After an unknown length of time, Rhodes's soul regained consciousness.
The first thing Rhodes did upon waking was release his Divine Sense to investigate his surroundings, only to discover that he was trapped in an enormous world where nothing existed but his own soul.
Rhodes tried to sense his other Divine Clones, but he could not sense them at all. He surveyed the surrounding space curiously.
In the distance, a transparent membrane held back the gray currents outside, which were so dense they had become liquid.
Rhodes was startled. Could these drab gray currents, thick as paste, be Hongmeng Spiritual Energy?
Observing carefully, Rhodes discovered that this world was constantly absorbing the paste-like gray currents.
Rhodes had a strange feeling, as though he could clearly sense the changes in the world he occupied. The ground beneath his feet was extending constantly, and the world's boundaries were expanding as well.
Rhodes even had the illusion that he could control this world.
Rhodes looked at this world's "Extremity of Heaven and Earth"-the transparent membrane. As the world continued absorbing the gray currents, heaven and earth within it continued to expand.

Mountains, rivers, swamps, oceans, trees, plants, flowers, grasses... the once-monotonous world changed at an astonishing speed.
