Arc 7The Fall of Sunagakure

Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari confronted the curse-powered Ebizo and Zeh Huo, then turned against Sunagakure to stop the Solar Disc from triggering a Tailed Beast crisis. The disc was split open, releasing a corrupted Shukaku who began destroying the village as he charged a Tailed Beast Bomb.

  • Izuna and Tobirama traveled to Orochimaru’s laboratory, where Tobirama agreed to help with the Ryūmyaku while Izuna confronted Ebizo’s attack on Konoha’s camp.
  • Izuna fought Ebizo and the curse-powered Sunagakure shinobi, but Ebizo surrendered his body to an ancient presence and transformed into the King of Curses, Zeh Huo.
  • Gen battled Zeh Huo with his Dōjutsu, Susanoo, and Naruson Domain, then trapped him in a repeating defeat with Izanami and Golden Experience Requiem.
  • Gen and Hikari headed toward Sunagakure, where Gen warned that the Solar Disc held Shukaku and could provoke the Tailed Beast into losing control.
  • Hikari formed a colossal Susanoo-clad Thousand-Armed Kannon and attacked the Solar Disc, but Rasa, Chiyo, and Pakura rallied to defend Sunagakure.
  • Hikari redirected her assault against the village, and Gen released Zanka no Tachi as Rasa’s defenses collapsed and Amaterasu engulfed the battlefield.
  • A slash split the Solar Disc and opened a dark rift, from which Shukaku emerged covered in black sand and curse patterns.
  • Shukaku unleashed corrosive cursed sand across Sunagakure, killing civilians and shinobi as he gathered power for a Tailed Beast Bomb.
Chapters 151–175 Vol. 2 Read

Ch. 151Shinra Tensei

In Rōran, Izuna and Tobirama decided to seek Orochimaru’s help with stabilizing the Ryūmyaku, then used the Flying Thunder God Technique to travel to the Land of Wind. Meanwhile, Nagato was trapped in a place that regenerated whenever he destroyed it, and he struggled to escape and find Yahiko and Konan.

  • Izuna noticed Obito searching Rōran for Mukade without first gathering intelligence, while he sensed Mangekyō Sharingan influence over the queen.
  • Tobirama admitted that building machinery to stabilize and harness the Ryūmyaku would take too long without outside help.
  • Tobirama proposed visiting Orochimaru, whose laboratories beneath Hokage Rock had impressed him.
  • Izuna and Tobirama used the Flying Thunder God Technique to travel to the Land of Wind.
  • In the Land of Grass, Nagato repeatedly used Shinra Tensei to destroy the place trapping him, but the surroundings restored themselves each time.
  • Nagato realized that destroying the place temporarily silenced the voices in his mind, though he remained separated from Yahiko and Konan.

Ch. 152Six Paths-Naruson Domain

Yahiko realized Ōkuninushi’s memories were unreliable as he tried to escape a reality-warping trap, while Nagato continued feigning exhaustion to draw out his enemies. Nagato awakened the Six Paths-Naruson Domain, and Shimura Danzō recognized it as a new complication in his plan to acquire the God's Eye.

  • Yahiko questioned the strange region trapping him, and Ōkuninushi warned that his memories were damaged and urged him not to trust his earlier stories.
  • Yahiko hurled his golden spear to break apart the surrounding illusion, while Ōkuninushi sensed that someone had arrived.
  • Fuhai Si and Qunhun Kui mocked Nagato’s apparent exhaustion and offered to retrieve his eyes for Shimura Danzō, who saw through Nagato’s act.
  • Nagato kept destroying his surroundings while the Preta Path’s hell spirit replenished his chakra, and he suspected Konoha was behind the trap.
  • Madara Uchiha’s six Limbo Clones appeared beside Nagato and unleashed ocular power as Nagato received information about the Six Paths-Naruson Domain.
  • Nagato activated the Six Paths-Naruson Domain, causing the space within a thousand-meter radius to shake and begin unfolding into the Rinnegan’s otherworldly space.

Ch. 153Leave notice 2.0

Nagato broke free of the Dream Illusion Domain and summoned Yahiko and Konan to his side. Uchiha Hikari confronted Yahiko, asking Ōkuninushi where Konoha was, while the chapter ended with an author’s leave notice.

  • Nagato shattered the Dream Illusion Domain with his Six Paths-Naruson Domain and summoned Yahiko and Konan beside him.
  • Shimura Danzō watched from the Dream World as Fuhai Si and Qunhun Kui discussed the true owner of Nagato’s eyes and their failed plan.
  • Uchiha Hikari appeared above Yahiko and the others, sensed her [Yachihoko] connection to Ōkuninushi, and asked where Konoha was.
  • Shimura Danzō reacted with killing intent to Uchiha Hikari’s question, while Ōkuninushi sighed and took control of Yahiko to speak with her.
  • The author announced a day off, answered reader questions, and shared Uchiha Gen’s status panel.

Ch. 154Good Thing I Ran Fast

Uchiha Hikari asked Ōkuninushi for directions to Konoha and left after he told her the route. Shimura Danzō escaped a dream and returned to his laboratory, while Hikari sensed ten approaching sources of malice at the Land of Fire’s border.

  • Uchiha Hikari stopped Ōkuninushi from explaining further and asked only for directions to Konoha.
  • Ōkuninushi pointed out a straight route, and Uchiha Hikari thanked him and vanished; Nagato and Konan wondered whether Ōkuninushi could stay with them.
  • Yahiko regained control as Ōkuninushi’s consciousness returned to him, summoned a spear, and warned that their hidden enemy was still nearby.
  • Shimura Danzō followed Uchiha Hikari into a dream, where Hiruzen Sarutobi’s clone confronted him; Danzō dismissed him and disappeared as ten cultivation pods opened in Root’s laboratory.
  • Uchiha Hikari emerged at the Land of Fire’s border, reflected on the Uzumaki Clan and her past, then sensed ten hostile, vigorous beings approaching.

Ch. 155Vitality, Clones

Uchiha Hikari fought ten masked clones with awakened Wood Release and destroyed the forest they created with compressed Amaterasu. After killing a surviving Senju Nawaki clone, she absorbed its life force, which began transforming her Mangekyō Sharingan and restoring her vitality.

  • Ten masked figures used Wood Release to surround Uchiha Hikari with a vast forest and attack her with Wood Dragons.
  • Uchiha Hikari used Yachihoko to seize control of the trees and dragons, then compressed Amaterasu into a black dot and detonated it over the battlefield.
  • Uchiha Hikari spared one Senju Nawaki clone and used her ocular power to turn him to ash, while the other nine were apparently vaporized.
  • The clone's life force, containing Hashirama Senju's Yang Release power, erupted within Uchiha Hikari and caused saplings to sprout around her.
  • Uchiha Hikari felt her Mangekyō Sharingan begin evolving and her depleted vitality replenishing.

Ch. 156Solar Disc

Uchiha Hikari encountered Uchiha Gen, whose Mangekyō Sharingan awakened a new Dōjutsu. In Sunagakure, Ebizo urged Chiyo to accept the Incarnation Plan as the village’s last hope against Konoha, leaving her asking whether the Kazekage approved.

  • Uchiha Hikari recovered her ocular power and met Uchiha Gen, admiring his appearance.
  • Uchiha Gen awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan’s Dōjutsu when a green flame appeared behind Uchiha Hikari.
  • Chiyo questioned Ebizo about the enormous Solar Disc and the Incarnation Ritual he planned to use to strengthen Sunagakure.
  • Ebizo revealed that the ritual had transformed his body and greatly increased his strength, while insisting it had caused no other side effects.
  • Ebizo explained that the Solar Disc would purify Cursed Spirit power, transfer it to selected creatures, and leave Shukaku inside Bunpuku to absorb the residue.
  • Ebizo called the Incarnation Plan Sunagakure’s last hope, and Chiyo asked whether the Kazekage agreed.

Ch. 157Times Have Changed

Rasa ordered Sunagakure to pursue victory by lifting the restrictions on a dangerous biological magnetic field, overruling Chiyo’s objections. In Konoha’s camp, Orochimaru completed his Satellite Orbital Cannon and met the returned Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Izuna, who had come to see him.

  • Rasa arrived beside Chiyo and declared he would release the abnormal biological magnetic field, then assigned Ebizo the Incarnation Ritual project and gave the Jonin Commander deployment authority.
  • Chiyo protested that Rasa was gambling with Sunagakure’s future, but Rasa vanished without changing his decision, leaving Ebizo silently watching the enormous disk in the sky.
  • Orochimaru confirmed that he had completed the Satellite Orbital Cannon and chose Impure World Reincarnation as his next research project while reading Tobirama Senju’s notebook.
  • Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Izuna emerged from a spatial rift in Orochimaru’s laboratory after Orochimaru noticed their presence.
  • Orochimaru showed Tobirama surveillance footage of him examining the laboratory’s reports, and Tobirama realized that the modern device had no detectable chakra signature.
  • Orochimaru asked Tobirama whether he needed help and inferred from his closeness with Uchiha Izuna that the two were friends.

Ch. 158Fight!

Uchiha Izuna, disguised as Orochimaru and acting as commander of Konoha's camp, faced a sudden Sunagakure attack and eagerly charged into battle against Ebizo. Ebizo's armor was damaged by Izuna's flames, and the fight continued after Ebizo realized his opponent was not Orochimaru.

  • Tobirama Senju agreed to Orochimaru's request on the condition that someone take over command, and Orochimaru looked to Uchiha Izuna.
  • Uchiha Izuna disguised himself as Orochimaru and prepared to burn the Hokage's sealed scroll before sensing an approaching enemy force.
  • Ebizo attacked Konoha's camp with missiles and a laser, shattering its defensive barrier as Uchiha Izuna confronted him.
  • Uchiha Izuna countered Ebizo's laser with Great Fire Destruction and charged through the flames while Ebizo's armor unleashed a barrage that wrecked nearby tents.
  • Uchiha Izuna struck Ebizo with scarlet flames that damaged his armor and disrupted his chakra, then attacked with Orochimaru Style: Fire Blade after Ebizo exposed his disguise.

Ch. 159You All, Withdraw

Uchiha Izuna forced Ebizo out of his armor and discovered that he had transformed into a curse-powered creature. After ordering Konoha’s ninja to withdraw, Izuna faced Ebizo and the Sunagakure fighters alone, and their battle resumed.

  • Uchiha Izuna struck Ebizo’s tailed beast chakra reactor with his flaming Kusanagi Sword, and Ebizo emerged from his damaged armor in an altered form.
  • Ebizo recognized that Izuna’s flames could burn his chakra and soul, while the other curse-powered Sunagakure ninja arrived and Konoha’s forces gathered around Izuna.
  • Mitarashi Shisui reported that the medical and logistics divisions had evacuated, and Izuna used his Sharingan to make Shisui lead the remaining Konoha ninja away.
  • Ebizo attacked Izuna with a curse-powered blade-like strike, and Izuna blocked it with his sword.
  • Izuna unleashed Blaze Release: Fire Thunder God, burning several Sunagakure ninja, then fought off more attackers as Ebizo charged again.

Ch. 160Country bumpkin

Uchiha Izuna battled Ebizo and the Sunagakure shinobi, then trapped Ebizo in the Bringer-of-Darkness genjutsu and unleashed a chain of Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags. The explosions engulfed Ebizo in a vast sea of fire, leaving his fate unclear.

  • Ebizo and the Sunagakure shinobi coordinated their attacks to surround Uchiha Izuna.
  • Ebizo pierced Uchiha Izuna with his Reverse Curse: Dragon Star Spear, but the apparent wound was an illusion.
  • Uchiha Izuna revealed the genjutsu and used the Bringer-of-Darkness Technique to isolate Ebizo from the other shinobi.
  • Ebizo summoned the blood pelican with Reverse Curse: Blood Pelican to shield himself.
  • Uchiha Izuna triggered Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags, engulfing Ebizo and the blood pelican in continuous explosions.

Ch. 161Take It

As the flames engulfed Ebizo, a shadowy figure tried to persuade him to surrender his body and accept its power. Ebizo agreed to the bargain, and Uchiha Izuna moved to stop him as a torrent of curse power erupted.

  • Uchiha Izuna watched Tobirama Senju’s explosive technique and sensed a revolting presence within the flames.
  • The shadowy figure showed Ebizo visions of Sunagakure’s suffering and urged him to give up his body in exchange for power.
  • Ebizo resisted the figure’s appeals until it promised to destroy Konoha and he agreed to surrender everything, asking it to remember its promise to his sister.
  • At sunrise, black-and-red curse power scattered the flames and spread outward.
  • Uchiha Izuna used Flying Thunder God to seize Ebizo by the neck and formed a spatial slash to tear his throat apart.

Ch. 162Kana

Uchiha Izuna tried to kill Ebizo, but Ebizo’s despair let an ancient curse take control of his body and transform him. Izuna unleashed a rapid assault, yet the transformed Ebizo shrugged it off and summoned a storm of black spears.

  • Uchiha Izuna used a Spatial Slash against Ebizo, but Ebizo’s Curse Power surged and erased Izuna’s arm before it restored itself.
  • Ebizo transformed into a four-armed, golden-eyed being as his humanity vanished and an ancient presence took control.
  • Uchiha Izuna released Impure World Reincarnation and attacked the transformed Ebizo with lightning strikes and a flaming blade.
  • The transformed Ebizo dismissed Izuna’s attacks and appeared back where he had first been sent flying, leaving Izuna confused.
  • The transformed Ebizo raised his hands, filled the sky with black spears, and sent them raining down as he addressed Kana.

Ch. 163Another Uchiha Spawned

Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari arrived as Uchiha Izuna was being attacked, and Gen unleashed his Green Lotus Core Flame against the strange entity wearing Ebizo's body. The entity recognized Gen as a fellow bearer of a power from outside this world's system, then summoned an armored beast that swallowed him.

  • Madara Uchiha sensed Izuna's danger from inside the Stone Tablet's barrier, but the space before him settled and he sat back down.
  • Uchiha Izuna recovered from the black spears as Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari appeared above him.
  • Gen identified the motionless Ebizo as an interesting opponent, while Izuna explained that he had once been a Sunagakure ninja and was now something like a fallen god.
  • Ebizo revealed that his power was like Gen's, and Gen attacked him with Green Lotus Core Flame from Ryūjin Jakka, turning the battlefield into a sea of fire.
  • Ebizo called Gen a plundered seed and used Shadow Reversal Technique: Blood Pollution Calamity, summoning an armored beast that swallowed him.

Ch. 164Neither-Living-Nor-Dead Past Self

Zeh Huo reclaimed Ebizo’s body and revealed himself as the King of Curses, while Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari prepared to face him. A flashback explained how Hikari had insisted on following Gen and revealed the time-traveling power of his dōjutsu.

  • Zeh Huo’s curse power transformed Ebizo’s body, and he introduced himself as the King of Curses.
  • Uchiha Hikari offered to fight Zeh Huo, but Uchiha Gen refused to let her take the battle from him.
  • A day earlier, Uchiha Hikari had demanded to follow Uchiha Gen, offering to kill people in exchange for something he had plenty of.
  • Uchiha Gen’s dōjutsu, [Amenotokotachi], allowed a past self to travel through time and pass future knowledge and experience to its earlier self.

Ch. 165Domain expansion

Uchiha Gen fought Zeh Huo, countering his attacks with Trick Room and Golden Experience Requiem before summoning Susanoo against Zeh Huo’s beast and curse techniques. Zeh Huo expanded his domain, and Uchiha Gen answered with Naruson Domain, leaving their barriers clashing across the battlefield.

  • Zeh Huo attacked Uchiha Gen and the others with black spears, but Uchiha Izuna warned them that the spears bypassed the body and could not be tracked by the Mangekyō Sharingan.
  • Uchiha Gen used Trick Room to erase Zeh Huo’s spears, then Golden Experience Requiem returned a spear’s guaranteed hit to zero after it pierced his chest.
  • Uchiha Gen and Zeh Huo fought at close quarters until Zeh Huo unleashed a magic array, summoned a ferocious beast, and attacked with waves of Curse Power and black spears.
  • Uchiha Gen formed Susanoo and gathered nine blue-green fire lotuses in its palm, while Zeh Huo expanded World-Ending Vision: Unkillable Mausoleum around the battlefield.
  • Uchiha Gen expanded Naruson Domain, and its barrier collided with Zeh Huo’s domain as their powers warped and tore at the surrounding space.

Ch. 166Something's wrong!

Uchiha Gen clashed with Zeh Huo, using his domain and Golden Experience Requiem to wound him while Zeh Huo struggled to understand why his curse power could not affect him. After breaking free of a fabricated world, Zeh Huo abandoned his probing and launched a powerful curse-infused arrow at Uchiha Gen.

  • Uchiha Izuna asked Uchiha Hikari how Uchiha Gen could project his Naruson Domain, and she told him to stop bothering her.
  • Uchiha Gen and Zeh Huo broke through their competing domains and crossed blades with Ryūjin Jakka and a black spear.
  • Uchiha Gen used Golden Experience Requiem to reset Zeh Huo's spear thrust and cut his waist, while Zeh Huo realized his curse power had no effect on Uchiha Gen.
  • Zeh Huo's beast shattered the fabricated world in which he had imagined sharing the world with Uchiha Gen.
  • Zeh Huo decided to kill Uchiha Gen and fired a compressed curse-power arrow called “Return to oblivion.”

Ch. 167Exposed!!!

Uchiha Gen trapped Zeh Huo in a forced [Izanami] loop and used the resulting opening to keep him from ever living again. After the battle, Uchiha Izuna realized Uchiha Gen and the other Uchiha knew he was an Impure World Reincarnation, and panicked about being exposed.

  • Zeh Huo remembered that Uchiha Gen had already defeated him, then fired his arrow again as the fourteen-thousand-eight-hundred-and-sixty-seventh repetition began.
  • Uchiha Izuna asked Uchiha Gen where Zeh Huo had gone, and Uchiha Gen explained how his Dōjutsu and [Izanami] had trapped Zeh Huo before [Golden Experience Requiem] prevented him from living.
  • Uchiha Izuna realized that Uchiha Gen and the female Uchiha knew he was dead and had an Impure World Reincarnation body.
  • Uchiha Izuna recalled Tobirama Senju's warning to hide his reincarnated body and silently hoped Tobirama would come help him.

Ch. 168Sort of

Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari left Uchiha Izuna behind and headed toward Sunagakure, where they discussed the Shinobi World's hidden history and the power surrounding the tanuki Gen planned to capture. Gen revealed that the figure known as Zeh Huo was only an incomplete version of the real one.

  • Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari walked away from the bewildered Uchiha Izuna, who remained alone in the ruins of the Konoha camp.
  • Uchiha Gen told Uchiha Hikari that Izuna and an evil figure still had a mission to complete, and he hinted at the Shinobi World's tangled karma.
  • Uchiha Hikari sensed that Sunagakure's chakra was tainted by Zeh Huo's power and detected something strange in the village.
  • Uchiha Gen explained that the Shinobi World had devoured three other worlds and kept their destined individuals as seeds to spread their powers.
  • Uchiha Gen said Zeh Huo was not the complete real Zeh Huo, who probably did not yet know his own identity.

Ch. 169Windfall

Uchiha Gen told Uchiha Hikari about the three divided “seeds” before they encountered Kakuzu in the desert. Kakuzu mistook the pair for valuable Uchiha targets and began plotting to capture them.

  • Uchiha Gen explained that Zeh Huo split himself into three parts and described what the other two “seeds” had done, stirring Uchiha Hikari’s curiosity.
  • Uchiha Gen sensed Kakuzu approaching and hurried toward him, with Uchiha Hikari following.
  • Kakuzu noticed an Uchiha with the Mangekyō Sharingan on a bounty scroll but decided not to challenge him.
  • Kakuzu sensed danger, fled, and attacked Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari from beneath the desert with black tendrils.
  • Uchiha Hikari used Amaterasu to burn away the tendrils, while Kakuzu watched through them and recognized the pair as Uchiha.
  • Kakuzu became excited by the prospect of capturing the two young Uchiha and turning them into avatars under his control.

Ch. 170A bare back?

Uchiha Hikari attacked Kakuzu with Wood Release, triggering his fear of Hashirama Senju and causing him to self-destruct before being reborn inside a Sunagakure villager. Meanwhile, Chiyo learned Rasa wanted to discuss the war plan again and questioned Pakura about the monstrous changes Sunagakure’s fighters had undergone.

  • Uchiha Hikari caught Kakuzu with a Wood Dragon, and Kakuzu self-destructed after recognizing Wood Release.
  • Kakuzu rebirthed inside a Sunagakure villager and fled underground while muttering that Hashirama Senju was alive.
  • Ebizo watched the Solar Disc and revealed that his successive bodies were memory-bearing clones created through the Myriad Bodies Replacing the Body Technique.
  • Chiyo reflected on Ebizo’s choice to create the technique so she would not be left alone.
  • A female ninja told Chiyo that Rasa wanted her, and Chiyo asked Pakura whether she regretted becoming monstrous.
  • Pakura said she accepted the sacrifices for Sunagakure’s hope of victory, though she looked with disgust at her changed body.

Ch. 171Susanoo... majestic attire!

Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari approached Sunagakure, where the Solar Disc held a tainted Tailed Beast. Hikari gathered chakra from across the world, raised a gigantic Thousand-Armed Kannon, and began covering it with Susanoo.

  • Chiyo worried that the Solar Disc and its Possession Ritual would bring ruin to Sunagakure despite giving its ninja power.
  • Uchiha Gen identified the Solar Disc as the place where the little tanuki was sealed and warned that the Tailed Beast might lose control.
  • Uchiha Hikari was shocked when Uchiha Gen revealed hidden knowledge about the Tailed Beasts and the Six Paths figure.
  • Uchiha Gen told Uchiha Hikari to knock down the Solar Disc before the little tanuki went berserk.
  • Uchiha Hikari used Yachihoko to draw chakra from across the world and formed a colossal Thousand-Armed Kannon with Wood Release.
  • Uchiha Hikari declared “Susanoo... majestic attire!” as Uchiha Gen stood atop the Kannon.

Ch. 172Susanoo-Clad Kurama

Uchiha Hikari unleashed the Susanoo-clad Thousand-Armed Kannon against Sunagakure, first attacking the Solar Disc and then turning her assault on the village itself. Fourth Kazekage Rasa and Chiyo tried to hold it back as the village faced destruction.

  • Kakuzu saw the colossal Thousand-Armed Kannon outside Sunagakure, withdrew his tendrils, and buried himself in fear.
  • Uchiha Hikari laughed as she controlled the Susanoo-clad Kannon and sent its countless hands toward the Solar Disc.
  • Chiyo and Ebizo recognized that the Solar Disc could destroy much of Sunagakure if it fell, and Chiyo rushed to intervene.
  • Fourth Kazekage Rasa formed a Gold Dust Giant to block the Kannon’s attacks while Chiyo summoned giant puppets and chains to restrain its wooden arms.
  • Uchiha Hikari changed her target from the Solar Disc to Sunagakure, and Uchiha Gen watched without trying to stop her.
  • Rasa remained the first to face Uchiha Hikari’s renewed attack on the village.

Ch. 173A sweeping blaze

Rasa used Sunagakure’s gold dust and iron sand to create a giant that fought Uchiha Hikari’s Thousand-Armed Kannon, while the village sheltered behind a barrier. As Rasa’s chakra nearly ran out and black markings spread across his face, black flames swept across the battlefield.

  • Rasa ordered weaker shinobi to retreat, directed the Sealing Squad to activate the Demon-Sealing Barrier, and rallied the remaining defenders to protect Sunagakure.
  • Rasa drew gold dust and iron sand from the desert to rebuild his giant, then charged at Uchiha Hikari’s Thousand-Armed Kannon.
  • Uchiha Hikari and Uchiha Gen noted that curse power from the Solar Disc had contaminated Rasa’s chakra and that his strength surpassed expectations.
  • Uchiha Hikari grew serious, shattered the gold dust giant’s arms, and drove Rasa close to exhausting his chakra.
  • Rasa forced his magnetic field and chakra to their limits to withstand another assault, but black flames suddenly swept across the land.

Ch. 174Bankai: Zanka no Tachi

Pakura, Chiyo, and Rasa fought Uchiha Hikari as her Amaterasu overwhelmed Sunagakure’s defenses. With Hikari’s ocular power failing, Uchiha Gen released Ryūjin Jakka’s Bankai and unleashed a slash that reduced everything in its path to ash.

  • Pakura used Scorch Release: Dark Style: Evaporating Hell to burn the Thousand-Armed Kannon’s Susanoo armor and disrupt its chakra.
  • Chiyo unleashed the Ten Seals of Ruin, sending black chains to bind the Thousand-Armed Kannon statue.
  • Uchiha Hikari spread Amaterasu across the battlefield, devouring Pakura’s flames, destroying the chains, burning through Sunagakure’s barrier, and absorbing power from those killed.
  • Rasa’s gold dust giant collapsed, and Rasa was buried beneath the gold dust with shattered bones and exhausted chakra.
  • Uchiha Hikari’s ocular power began to fail, so Uchiha Gen summoned Ryūjin Jakka and released Bankai: Zanka no Tachi.
  • Uchiha Gen used Zanka no Tachi, North: Heaven and Earth End in Ashes, sending an invisible-heat slash across the battlefield that turned everything in its path to ash.

Ch. 175Shukaku

Shukaku broke free from the shattered Solar Disc and unleashed his curse-tainted power on Sunagakure. As the settlement was swallowed by black sand, he formed a massive Tailed Beast Bomb.

  • Kakuzu hid deep underground and watched in terror as Sunagakure crumbled beneath the Thousand-Armed Kannon and Amaterasu.
  • A slash cut the Solar Disc in half, tearing open a dark rift in the sky.
  • Shukaku burst from the remaining half of the Solar Disc, his body covered in black sand and curse patterns.
  • Shukaku sent a tide of cursed sand across Sunagakure, corroding buildings and killing civilians and shinobi caught in its path.
  • Shukaku struck the ground, widening the destruction, then gathered chakra and curse power into a growing Tailed Beast Bomb.
