Her imprisonment produced intense resentment and a corpse transformation. She slaughtered her husband’s entire family, then wandered for several hundred years before arriving in the Horror World. Her lifelong weakness persisted after death as a difficult-to-treat deficiency of qi and blood 376.

The Wedding-Dress Female Ghost is a hard-line authority figure who values competence and fiercely defends her position. She despises her nephew’s cowardice, recognizes Lin Luo’s talent, and treats an attempt to remove her as clinic owner as a threat to her very existence 359 373.

She is ambitious rather than content with her existing businesses. Her injury keeps her from pursuing Ghostfire Street, and she resents remaining subordinate to an Unspeakable. She also believes her talent exceeds the Blood Ghost’s and intends eventually to replace him 361 374 375.

Her treatment of allies reflects a clear distinction between kindness and grudges. Lin Luo’s medical help earns her protection and the loan of a treasured artifact; his apparent trust also challenges her prejudice against human players. Nevertheless, she remains suspicious of unexplained knowledge about her condition and possible betrayal 361 375 377 409.

Her romantic devotion is repeatedly influenced by Lin Luo’s abilities. Emotion Stitching replaces her initial murderous hostility with overwhelming admiration, while Love God’s Blessing later removes her resistance after she discovers his involvement in a theft. Baal Clinic: Pursuit and Ghost Marriage

She initially hunts Lin Luo intending to devour him. With his ghost power sealed, he leads her to the Pig Demon’s office, but she kills the Pig Demon instead. Lin Luo survives by touching her with Emotion Stitching, replacing her hostility with intense admiration. She immediately turns protective and confronts the hidden Black-Hearted Ghost 161 162.

The Black-Hearted Ghost exploits her attachment by offering to arrange a marriage. He expects the union to trigger a backlash from the clinic’s rules and create an opening to kill them. Lin Luo delays by suggesting they date first, but ultimately signs the ghost-marriage contract with her 163 168 175.

The marriage breaks Baal Clinic’s rules and frees the Black-Hearted Ghost to attack without restraint. She tries to protect Lin Luo but is burned by black flame. Lin Luo blocks the next attack with his transformed Surgical Knife, escapes with her, and detonates the weapon behind them 175.

During the ensuing battle, she guards Lin Luo while he rests and attempts to stop Late Twilight Old Ghost from attacking him. She later recruits the old woman and Big Fat Ghost to assist against the Black-Hearted Ghost’s Drought Kui form. Lin Luo saves her from its Corpse-Transforming Qi with his Blood Rope 176 177 179.

Green Mountain Clinic: Recruitment and Treatment

Lin Luo provokes the Hanged Ghost to force the clinic owner to appear. She asks him to spare her nephew, rewards his cooperation with Official Employee status, and takes him away for questioning 359.

When Lin Luo identifies her depleted blood and vital energy, she initially suspects that another Ghost King sent him. Rather than trust him immediately, she assigns him an important patient as a medical assessment. She later brings him to the Blood Ghost at the Cerebral Hemorrhage Bathhouse 361 372.

After Lin Luo treats the Blood Ghost, she resists the older ghost’s attempt to retain him as a private caregiver. She subsequently appoints Lin Luo chief physician and accepts treatment herself. His blood cures her chronic deficiency, greatly weakens her curse, and earns her promise of protection 374 375 376 377.

Conflict with Uncle Ghost

Her increasing strength makes her less deferential toward Uncle Ghost. She confronts him over the robbery of the Black Hole Secret Room, whose key was entrusted to him, and warns that Young Master Ming will arrive the following morning 404.

When Lin Luo reports that Uncle Ghost intends to kill her, she reveals that she already knows of his hostility and demands that Lin Luo choose a side 405.

She intervenes against Uncle Ghost to protect Lin Luo and deploys her Ghost Marriage Ghost Domain. After the stolen Yin-Yang Mystic Stones expose Lin Luo’s involvement in the robbery, she briefly realizes that he has used her. Lin Luo activates Love God’s Blessing, removing her resistance and prompting her to attack Uncle Ghost despite the risk of offending Young Master Ming 409.

She refuses Uncle Ghost’s request for help and blocks his escape while Lin Luo defeats and kills him 410.

Protecting Chen Yuling

She initially regards Chen Yuling with hostility after misunderstanding her relationship with Lin Luo. Once he explains that Chen Yuling is like a younger sister to him, she agrees to treat her as her own younger sister and look after her at the clinic 411.
