An A-Rank God's core could not undergo Ascension. Aside from the possibility that his own Ascension ability was insufficient, the most important thing was that this thing did not have even a trace of potential.
Never mind Ascension-as an enhancement item itself, it was even stranger than the cores of those C-Rank Gods.
