As it turned out, Fugaku was actually the weakest. After some testing, his strength could be considered barely sufficient to pass.
In fact, plans for the Zero Division had existed for a long time, but they had been shelved for lack of members.
Now there were three of them, barely enough to form a division. They would leave it at that for now.
The First Division still required the Mangekyō Sharingan and could be considered the Zero Division's reserve force.
The clan now had as many as three members with the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
And as many as five had awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan.
There were even nearly ten people in reserve for the Mangekyō Sharingan.
It was no exaggeration to say that the Uchiha Clan's territory was now among the safest places in the entire ninja world.
Construction on the land outside Konoha was also complete, but no clan members had moved there.
The reason was
