"Are you all right? If Konoha tries to help them recover their Byakugan, what reason would they have to rebel?

And back when the Third Hokage went to the capital to see the daimyo, I'd have contacted Orochimaru and the rogue ninja outside the village.
At the very least, I'd have killed the daimyo and framed the Third Hokage. Then he couldn't have continued serving as Hokage.
