He merely nodded to Kalen, then turned to Xu Changxing and said:
"Are you really so certain that I'll stay in that Grotto-Heaven?"
When Xu Changxing had given his instructions earlier, he had not spoken in absolute terms.
But Li Changge knew Xu Changxing quite well.
He knew perfectly well that Xu Changxing would not rashly make arrangements unless he was confident.
Xu Changxing did not deny it, but smiled and said:
"Knowing you, senior brother, since you've already begun to hesitate about putting down roots in the Immortal Realm, you most likely won't choose that path.
"And aside from the Immortal Realm, that Grotto-Heaven is already the best choice.
"I truly can't think of a reason for you to refuse, Senior Brother."
Li Changge raised his eyebrows and said, "In that case, junior brother, take me over to have a look as soon as possible.
"I'm growing increasingly curious about that Grotto-Heaven."
Xu Changxing nodded, then tore open a Space Rift and took Li Changge and Jiang Yao back to the Bottom of the Abyss.
Only after the three of them vanished did Kalen let out a slight sigh of relief.
Every time he faced Xu Changxing directly, he felt immense pressure.
Yet he had only just exhaled a stale breath when he suddenly remembered something.
Kalen shook his large head and murmured:
"Did His Lordship just say he wanted his senior brother to put down roots in that Grotto-Heaven?
"And didn't His Lordship also seem to say that it was the most suitable place aside from the Immortal Realm?
"What does that mean? Is His Lordship planning some major undertaking in that Grotto-Heaven?"
At this thought, Kalen suddenly realized something, and his entire body froze.
