  • Seiichi routed the remaining battlefronts, destroyed the Land of Iron’s samurai, and brought the tailed beasts and Konoha forces back to the village.
  • Seiichi ordered the Land of Fire’s resistance crushed, and the Uchiha Empire killed nearly five million people before declaring Uchiha Seiichi its first Emperor.
  • The daimyo of twenty nations conscripted 56 million people, but Seiichi absorbed their army in a massive black hole and evolved his Rinnegan to nine tomoe.

Chapters 128–152 Vol. 2 Read

Ch. 128The Third Tsuchikage, Ōnoki, Dies!

Seiichi overwhelmed Ōnoki’s forces with his black-hole technique, captured and absorbed the battlefield’s contents to increase his strength, then left to inspect the other fronts. He found Konoha’s forces winning at Sunagakure and Kirigakure, while the Kumogakure battle had already ended.

  • Ōnoki unleashed Dust Release, but Seiichi transformed himself and his Perfect Susanoo into a black hole that swallowed the battlefield’s surface and pulled in fighters from both sides.
  • Seiichi released the Nine-Tails, the Uchiha, Konoha’s elite jonin, and the two Iwa jinchūriki, then warned the Uchiha to recognize their limits.
  • Son Goku and Kokuō broke free, but Seiichi trapped their jinchūriki in black spheres and converted the absorbed matter and captives into dark energy.
  • Seiichi sent Kurama, Son Goku, Kokuō, and the Konoha forces back to the village before vanishing to inspect the other battlefields.
  • Seiichi found Hikari and Mikoto fighting Rasa’s forces at Sunagakure, Shisui and Itachi battling at Kirigakure, and the Kumogakure battle already finished.

Ch. 129Bushido? No, a path to death!

Seiichi observed the Land of Rivers and Land of Iron battlefields, where Konoha and the Uchiha overwhelmed their weaker opponents. He watched the samurai flee beneath Konoha’s assault, and his presence encouraged the Konoha forces to fight even harder.

  • Seiichi found that the Land of Rivers army had few experienced fighters and watched the Uchiha slaughter its forces with ninjutsu and Susanoo.
  • Seiichi went to the Land of Iron battlefield and noted that its samurai wielded chakra through their swords rather than using ninja techniques.
  • Seiichi speculated that the Land of Iron’s Daimyo had ordered the samurai to join the war, and decided they would pay for attacking Konoha.
  • Konoha’s Jonin and the Uchiha’s Susanoo routed the samurai, who could barely match Genin or Chunin.
  • Konoha and Uchiha fighters spotted Seiichi watching from the sky, and their spirits and killing efficiency rose.

Ch. 130Realizing they couldn't win, they wanted to surrender!

After the Land of Iron’s forces faltered, Mifune offered surrender, but Seiichi demanded the country be abolished and annexed by Konoha. Mifune rejected the terms and raised his katana, while Seiichi revealed that his supposed offer of mercy had required the samurai to erase their country and everyone with chakra.

  • The Land of Iron’s samurai recognized Seiichi, and Mifune offered his life in exchange for his country’s forgiveness and surrendered.
  • Seiichi said surrender was possible only if the Land of Iron ceased to exist and joined Konoha.
  • Mifune refused to let the Land of Iron become another country’s vassal and rose to fight Seiichi.
  • Seiichi said his earlier offer had required abolishing the Land of Iron and eliminating everyone who possessed chakra, enraging the samurai.

Ch. 131Surrender? Sorry, I don't need prisoners!

Seiichi ordered the Land of Iron’s samurai killed, and the Uchiha defeated Mifune and steadily overwhelmed the remaining forces. He then went to the Land of Grass and Taki battlefield, where he confronted the rampaging Chōmei after it attacked him.

  • Seiichi ordered his forces to kill the Land of Iron’s samurai without taking prisoners.
  • Mifune fought two Uchiha Susanoo but was killed after three slashes, and the samurai’s morale collapsed as their ranks dwindled.
  • Seiichi left the battlefield and appeared above the joint battle between the Land of Grass and Taki.
  • Seiichi saw Chōmei scattering blinding powder and bombarding enemies with Tailed Beast Bombs and Wind Release Ninjutsu.
  • Chōmei fired a Tailed Beast Bomb at Seiichi, but it vanished on contact without exploding.
  • Seiichi moved beside Chōmei and brought down an enormous black skeletal arm to subdue it.

Ch. 132Shinobi World season 4, over!

Seiichi brought Chōmei back to its senses, checked on Uchiha Mu’s front, and returned to Konoha as the war ended. Three days later, he opened a meeting to review the victory and called on Tsunade to report the casualties.

  • Seiichi struck Chōmei out of the sky, and Chōmei regained its senses and agreed to return with the others to Konoha.
  • Uchiha Mu reported that his forces had contained the enemy on the Land of Grass and Taki front, though the Hundred-Eyes Group’s illusion Ninjutsu had caused some trouble.
  • Seiichi approved Mu’s plan to let the Uchiha clansmen gain combat experience and told him to resolve the problem without delaying their plans.
  • Seiichi returned to Konoha and gave everyone a day to rest after the battlefronts came home.
  • At a meeting in the Konoha Building auditorium, Seiichi asked Tsunade to report the war’s casualties, and she began by describing the victory.

Ch. 133The postwar meeting!

After the Uchiha Empire’s victory over the Eight-Nation Alliance, Seiichi ordered the Shinobi World to surrender unconditionally within a month or face another war. Minato issued the announcement, leaving Konoha’s villagers stunned by the scale of the defeat and the Uchiha Empire’s claim to rule.

  • Tsunade reported that the Uchiha forces suffered no deaths, though 79 were slightly injured and eight were seriously wounded, including three hit by their own side.
  • Minato reported that the alliance’s 300,000 troops had been almost entirely wiped out, the Kage and leading figures of four great villages had been killed, and all eight tailed beasts had been brought back to Konoha.
  • Seiichi ordered Minato to announce the victory and demand the Shinobi World’s unconditional surrender to the Uchiha Empire within one month.
  • Seiichi directed the Blazing Sun Mansion to take control of the Land of Fire and prepare to formally announce the Uchiha nation.
  • Minato posted the announcement, and Konoha’s villagers reacted with confusion and disbelief to its claims.

Ch. 134An arrogant clown who didn't know his place!

After ten days of Uchiha rule, Minato asked Seiichi how to handle nobles obstructing the empire, and Seiichi ordered a ruthless response. Minato lifted restrictions on his troops, and the chapter ended with the noble Bangming furious after Konoha ninja killed his subordinate.

  • News of the Uchiha Clan's plans spread across the Shinobi World, alarming the leaders of the countries defeated by Konoha.
  • Minato told Seiichi that Land of Fire nobles were defying the empire, and Seiichi instructed him to show them no mercy.
  • Minato assembled a thousand ninja and ordered them to kill anyone who obstructed them, confiscate property, and exterminate their clans.
  • Konoha patrol ninja intervened when Bangming's men tried to seize a merchant's property, and one ninja beheaded a noble's lackey.
  • Bangming learned that his subordinate had been killed and grew furious at the Konoha ninja.

Ch. 135Bloody slaughter!

Minato Namikaze executed Bangming and his clan, but nobles across the Land of Fire retaliated by provoking Konoha and resisting its authority. Seiichi ordered a nationwide crackdown, and after a week of slaughter, the Konoha Ninja emerged more united and committed to killing anyone who resisted.

  • Bangming accused Minato Namikaze of interfering in noble affairs, but Minato ordered the Konoha Ninja to seize his estate and kill his clan.
  • Three days later, nobles began provoking Minato and causing trouble throughout the capital, while Minato held back to avoid confirming accusations that he abused his authority.
  • Minato finally ordered the Konoha Ninja to attack, and the conflict spread across the Land of Fire as nobles and their allies resisted.
  • Seiichi sent the Uchiha Force Squad to lead Konoha Ninja in a nationwide crackdown, ordering them to kill the resistance.
  • For a week, Konoha Ninja killed their enemies without sparing those who begged, surrendered, or pretended to surrender, while young ninja learned to follow orders and protect themselves.
  • Minato’s thousand-strong force each killed at least 200 enemies, and the Uchiha squads continued killing soldiers and residents who took part in the resistance.

Ch. 136Official Announcement to the Shinobi World: The Uchiha Empire Is Founded!!!

After a brutal weeklong crackdown, the Uchiha formally founded the Uchiha Empire, with Uchiha Seiichi as its first Emperor and Konoha as its temporary political center. The Land of Demons became the first nation to pledge allegiance, and Miroku presented its ruling seal to Seiichi.

  • The Uchiha's massacre killed nearly five million people and crushed resistance across the Land of Fire, while Seiichi filled key government posts with trusted people from Konoha and recruited capable locals for the rest.
  • On September 28, Year 54 of Konoha, the Uchiha renamed the Land of Fire the Uchiha Empire and named Uchiha Seiichi its first Emperor.
  • The Uchiha announced that Great Flame City was being built northwest of Konoha as the empire's future capital, while Konoha temporarily remained its political center.
  • The Land of Demons became the first nation to pledge allegiance to the Uchiha Empire, and Miroku brought Shion to Seiichi's office to deliver the ruling Miko's golden seal.
  • Miroku formally declared the Land of Demons' allegiance and placed its seal on Seiichi's desk; Seiichi studied her before smiling.

Ch. 137Where There's One, There'll Be Another!

Miroku secured the Land of Demons’ allegiance to the Uchiha Empire and offered its resources and specialists for the empire’s development. Other small countries followed, while twenty rulers who feared the Uchiha’s retaliation gathered to discuss a final war, but the meeting ended in tense silence.

  • Seiichi accepted Miroku’s seal and promised prosperity for her family as long as it obeyed the empire’s laws.
  • Miroku offered the Land of Demons’ ores, technology, and talented people, and Seiichi assigned Minato to coordinate a cooperation plan.
  • The Land of Swamps and other small countries declared allegiance to the Uchiha Empire after the Land of Demons set the example.
  • The Land of Iron’s daimyo convened a summit of twenty rulers to plan a final war against the Uchiha Empire.
  • The Land of Iron’s daimyo demanded that the rulers decide what to do, but no one answered.

Ch. 138The Largest War in the Shinobi World's History Was About to Begin!

The daimyo of twenty countries agreed to mass conscription and assembled a 56-million-strong allied army to fight the Uchiha Empire. They demanded either an agreed-upon head-on battle or guarantees if they surrendered, and the Uchiha Empire answered with a declaration of war.

  • The Daimyo of the Land of Iron said he had conscripted 1.8 million people and urged the other daimyo to commit fully to fighting the Uchiha.
  • The daimyo reached a consensus to begin unrestricted mass conscription, accepting the enormous cost to their countries.
  • Within a week, twenty countries had drafted a total of 56 million people, more than half the Shinobi World's population.
  • The daimyo prepared weapons and supplies, then publicly demanded either an agreed head-on battle or guarantees of their wealth and power if they surrendered.
  • The Uchiha Empire responded to the demand by declaring war.

Ch. 139The Shinobi World War, the final season!

The Uchiha Empire and the Twenty-Nation Alliance agreed to a final battle on December 25 of Konoha Year 54, and Seiichi prepared to fight alone while livestreaming it. At the battlefield, Shisui and Mu worried about the enemy’s enormous numbers, but Mu confirmed the broadcast equipment was ready.

  • The Twenty-Nation Alliance agreed to meet the Uchiha Empire for a final showdown two months later at the junction of the Uchiha Empire, the Land of Wind, and the Land of Earth, with uninvolved people evacuated.
  • The Uchiha Empire announced that it would livestream the war, prompting Tsunade to worry that Seiichi would expose his abilities and risk the nation’s ruler.
  • Kurama argued that revealing Seiichi’s information would not matter because only overwhelming strength could defeat him, and the other Tailed Beasts agreed.
  • On December 25 of Konoha Year 54, Seiichi arrived at the battlefield with Shisui and Mu and saw the enormous forces gathered below.
  • Shisui and Mu questioned whether Seiichi could face the crowd alone, but Seiichi reassured them and asked Mu about his preparations.
  • Mu produced and tested a person-sized livestream camera, then told Seiichi that it was working.

Ch. 140Truly Against the World: 1 vs. 56,000,000

Seiichi began a live broadcast before flying to face the 56-million-strong army, while watchers including Nagato, Konan, Madara Uchiha, and Black Zetsu observed. After the army attacked him with a rain of arrows, Seiichi created 99 dark clones and prepared to unleash a hundred enormous Black Holes.

  • Shisui introduced himself and Uchiha Mu as the hosts of the live war broadcast, then presented Uchiha Seiichi to viewers across the Shinobi World.
  • Seiichi greeted the audience and flew toward the army as viewers and powerful figures watched the approaching battle.
  • Konan told Nagato that the Uchiha Empire had asked Amegakure to choose a side, and Nagato decided to watch Seiichi fight first.
  • Seiichi faced the army of 56 million, including the Daimyo and nobles of twenty nations, and asked whether they would attack.
  • The soldiers fired arrows, Explosive Tags, and Ninjutsu at Seiichi, who created 99 dark clones to join his original body.
  • The hundred Seiichis used Secret Technique: Body into Darkness and formed Black Holes a kilometer in diameter.

Ch. 141Nine-Tomoe Rinnegan!

Seiichi used a giant black hole to annihilate the twenty-nation allied army of 56 million, ending the war within minutes. The dark energy from the massacre then awakened a Nine-Tomoe Rinnegan in both his eyes.

  • Seiichi merged a hundred artificial black holes into one that covered the allied forces and pulled the soldiers into it.
  • The allied troops were swallowed and ground away as Shisui and Mu filmed the massacre from within Mu's Kamui Dimension.
  • Seiichi absorbed the black hole and returned to human form after eliminating all 56 million allied soldiers.
  • Seiichi's dark energy surged, and his eye power began to increase as Shisui and Mu watched.
  • Seiichi's Rinnegan evolved, gaining nine tomoe in each eye.

Ch. 142Six Paths Level! First Clash with the Sage of Six Paths!

Seiichi completed his evolution and confirmed he had reached the Six Paths level after sensing the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki. He attacked Hagoromo in the Pure Land, proved able to break through his techniques, then abruptly left, leaving Hagoromo wary and questioning who he was.

  • Seiichi's Rinnegan and shoulder tattoo reacted as he evolved, while Shisui and Mu watched the strange dark energy surrounding him.
  • Seiichi sensed Hagoromo Otsutsuki watching him and confirmed he had reached the Six Paths level.
  • Seiichi tore open space to enter the Pure Land and attacked Hagoromo, absorbing his counterattacks as they clashed.
  • Hagoromo created multiple real clones, but Seiichi used Susanoo armor and Shusui Parting Clouds to destroy several with Evil-Breaking.
  • Seiichi cut Hagoromo's cheek with blade energy, then abruptly left the Pure Land before Hagoromo could pursue him.
  • Hagoromo watched Seiichi vanish and wondered when another Six Paths-level powerhouse had appeared in the Shinobi World.

Ch. 143Postwar turmoil!

After testing his strength against the Sage of Six Paths, Seiichi returned to Konoha and resolved to train harder rather than risk the Uchiha Clan by resetting the world. He left the empire’s officials to handle new submissions while preparing to focus on greater challenges.

  • Seiichi concluded that neither he nor the Sage of Six Paths could overcome the other in their brief clash, and he vowed to strengthen himself further.
  • Shisui ended the livestream after Seiichi vanished, but Seiichi soon returned through a rift in torn clothes and revealed that he had fought the Sage of Six Paths.
  • Seiichi brought Shisui and Mu back to Konoha, where Raimei and the other senior officials greeted him as he returned.
  • Shikaku Nara reported that more countries had submitted to the Uchiha Empire, and Seiichi told him to handle the matter as he saw fit.

Ch. 144A unified Shinobi World!

Seiichi reorganized the Uchiha Empire's government into six departments and three independent divisions, then ordered the conquest of the Land of Iron. Raimei and Leidong destroyed the country, completing the Uchiha Empire's unification of the Shinobi World on December 31, Konoha Year 54.

  • Seiichi established six administrative departments and appointed Minato Namikaze, Shikaku Nara, Princess Tsunade, Shisui Uchiha, Uchiha Fugaku, and Hyuga Hiashi as their ministers.
  • Seiichi placed the Intelligence Division, Assassination Division, and Research and Development Division under his direct authority, with Kakashi Hatake, Uchiha Raimei, and Orochimaru leading them.
  • Seiichi declared that the Uchiha Empire would no longer accept the Land of Iron's surrender and assigned Raimei and Leidong to destroy it with fifty Mangekyō Sharingan users and ten thousand Jonin.
  • Raimei and Leidong wiped out everyone in the Land of Iron who was not part of the Uchiha Empire's forces in three days.
  • The Land of Iron was destroyed on December 31, Konoha Year 54, and the Uchiha Empire completed its unification of the Shinobi World.

Ch. 145Beginning the cleanup of the hidden realms: the Summoning World!

After consolidating his power, Seiichi traveled with Tsunade to Shikkotsu Forest to meet the Slug Sage and relocate her to the Uchiha Empire. The Slug Sage sensed his overwhelming strength and ill intent as he made the demand.

  • After the Shinobi World’s unification, Seiichi finished assimilating his power and gained complete control over it.
  • Seiichi forced Tsunade to take him to Shikkotsu Forest, explaining that he wanted to speak with the Slug Sage and move her elsewhere.
  • Seiichi noticed that Shikkotsu Forest held vastly more natural energy than Konoha and decided that its energy would belong to the Uchiha.
  • Tsunade introduced Seiichi to the Slug Sage, who recognized him as a threat far beyond her own strength.
  • Seiichi asked the Slug Sage to move to the Uchiha Empire.

Ch. 146Beat Up the Katsuyu Sage!

Seiichi demanded that the Katsuyu Sage join the Uchiha Empire or face the destruction of Shikkotsu Forest, Ryūchi Cave, and Mount Myōboku. The Katsuyu Sage requested a sparring match to judge his strength, and the chapter ended as she launched her Corrosive Slime at him.

  • Seiichi threatened to tear down Shikkotsu Forest and revealed that he wanted the Katsuyu Sage to join the Uchiha Empire.
  • Tsunade tried to calm the Katsuyu Sage and urged her to consider joining the empire, but the Katsuyu Sage remained undecided.
  • Seiichi waited outside the cave while the Katsuyu Sage and Tsunade discussed his offer.
  • The Katsuyu Sage emerged and challenged Seiichi to a sparring match, asking him to prove his strength.
  • The Katsuyu Sage attacked with green liquid jets, but Seiichi shattered and dodged them before sending her flying with a wave of energy.
  • The Katsuyu Sage summoned a massive sphere of Corrosive Slime and launched it at Seiichi at supersonic speed.

Ch. 147The Shattered Shikkotsu Forest Secret Realm!

Seiichi defeated the Katsuyu Sage and ordered her to accompany Tsunade before draining Shikkotsu Forest of its natural energy. He began destroying the secret realm by striking one of its supporting space nodes.

  • Seiichi absorbed the Katsuyu Sage’s corrosive attacks, wounded her with a black energy sphere, and forced her to surrender.
  • Seiichi told the Katsuyu Sage to stay with Tsunade, then ordered both of them to leave Shikkotsu Forest.
  • Tsunade summoned the Katsuyu Sage away while Seiichi prepared to destroy the secret realm.
  • Seiichi devoured the natural energy in Shikkotsu Forest, leaving only exposed bedrock.
  • Seiichi found a supporting space node and cracked it with a blow from his right fist.

Ch. 148Ryūchi Cave!

After destroying Shikkotsu Forest, Seiichi searched the Shinobi World for other hidden realms and found Ryūchi Cave. He confronted the White Snake Sage and the three sage maidens, then hurled a sphere of destructive energy at them.

  • Seiichi crossed the spatial turbulence as Shikkotsu Forest collapsed, injuring the Katsuyu Sage and alarming Tsunade.
  • Seiichi scanned the Shinobi World, found Ryūchi Cave, and tore open its spatial barrier to enter.
  • The White Snake Sage sensed damage to Ryūchi Cave’s barrier, transformed into a giant white python, and investigated with Ichikishimahime and the other sage maidens.
  • The White Snake Sage and the three maidens emerged and saw Seiichi in midair as he threw down a sphere of destructive energy.

Ch. 149The Three Great Sage Lands, annihilated!

Seiichi destroyed Ryūchi Cave with an exploding energy sphere and black hole, then entered Mount Myōboku to attack it. Gamamaru recognized him as the threat from his prophecy, but Seiichi’s Destruction Black Hole appeared to do nothing after he threw it among the toads.

  • Seiichi detonated an energy sphere in Ryūchi Cave, badly injuring the Three Great Snake Princesses and damaging the White Snake Sage.
  • Seiichi’s black hole sucked in the snake descendants, the Three Great Snake Princesses, and the White Snake Sage before he absorbed the energy and destroyed Ryūchi Cave’s space node.
  • Gamamaru dreamed that Mount Myōboku would collapse and summoned Fukasaku and Shima to tell them of the danger.
  • Seiichi tore open Mount Myōboku’s spatial barrier, and Gamamaru identified him as the culprit from his dream as the toads attacked.
  • Seiichi dodged the toads’ attacks and threw a Destruction Black Hole into their midst, but it bounced on the ground without causing any apparent damage.

Ch. 150Madara Uchiha's arrival!

Seiichi destroyed Mount Myōboku and absorbed the resulting dark energy, then encountered the newly resurrected Madara Uchiha. He began challenging Madara’s understanding of the Eye of the Moon Plan and the Uchiha clan tablet, leaving Madara shocked by the claim that Black Zetsu was not born from his will.

  • Seiichi unleashed a black hole that consumed Mount Myōboku and exterminated the Toad Clan and Snake Clan, leaving only Katsuyu among the Three Great Sage Lands.
  • Seiichi absorbed the black hole’s dark energy, collapsed Mount Myōboku’s hidden realm, and returned to the Shinobi World to digest his power.
  • Drawn north from Konoha, Seiichi found the resurrected Madara Uchiha and asked to speak with Black Zetsu.
  • Seiichi invited Madara to help him maintain peace in the Shinobi World, which Madara had long pursued.
  • Madara asked about the Uchiha clan tablet, and Seiichi said its message was half true and half false.
  • Seiichi claimed Black Zetsu was born from someone else’s will rather than Madara’s, and Madara rejected the claim as impossible.

Ch. 151Telling Madara the truth about the Eye of the Moon Plan

Seiichi exposed Black Zetsu’s deception and told Madara that the Eye of the Moon Plan was a scheme to release Kaguya Otsutsuki, not a plan for peace. After Madara pieced together the truth, Seiichi revealed that he intended to release Kaguya Otsutsuki himself.

  • Seiichi challenged Madara to create another Black Zetsu, leading Madara to realize he could not control or locate the one he believed was his will made manifest.
  • Seiichi tracked down Black Zetsu and restrained him with spatial energy, leaving him unable to escape.
  • Madara asked whether the Eye of the Moon Plan was real, and Seiichi explained that it would drain the Shinobi World’s Chakra to break Kaguya Otsutsuki’s seal.
  • Seiichi identified Kaguya Otsutsuki as the Sage of Six Paths’ mother, and Madara deduced that Black Zetsu had invented the plan to gather help releasing her.
  • Madara asked why Seiichi wanted Black Zetsu, and Seiichi said he intended to release Kaguya Otsutsuki.

Ch. 152To the moon!

Seiichi agreed to help Black Zetsu reach Kaguya Otsutsuki’s lunar seal, and the three traveled to the moon through an ancient teleportation array. After Madara destroyed the stone guardians, the Moon Otsutsuki Clan confronted them and insulted them as natives.

  • Seiichi asked Black Zetsu about ways to undo Kaguya’s seal without using Infinite Tsukuyomi, and Black Zetsu explained that they could go directly to the seal on the moon.
  • Seiichi told Black Zetsu to lead him to Kaguya, and Madara followed with growing suspicion.
  • Black Zetsu guided Seiichi and Madara to the ruins of the Land of Whirlpools, where they found an ancient teleportation array and traveled to the moon.
  • Stone statues attacked the three, and Madara destroyed them with Shinra Tensei, alerting the Moon Otsutsuki Clan.
  • Members of the Moon Otsutsuki Clan confronted Seiichi, Madara, and Black Zetsu, and one arrogantly called them natives from the Shinobi World.
