Background

Kiana’s identity becomes a target during the Herrscher of Domination’s psychological attacks. The Dolls identify her as Test Subject K423 and describe her as an artificial clone implanted with a core. They also claim that Siegfried raised her after losing his own daughter while rescuing her 354 355.

An earlier Herrscher awakening left Kiana completely overwhelmed by the Second Herrscher’s consciousness. She later describes Sirin as another soul inhabiting her body—the original owner of the core—who continues trying to break through her mental defenses and seize control 300 320.

Fu Hua protected and instructed Kiana in Arc City despite having lost her physical body and exhausted her power. Kiana’s subsequent journey to Mount Taixu is driven both by the need to control her core and by her determination to find the traces Fu Hua left behind 260 300.

Kiana is described as silver-haired during her time at Salt Lake Base. Using Herrscher authority can visibly alter one of her eyes 317 321.

Kiana was once loud, impulsive, and openly expressive. Bronya remembers someone who fought before thinking, while Theresa recalls her complaints about cafeteria food, docked allowance, and her ambition to become an A-Rank Valkyrie. By the later story, she has become patient and reliable, but Theresa worries about the happiness sacrificed to achieve that maturity 262 341.

Betrayal and Himeko’s death make Kiana more guarded. She notices suspicious coincidences on Mount Taixu, weighs whether to trust Lin Zhaoyu, and withholds sensitive details about Fu Hua’s memories. Kiana measures strength by compassion rather than victory alone. She challenges Black Fu Hua’s inability to understand weakness and insists that the real Fu Hua’s willingness to protect others matters more than overwhelming power.
