Chi Yu vanished into a secret-realm rift while Xiaoqiu was abducted and left gravely injured, setting Wu Yunsu and Xie Xiyi on separate paths to find justice and bring them back. Xie Xiyi pursued a forbidden time curse, while Chi Yu awakened in another secret realm, five hundred years later.

• Fu Ze possessed Lianchi under a Soul Contract, while Chi Yu was separated from Qingxuan and later struck blind by Fu Ze’s sword technique before Xie Xiyi found him.

After Xie Xiyi stopped Chi Yu from giving up half his heart, they left the Anuttara Buddhist Sect, and Wu Yunsu came under pursuit by Immortal Alliance disciples.
