Uchiha Gen defeated Yi and captured the Three-Tails while Obito Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, and Tobirama Senju pursued plans tied to other worlds and the Uchiha. The arc ended with Obito preparing for the Rōran mission and Uchiha Gen asking Tsunade to let him go there.

• Uchiha Gen and Tsunade fought Arakuro, but a future Obito Uchiha pulled him into the Kamui World before Gen could kill him.
• Obito Uchiha recovered from severe injuries while Tsunade told Uchiha Gen that the Katsuyu Sage believed the strange being was dead, and Gen insisted Arakuro remained alive.
• Shimura Danzō merged with the Nightmares and declared his plan to plunge the Shinobi World into an eternal dream, while Uchiha Gen obtained Golden Experience Requiem.
• Uchiha Gen confronted Yi at the Corpse God Church headquarters, repeatedly reset Yi’s attacks, and trapped him in an endless cycle of death.
• Madara Uchiha freed Uchiha Hikari from her thousand-year imprisonment, then found Hashirama Senju rooted in the God Tree and announced his plan to replace “Him.”
• Uchiha Gen captured the Three-Tails and reunited the Six-Tails’ splits, while Tobirama Senju temporarily brought Uchiha Izuna back from the Pure Land.

Uchiha Gen claimed Ryūmyaku energy and clashed with Urashiki as other factions pursued their own plans around the Dragon Vein. The stretch ended with Gen considering a trip to Sunagakure to study sealing jutsu, while Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Izuna worked in Rōran to create a passage through time.

• Uchiha Gen traveled alone to Rōran, killed Mukade, and used Sara to release and absorb the Ryūmyaku’s energy into the Fake World, where it formed vast new lands.
• Urashiki Otsutsuki confronted Uchiha Gen over the chakra, but Gen struck him and later trapped him in a repeating genjutsu while absorbing the Ryūmyaku’s power.
• Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Izuna investigated the connection between Uchiha eyes and Hashirama Senju’s cells, then set out for the Ryūmyaku to seek answers about the Rinnegan.
• Sasori ambushed Sarutobi Shinnosuke’s squad in the desert with the Third Kazekage Puppet, and Uchiha Ganghuo used Kamui to save Akichi Chōza before capturing Sasori.
• Obito Uchiha swallowed Sasori’s core, while Shimura Danzō explained his plan to strengthen the Dream World and went to investigate the Rinnegan.
• Might Guy faced the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, and Might Duy arrived, killed Juzo Biwa, then used the Eight Gates to kill Suikazan Fuguki and the five remaining swordsmen.
• Ōkuninushi told Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan about Shibai Ōtsutsuki, the living Shinobi World, and Indra’s efforts to contain corruption, then Yahiko’s group flew to Kusagakure to rescue abducted children.
• Uchiha Gen rejected Hiruzen Sarutobi’s mission offer and discussed his plans with Hatake Sakumo, while Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Izuna worked on a Ryūmyaku-powered time-travel machine in Rōran.

Uchiha Gen and Uchiha Hikari confronted the curse-powered Ebizo and Zeh Huo, then turned against Sunagakure to stop the Solar Disc from triggering a Tailed Beast crisis. The disc was split open, releasing a corrupted Shukaku who began destroying the village as he charged a Tailed Beast Bomb.

• Izuna and Tobirama traveled to Orochimaru’s laboratory, where Tobirama agreed to help with the Ryūmyaku while Izuna confronted Ebizo’s attack on Konoha’s camp.
• Izuna fought Ebizo and the curse-powered Sunagakure shinobi, but Ebizo surrendered his body to an ancient presence and transformed into the King of Curses, Zeh Huo.
• Gen battled Zeh Huo with his Dōjutsu, Susanoo, and Naruson Domain, then trapped him in a repeating defeat with Izanami and Golden Experience Requiem.
• Gen and Hikari headed toward Sunagakure, where Gen warned that the Solar Disc held Shukaku and could provoke the Tailed Beast into losing control.
• Hikari formed a colossal Susanoo-clad Thousand-Armed Kannon and attacked the Solar Disc, but Rasa, Chiyo, and Pakura rallied to defend Sunagakure.
• Hikari redirected her assault against the village, and Gen released Zanka no Tachi as Rasa’s defenses collapsed and Amaterasu engulfed the battlefield.
• A slash split the Solar Disc and opened a dark rift, from which Shukaku emerged covered in black sand and curse patterns.
• Shukaku unleashed corrosive cursed sand across Sunagakure, killing civilians and shinobi as he gathered power for a Tailed Beast Bomb.

Uchiha Gen took control of Sunagakure and set out to exploit the war, while Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Izuna discovered the truth behind their world and Madara Uchiha’s plan to save it. In another timeline, Obito Uchiha awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan and became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, but Madara trapped him in the Naruson Domain as he fought to protect Kakashi and Rin.

• Uchiha Gen returned Shukaku’s Tailed Beast Bomb to zero, subdued him, and declared Pakura Sunagakure’s Fifth Kazekage after rejecting her proposal to kill the survivors.
• Uchiha Gen and Gengar altered Sunagakure’s inhabitants’ memories, and Gen planned to use the village’s influence to replace the daimyo system before joining the war against Iwagakure.
• Ōnoki learned that Iwagakure faced attacks from several villages and ordered Kitsuchi to test whether the Clay People could inherit his Dust Release, while Hiruzen Sarutobi discovered that Danzō’s peace-treaty meeting had been a Dream Clone.
• Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Izuna traveled through time, met Hashirama Senju, and learned that their Shinobi World was a projection and that Madara Uchiha and Indra planned to merge 487 worlds to rewrite its Will.
• Uchiha Gen left Sunagakure with Uchiha Hikari to seek Iwagakure’s tailed beasts and the Raikage, while Kakashi Hatake, Obito Uchiha, and Rin Nohara began a mission against Kirigakure.
• Hatake Sakumo stopped the Third Mizukage and killed him, but Madara Uchiha confronted Kakashi, Obito, and Rin on the island and left Kakashi unconscious while immobilizing Rin.
• Six Paths Obito told Obito that Madara’s plot had killed Rin in another world, and Obito awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan before accepting the Ten-Tails’ chakra and becoming its Jinchuriki with Rin’s help.
• Obito sent Rin and Kakashi into his Kamui dimension and fought Madara in the Naruson Domain, using Izanagi to recover from repeated fatal blows and attacking with Amenonuhoko.
