Herad stood before the mysterious veil of light within the Dark Portal and reached out to touch it, faintly able to make out the scene on the other side.

The interstellar portal was overbearing. A light touch was enough for it to suck him in.

After enjoying the delightful sensation of being flattened, kneaded round, and stretched out, Herad emerged from the other end of the Dark Portal in a sorry state.

Though his head was spinning, he could barely remain standing rather than embarrass himself by sprawling on the ground.

Actually, it would not have mattered even if he had sprawled on the ground.

The fire elemental army had been highly efficient at clearing the area.

There were no living orcs left near the Dark Portal.

After recovering somewhat, Herad began surveying the situation on this side of the Dark Portal.

This was Draenor's Hellfire Peninsula.

Listening to the distant sound of waves and looking at the reasonably normal ground beneath his feet, Herad was speechless at the orc race.

The situation here was not particularly serious.

Although the vegetation had withered, the land had not yet been completely corrupted.

Yet this tiny amount of fel contamination had made the orc leadership decide that their world was beyond saving.

They had then spent vast quantities of resources building the Dark Portal and gone off to invade another planet.

Now Herad had driven them all the way back to their homeland.

And so far, the Allied Forces had only fought a few intermittent battles, without even bringing their full strength to bear.

If hundreds of thousands of troops were sent to the Wetlands, they would soon steamroll their way to Stormwind City.
