Ryuga's Father was a prominent Grass Village ninja and a confidant of one of the village elders. His family belonged to the moderate Grass Flower faction, giving him political influence that Yue later relied upon after Grass Seed targeted Ryuga and his classmates. 15 19

After Yue, Ryuga, and Yoshitaka returned from the Grass Seed incident, he waited outside the Anbu facility with Ryuga.
