Chapter Summaries

Amon stole Red Angel Medici’s two Conqueror Beyonder characteristics and gave them to Lumian before taking night watch outside the protected zone. Meanwhile, Emlin received an entrustment from Ancestor Lilith, who then asked Mr. Fool to kill her so her death could sever the Fallen Mother Goddess’s connection to the Brood Hive; Mr. Fool said the plan might work later, but the time had not yet come.

• Amon answered Lumian’s invocation, burned Red Angel Medici, and stole His two Conqueror Beyonder characteristics for Lumian.
• Amon left the protected zone and burned a mutated Sanguine to ashes while Emlin retrieved the corrupted Beyonder characteristic.
• Emlin reflected on the Sanguine’s losses and, in a dream, heard Ancestor Lilith entrust him with her Goddess of Beauty Beyonder characteristic and an extra Creator characteristic.
• Lilith told Emlin to advance quickly and protect the remaining Sanguine, while saying that some hopes had to be fought for.
• Lilith met Mr. Fool through a dream and asked Him to kill her, explaining that this could sever the Fallen Mother Goddess’s link to the Brood Hive.
• Mr. Fool confirmed that Lilith’s equivalence to Ombella could be used but warned that killing Ombella now would make the Brood Hive turn hostile, so Lilith agreed to wait.

Lumian revealed his plan to remove the mask on his left shoulder as a way to force a decisive choice in the struggle between Grisha Adam and the Primordial Witch God, but the attempt produced no visible change. He then traveled to Morola, where he entered the Underground Mausoleum and faced 0-01, the Salinger Blood Banner.

• Lumian told Mr. Fool he had obtained the remaining Conqueror Beyonder Characteristic from Red Angel Medici and asked for support before visiting Morola; Mr. Fool agreed to watch over events.
• Lumian visited the Angel of Destiny Ouroboros in the Forsaken Land and demanded to see Grisha Adam, who appeared over the Chaos Sea.

Lumian pulled the sealed “0-01” from Corpse Mountain Peak, slowing the destruction of Morola by planting it in the chaotic face and sealing it with the dark-gold mask. Back in Trier, he explained why he could not accommodate it yet, and the Book of Post-Apocalypse prophesied that he would encounter the Primordial Witch, Cheek, in the Ruined World.

• Lumian resisted “0-01” and used Alista Tudor’s face and the chaotic whirlpool face to seize the flag from Corpse Mountain Peak.
• As the Underground Mausoleum and Morola collapsed, Lumian planted “0-01” in the chaotic face and used the mask and starlight to seal it, halting the destruction.
• Lumian teleported away as meteorites struck Morola, then reappeared in Trier and told Franca, Anthony, and Ludwig how he had obtained “0-01.”
• Lumian explained that accommodating “0-01” and Medici’s Conqueror Beyonder Characteristics before acquiring Cheek’s Uniqueness and Sequence 1 characteristics would destroy his body’s balance.

Lumian met with Naporidisli, who explained how the original God's awakening had temporarily eased the Mother Tree of Desire's influence over him. Naporidisli asked Lumian to carry his mental imprint into the City of Calamity to connect him with the Shadow World, and Lumian agreed despite the danger.

• Lumian returned to the villa and learned that Naporidisli's condition had improved after the original God's consciousness and psyche awakened within him.
• Naporidisli explained that the original God had accommodated the Shadow World, linking it mystically to the Abyss and the City of Calamity.
• Naporidisli revealed that he had survived from the old era and asked Lumian to carry his mental imprint into the City of Calamity during a future deep mystical connection.
• Naporidisli said the imprint would let him establish a connection with the Shadow World and could reduce a danger Lumian faced when accommodating the City of Calamity.
• Lumian agreed to notify Naporidisli before his next deep mystical connection, while warning that he would destroy or imprison Naporidisli if necessary.

Lumian explained that the disaster surrounding his planned confrontation with the Primordial Witch could let Franca complete her Calamity Witch ritual. On the Future, Cattleya prophesied that Lumian would fight Cheek in the Primeval Rainforest on the Southern Continent, then saw the ship and its people as part of a vast, illusory vision.

• Franca asked Lumian about Naporidisli’s visit, and Lumian explained that a disaster tied to the Primordial Witch’s fall could fulfill her advancement ritual.
• Lumian and Franca visited Cattleya on the Future, where a sailor’s mushroom-covered appearance prompted Franca to ask about Frank Lee’s experiments; Cattleya said it was an illusion caused by the Protected Zone.

• Edwina escorted Lumian to Heraberg, who prophesied that Lumian would encounter Cheek in the near future and explained that Morola was inside his stomach, with its path of banishment leading to the Astral World.
• Lumian returned to Trier, told Franca about the prophecy, and said he would make a plan to bring disaster upon the Witch Sect.

As both sides prepared their Grade 0 Sealed Artifacts, Roland appeared and headed toward the Special Mirror World.

• Pallez Soraist sent Stars Leonard into the Mirror World and stayed behind as Soea and Tirya emerged to oppose him alongside Renette Tinekerr and Hermit Cattleya.
• Stars Leonard arrived to find Sun Derrick, Franca, and their allies battered by the Witches of Unaging and their Grade 0 Sealed Artifacts.

Ma'am Judgement distorted the battlefield’s rules to rebalance the matchups, leaving Sharon isolated against Clarisse and Empress Roselle. Sharon banished Roselle temporarily and faced Clarisse, while the other battles continued; in the Special Mirror World, the Primordial Witch taunted Mother Superior Roland about the Earth Mother.

• Ma'am Judgement used Solomon's Mask to distort the battlefield rules and rearranged the combatants into new matchups.

• Lumian and 0-17 attacked the trapped Mother Superior Roland and crimson moon, collapsing them into a black dot that exploded and stabilized the Mirror World; Cheek then said there was not much time left as 0-17’s Divine Descent neared its end.
• Katrina used the Fear of Love ring against Emlin, but his blood-red robe countered its effect; after Katrina’s Mirror Substitute saved her from losing control, she prepared to cause the Mirror World to collapse.
• Leonard used the Staff of the Stars to summon Pallez Soroiasred, who froze the Scarlet Witch and the Harsh Stone Pillars in time, giving Leonard a chance to fall asleep and draw her into his dream.

Lumian led a legion of steel soldiers against her as Franca defeated several witches, and the Witch of Brown’s attempt to flee left her lost in gray-white fog and facing crimson moonlight.

• Cheek identified Amon’s dependence on borrowed power and used his fallen nature to force him into a choice.
• Amon sealed the Special Mirror World and entered the river of futures, redeeming himself as the Angel of Redemption and losing his former Sinner and Dual-Pathway True God status.
• Mr. Fool’s wish took effect, reducing Cheek to an Angel King and contracting her chaos vortex; her attempt to escape was stopped by Amon’s seal.
• Lumian summoned metal soldier puppets and charged Cheek with his steel giant legion.

Lumian then cursed himself through Cheek’s face, setting the Mirror World and both of them ablaze, before Cheek willingly began merging with him—only to learn Lumian expected them both to die.

• Amon created a new future and trapped Cheek’s chaotic vortex in a loop while Lumian’s puppets and Sword of Destruction struck Cheek with powers of darkness, death, and dusk.
• The combined attack formed a black point that erased Cheek’s mirror selves and disrupted memories of Him, but Cheek returned and declared that destroying every mirror world was necessary to kill Him.
• Lumian used Cheek’s face on his shoulder as a medium to curse himself and Cheek, causing black Flames of Destruction to spread through the Special Mirror World and the other mirror worlds.
• Franca, Alger, and the others escaped to the Ruined World as the mirrors shattered, while Amon lifted the lockdown and Empress Roselle became free to leave the Special Mirror World.
• With most of Lumian’s body burned away, Cheek accepted defeat and began merging into him, but Lumian revealed that he intended to die soon and take Cheek with him.

Lumian reunited the Witch and Red Priest pathways’ Uniquenesses and Sequence 1 Beyonder Characteristics, becoming a new Red Priest and Chaos Witch as the Primordial Witch’s fall unleashed disasters across the world. The chapter ended with Lumian challenging the returning Crimson Moon and directing his new powers against it.

• Cheek laughed as she disintegrated into Beyonder Characteristics, and the Special Mirror World collapsed after the Primordial Witch’s fall triggered disasters across the world.
• Franca drank a potion made from the Calamity Witch Beyonder Characteristic, while Ma'am Justice revealed she had planted seeds of mental plague in the Gray Witch and Yellow Witch.
