Franca and Lumian learned that dream events could affect their bodies and memories, while Green revealed that the Great Mother’s children were watching Zhou Mingrui and trying to keep him tied to the Intis Group.

The arc ended with Franca completing her advancement in the abyss and Lumian going below to find her as the way to save someone there seemed to require the Great Mother’s help.

• Lumian, Bernadette, Jenna, and their allies cornered Zarathustra in the Mirror-Behind Region, and Franca killed his dream persona with the Certain-Hit Gun after Lumian forced him into the hotpot restaurant.
• Jenna helped Lumian-na escape, while Rosanne learned that the city was Zhou Mingrui’s dream and struggled to accept that her world might be unreal.
• Lumian killed Mr. Cui, investigated Li Keji’s mushroom research, and discovered that Li Keji was pregnant with a child carrying Ombella’s bloodline, and Lumian later burned the fetus away.
• Lumian and his companions suspected that Zarathustra or his accomplices had replaced people connected to Gehrman Sparrow, while they considered how Mushu Hospital’s rebirth process served the Celestial Worthy.

• As the underground collapsed into an abyss, Franca concluded that advancing to Witch of Despair might open a route through the Mirror World and drank the potion while Jenna and Rosanne fought off the monster children.
• Jenna and Rosanne escaped through the Mirror World, but Franca was left below and completed her advancement while falling into the abyss, and Lumian went underground to reach her after learning that rescue might require the Great Mother’s help.
