The air on the third basement level was bone-chillingly cold.

The strong smell of blood mixed with the pungent odor of highly concentrated disinfectant fermented in the enclosed space.

Natasha knelt on the cold metal floor. She was soaked to the bone, her short red hair sticking to her cheeks. Dark red blood was still seeping from the wound in her abdomen, sliding down her pale thighs and splashing onto the metal mesh.

Tick-tock. Tick-tock.

She was like a tireless, precise machine, her ten blood-stained fingers blurring across the Virtual Keyboard of the Supercomputer Terminal. Each keystroke pulled at the muscle fibers that Lynn had forcibly stitched up, causing her to tremble uncontrollably with pain.

But she didn't stop. She didn't even frown.

Lynn was standing right behind her.

He had one hand in his trouser pocket, his deep, dark eyes reflecting the cascading, eerie green Data Stream on the screen.

"Fury is an extremely paranoid bastard." Natasha gasped for breath, her voice hoarse like sandpaper scraping. "He cut off S.H.I.E.L.D..'s main network and destroyed all physical backups of the Triskelion. He thought that would completely bury ' Blind Spot Program ' in the shadows."

She slammed down the Enter key, her knuckles turning white from the force.

"But he forgot that I am the knife he himself sharpened. I understand his logic for hiding things better than he does himself."

The green code on the screen froze instantly.

Immediately afterwards, a huge Holographic Globe unfolded above the terminal with a bang.

Countless glaring red dots lit up densely on the globe like a plague outbreak.

Lynn narrowed his eyes slightly.

"The physical coordinates of 143 Top Secret backup Safe House worldwide." Natasha tilted her head back, a chilling fervor burning in her green eyes. "A list of 762 deeply infiltrated dormant agents. Dark Web keys to three unregistered Vibranium weapon arsenals. And... the private encrypted frequency band he used to contact high-ranking officials of the World Security Council."

She gripped the terminal table tightly with both hands, the wound in her abdomen reopening and blood gushing out. But she didn't care; she just stared greedily at Lynn's face, like a vicious dog offering its prey and begging for its master's praise.

"Master, I've stripped S. H. I. E. L. D. bare, their last shred of S.H.I.E.L.D.."

Lynn stared at the jumping red dots on the Holographic Projection.

Cool.

An intense, exhilarating feeling of complete control surges from the spine all the way to the brain.

Before this, although he possessed Skyfather-level strength like Wanda and Susan, who could easily wipe out a city, and even top-tier assassins like Gwen Stacy, his empire always lacked a pair of eyes that could see through the undercurrents of the world.

Nick Fury is like a rat hiding in the sewers, jumping out every now and then to disgust him.

But now, all of this rat's escape routes, all its granaries, and all its trump cards prepared to turn the tide have become a completely transparent joke in front of Lynn.

Lynn lowered his eyes, his gaze falling on Natasha's pale yet fanatical face.

This woman, in order to prove her worth to him, did not hesitate to uproot the organization she once served and even send all her former comrades to the guillotine.

This kind of unconditional, morbid loyalty—living solely for him—is utterly captivating.

"You're very smart, Natasha." Lynn slowly leaned down, his cold fingers pinching her chin.

Natasha's body trembled violently. She obediently raised her neck, exposing her most vulnerable throat completely to Lynn's fingertips.

"You know what I lack. You also know how to secure an irreplaceable position for yourself in this building."

Lynn's thumb smeared hard across the blood at the corner of her mouth.

"From today onwards, you are my Intelligence Officer. These eyes can only be opened for me. Understand?"

"Yes, Master!"

Natasha let out a gasp that was almost a sob. Her eyes welled up with tears from extreme ecstasy.

She won.

With self-harm, with betrayal, and with this heavy pledge of allegiance, she forcefully tore off a piece of territory that belonged only to her in front of that Witch could distort reality and that Invisible Woman who controlled Force Field!

Lynn was generous with his reward.

A Scarlet burst of Chaos Magic emanated from his fingertips, piercing directly into Natasha's abdominal wound.

"Ugh--"

Natasha let out a painful groan. This magic was extremely domineering; it wasn't gently healing, but rather, like molten iron, it forcibly fused her torn muscle fibers and damaged organs together.

After the excruciating pain came an unprecedented sense of fulfillment.

Natasha was shocked to discover that not only had her wounds completely healed, but even the hidden dangers of the incomplete Super-Soldier Serum in her body had been forcibly suppressed by this magic.

"Go change into some clean clothes." Lynn released his grip and stood up straight. "I don't like the constant smell of blood in my building."

"Yes, ma'am." Natasha lowered her head, concealing the almost overflowing infatuation in her eyes.

Just as she was about to get up, an encrypted file package flashing a blinding red light suddenly popped up from the edge of the Holographic Projection.

Natasha's eyes sharpened, and she immediately lunged back to the keyboard.

"Wait, Master. Here's another communications log that Fury isolated in isolation."

Her fingers tapped rapidly, forcibly cracking the shell of the file package.

The red light on the screen faded, replaced by a huge, jet-black letter—"X".

Lynn raised an eyebrow.

"What's this?"

Natasha quickly scanned the fluctuating data, her expression turning somewhat serious.

"A Level 10 encrypted communication record. Just now, one of Fury's backup nodes sent a massive data packet to Westchester County in upstate New York State."

Natasha retrieved the fragmented data packet analysis, her pupils slightly contracting.

"It's something Stryker left behind. A core fragment of the X-Gene Bank, and some of the Sentinels ' Underlying Logic deductions."

She looked up at Lynn.

"Fury is making a deal. He's trying to contact a mysterious Mutants leader codenamed 'X.' He's using Stryker's life's work on Mutants as a stepping stone."

After hearing this, Lynn's lips curled into a chillingly dangerous smile.

Westchester County, X.

Charles Xavier. Xavier's School.

The case is solved.

No wonder that old bald man in the wheelchair suddenly tried to pry open his brain with his Psychic Power.

It turns out that Fury, that desperate old dog, had set his sights on Mutants.

Fury knew very well that physical weapons were ineffective against Lynn, and magical attacks would be crushed by Wanda. Therefore, he placed his last hope on the most powerful mind on Earth.

He attempted to use Stryker's information as leverage to gain the X-Men's intervention. He wanted Charles to use mind control to undermine Lynn's will from within.

"What a good, biting dog." Lynn picked up the now-cold coffee from the table next to him, took a sip, and said, "Too bad he picked the wrong person."

Charles's mind control?

Faced with the system's absolute mental shield, that thing wouldn't even be worthy of tickling him.

However, Fury's action served as a reminder to Lynn.

In Xavier's School Rising Sun, there's more than just that old bald man, Charles. There's also a Red-haired Woman whose body harbors cosmic destructive power.

Jean Grey, the Dark Phoenix.

The thought of that destructive Yandere who could restart the universe if she lost control made Lynn's blood boil slightly.

"Master, should I immediately track the physical location of this communication node and send someone to remove it?" Natasha keenly sensed the murderous intent in Lynn's eyes and immediately volunteered.

"No rush." Lynn put down his coffee cup and tapped the "X" mark on the Holographic Screens lightly with his finger. "Since Fury wants to use someone else to do his dirty work, I'll give him the chance. I want to see if Charles and his group of Mutants, ostracized by human society, dare to take this hot potato."

Lynn turned around, preparing to leave the basement.

Just as he turned around...

Boom--!

A very deep, muffled thud suddenly came from overhead.

The entire metal wall of the three underground floors trembled violently, and the explosion-proof lights overhead emitted a piercing electrical sound, flickering on and off.

Immediately afterwards, an extremely large, destructive, dark blue energy wave ignored the physical barriers of the floors and poured down from the top floor of the building like a tsunami!

Natasha abruptly drew the Tactical Dagger from the outside of her thigh and stood in front of Lynn like a mother leopard guarding her prey, staring intently at the ceiling.

"This level of energy..." Natasha swallowed hard, a hint of horror flashing in her eyes, "Stark's Arc Reactor is like a toy in comparison."

Lynn stood still, not even lifting his eyelids.

He sensed the violent, dark blue energy and a mocking smile curled at the corner of his mouth.

Susan.

The usually aloof and Invisible Woman, whom Reed treated like a decorative object, was finally driven completely mad by Natasha's pledge of allegiance.

In order to prevent Natasha from stealing the spotlight and to maintain her status as the "mistress" in this Shura Field, Susan actually betrayed Reed's bottom line and forcibly unlocked the most core taboo of the Fantastic Four.

Negative Zone Energy Matrix.

This is the ultimate trump card, capable of overturning the entire energy landscape of humankind. Now, Susan has forcibly brought it to the forefront like a precious treasure.

"It seems the original owner of our building is eager to show me her dowry."

Lynn pushed Natasha aside and walked straight towards the elevator.

"Let's go, my Intelligence Officer. Let's see what surprises those two women upstairs have in store for me."

The elevator doors slowly closed.

Lynn stared at the ever-rising floor numbers, a dangerous glint in his dark eyes.

The intelligence network has been established. Unlimited energy is about to be in our hands.

Fury's death throes merely provided a perfect springboard for his subsequent expansion.

As for the Shura Field on the top floor of the building, which is about to explode due to a power struggle?

Lynn gave a cold laugh.

His greatest talent lies in dancing the most elegant waltz on the edge of a knife, where he could be shattered at any moment.
