Elsewhere, Gekkō Raito and Sasuke launched a devastating attack that forced the Fourth Raikage to evade a collapsing building.

• Kimimaro fought the Fourth Raikage evenly, and the Raikage shattered Kimimaro’s bone spike with his Lightning Release Armor before knocking him through a pillar.
• Hanzo ambushed Darui and Samui, wounding them, while Kakuzu emerged from the darkness and the Fourth Raikage warned his squad that more enemies were present.
• The Fourth Raikage charged Kimimaro and ordered Darui’s squad to hold off Hanzo and Kakuzu, while Nagato, Obito, and Orochimaru watched their reanimated fighters bog down the Kumogakure ninja.

• Nagato forced Hashirama to attack Gekkō Raito, who caught his punch and kicked him away.

Raito fought Nagato and Hashirama, testing his strength against their abilities while considering a new use for ROOM. The chapter ended as Raito unleashed Getsuga Tenshō against Nagato’s Eight-Tails Tailed Beast Bomb.

• Raito used water to cool himself while flames consumed Hashirama’s Wood Release vines, then Nagato blasted the fire away with Shinra Tensei.

• Gekkō Raito used ROOM: Shambles to draw the surrounding flames together into an enormous fireball.
• Nagato realized his absorption technique could not absorb natural flames, while Hashirama watched the meteor descend.

Gekkō Raito discovered that the Akatsuki had stalled him while Uzumaki Ashina prepared a powerful sealing barrier. Hashirama Senju and several reanimated ninja appeared to keep Raito trapped as the Great Sage began analyzing how to break the barrier.

• Gekkō Raito realized Nagato and the Akatsuki members had vanished after the explosion, then saw a huge barrier seal off the area.
• The Great Sage warned Gekkō Raito that the barrier would take an estimated thirty minutes to analyze and break.
• Hashirama Senju, Kakuzu, Kimimaro Kaguya, Hanzo of the Salamander, and an unfamiliar old man emerged through the steam to confront Gekkō Raito.

• Hashirama prompted Raito to consider what Akatsuki might do while he was delayed, and Raito suspected they were heading for Kirigakure.

As Nagato slaughtered the Mist Ninja at the harbor, Mei Terumi ordered the Jinchūriki and other defenders to hold their underground shelter and await the enemy’s trap.

• Obito warned Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan that Kirigakure had powerful defenders, including Mei Terumi, three Jinchūriki, and fifty elite Water Breathing swordsmen.
• Nagato agreed to avoid destroying the village and began the capture operation, splitting Obito and Zetsu from Konan and Yahiko while he attacked from the front.

• Hashirama attacked Raito with the Gate of the Great God, but Raito split it with Getsuga Tenshō and cut apart Hashirama’s wooden hands.
• Raito teleported Hashirama in front of him, disabled his chakra flow, and bound him with the White Vine Seal Technique.

Gekkō Raito raced toward Kirigakure after watching Nagato slaughter his people, while Obito’s group infiltrated the stronghold where Mei Terumi guarded three Jinchūriki. The Yuki Clan twins stopped Zetsu’s Wood Release, but Konan prepared another attack.

• Gekkō Raito watched live images of Kirigakure’s devastation and flew through a storm toward Obito, intent on stopping him from escaping with Kamui.
• Obito, Zetsu, Konan, and Yahiko entered the Jinchūriki stronghold after Zetsu killed two hidden Kozuki Clan ninja.
• Obito’s group used Kamui to pass through the ice-sealed door and faced Mei Terumi, two Yuki Clan guards, and three Jinchūriki.

Raito returned to find the sisters dead, confronted Obito, and discovered that Konan had become an artificial jinchūriki containing One-Tail Shukaku.
