A gale!
Wild winds swept through everything.
Ash in the Wasteland shrouded the sky, making it impossible to tell whether it was day or night.
[Clatter, clatter...]
The sound of gravel striking the Train woke Ye Qiyan.
"What a strong wind."
He opened his eyes groggily. Listening to the sounds against the windows and armor and feeling the Train's faint tremors, he gradually woke up.
"Special weather again?"
Even his level-13 Train trembled slightly in this gale.
If the Train Conductors from the same batch as him faced this, their Trains probably would not hold out for long at all.
However, what Ye Qiyan saw in the Public Chatroom disproved his earlier thought.
["The wind sure is boisterous today. Holy shit, my roof just blew off!"]
["What's going on? A big shot in my Guild just said in the chatroom that the high-level Train Conductors are getting gales too?"]
["Not just that. Even the cities have strong winds now. What the hell is going on?"]
["Pfft, it's just extreme weather. Just enter the next station early. What's there to be scared of?"]
["At this rate, the platforms might have the same gales too. Tsk..."]
They were not overly panicked by this unusual weather.
After enough experiences, even the most cowardly people would grow strong.
"Are there gales everywhere?"
Ye Qiyan read these conversations on the Light Screen to pass the time over breakfast.
"Whatever. I'll finish what I need to do first."
Swallowing the last piece of meat, he retrieved everything he had obtained from the Treasure Chest yesterday.
First was the [Train Module Derailment].
This Module cost 100 Train Coins per use, but since he had Big Spending Discount, that did not matter much.
Next was the [Train Conductor Advanced Module Card: Heart Slash].
