But afterward, its actions in various cities, along with its outward compliance and covert defiance toward Lu Jiayun himself, had once again made it a target with a bounty on its head.

There were few people who possessed a Card Sequence to begin with.
And those who possessed a Card Sequence would not necessarily choose to join the Imperial Sequence.
The only requirement for joining Abucado was a sufficiently special Talent. Character, race, and criminal history did not matter.
However, they would not accept those with relatively mediocre Talents, or even Talents with too many duplicates, such as Resource Radar.
Even so, the organization had nearly two hundred people, all of them full members.
The number of those without Talents, or simply followers and service staff, was impossible to count.
Compared with the Imperial Sequence, which barely had eleven people even after counting Shen Yuan,
it was, at the very least, utterly overwhelming in numbers.
