Just as he was thinking this, several investigators hurried in from outside. Their leader's belly entered before the rest of him. It was his old acquaintance, Wang Shoucai.

If Old Fan hadn't revealed the Grudge Marriage Nightmare's origins, they certainly wouldn't have escaped so easily.
