In the mission reception hall, Kakashi spent a long time looking for a suitable mission but couldn't find one.

This is mainly because of the huge gap in the strength of the members. The weakest members Yakumo Kurama and Neji Hyuga, are at best only at the level of Genin.

Moreover, both of them have extraordinary backgrounds: one is the daughter of the Kurama Clan, and the other is the young master of the Hyuga Branch Family.

The only one whose background seemed relatively simple Uchiha Yu, who was also a genius clansman in the eyes of the Uchiha Clan Leader Uchiha Fugaku, and even the Third Hokage Hokage's beloved son, for whom he was willing to argue.

Kakashi didn't want anything to happen to any of the three of them.

"Teacher Kakashi, have you made your choice?" Uchiha Yu no longer plays with feathers; when he has nothing to do, he repeatedly unlocks his Gene Lock.

Kakashi, seeing his condition, assumed he had a fever and turned around to ask with concern, "Why don't you go see Medical Ninja?"

"No need, just pretend I'm not interested." He pointed to an A-level mission on the mission blackboard. "I think that one's pretty good, want to consider it?"

Kakashi immediately shook his head, "A-rank mission? Don't even think about it."

"What's wrong with thinking about it?" Uchiha Yu frowned, tore off the mission details page, and Kakashi couldn't stop him. He bowed and apologized to the Anbu who issued the mission.

"Teacher Kakashi," Uchiha Yu pointed to the mission details, "You don't even need to lift a finger to pursue the rogue Chunin Aoi Rokushō Genin Idate Morino, do you?"

Kakashi, by this time having a full understanding of Uchiha Yu's Combat Power, shook his head. "If he were just an ordinary Chunin, I could trust you to go. The problem is... this Aoi Rokushō, and her reason for defecting."

Neji Hyuga asked curiously, "I remember him! I saw him when I enrolled. I was wondering why I hadn't seen him recently. Did he defect from the village?"

Kakashi nodded. "Yes, Aoi Rokushō and Idate Morino stole the Second Hokage's Scroll of Seals and the Sword of the Thunder God and defected not long ago. The Anbu chased them all the way to the Land of Iron but lost track of them. Recently, we received intelligence that they may be heading to Kirigakure from the Land of Bears by water."

"The problem lies in what they stole. The Second Hokage Hokage's Sword of the Thunder God is an extremely powerful ninja tool. Even a Chunin obtains it can unleash power comparable to a Jonin. There might be Kirigakure's Jieyin ninjas near the Land of Bears. It's very dangerous to be near a village with which we have no diplomatic relations."

"Especially..." Kakashi looked helplessly at everyone's faces, then pointed to Obito's eyes under his mask. "The four of us, all with Kekkei Genkai, if we fall into the hands of Kirigakure, it will be a very heavy blow to Konoha."

"Teacher Kakashi." Uchiha Yu interrupted Kakashi, pointing to the small print at the bottom of the mission, "This is a cooperative mission, which can be carried out by two teams together."

Kakashi rolled his eyes. "Of course I saw it, it's just because..."

Uchiha Yu mercilessly exposed her, "Is it because you're lazy, have no friends, and don't know which team to go with?"

Kakashi shrugged. "Say what you will, you wicked disciple."

"Just accept it! No matter how dangerous an A-rank mission is, it's still better than encountering Orochimaru last time, right?" Uchiha Yu almost tore the mission scroll to shreds, looking very anxious.

Kakashi noticed something amiss. "Are you after the Sword of the Thunder God or the Scroll of Seals?"

"That has nothing to do with it! My main hatred is for the Rogue Ninja! Yes! I hate them! I can never repay Konoha's kindness! I'm going to bring all the Rogue Ninja back to face the judgment of the sun!"

I don't believe it.

"Kakashi!" Uchiha Yu gritted his teeth. "You've done thirty or forty S-rank missions, haven't you? Making a fortune for yourself without taking us with you? It's truly disheartening!"

Kakashi suddenly hesitated.

In his entire life, he has completed more than two hundred A-level missions, and with a little more effort, he could reach three hundred.

The number of S-rank missions has reached a terrifying 38.

He usually accomplished missions like chasing down rogue Chunin slacking off, but now with two burdens on his shoulders...

Uchiha Yu noticed Kakashi's hesitation and nudged Yakumo Kurama beside him with his elbow.

Yakumo Kurama, being quite shrewd, immediately said, "My uncle should be free recently! He's Chunin the Kurama Clan, so he'll definitely be fine with our team! Ah! His commission... we don't need to pay him!"

Kakashi's lips twitched slightly. This young lady was planning to take a Chunin as a bodyguard on her mission.

"That"

Seeing that Kakashi had relented, Uchiha Yu opened the scroll, took Kakashi's hand, pressed a hand seal on it, and then handed it to the Anbu Ninja.

"Then we'll meet here in one hour," Uchiha Yu glanced at Kakashi's bewitched appearance, "Twenty minutes from now, hurry up! We can't afford to waste a single minute chasing down the Rogue Ninja!"

Pennsylvania Avenue was congested starting at 5 a. m. this morning because someone photographed the second-largest economy's new fighter jet last night.

A group of high-ranking officials arrived at the Palace of Applied Sciences early for a meeting, including Stephen Fang.

He was certainly not expressing his opinion as a high-ranking official.

He was hired by Nick Fury to work as a bodyguard at the Palace.

Beside Stephen Fang, Black Widow held up some documents and muttered, "An organization you may never have heard of has recently run into trouble. A Metahuman was locked in a cage has escaped. He can control magnetic fields; to put it simply, he can smash you with a car."

Black Widow felt the description was not quite accurate. "I mean, every car on the street would hit you at the same time."

Stephen Fang's expression changed slightly. "I know that. You mean, he might come to the Palace of the Dead and start a massacre today?"

"It's hard to say, because of the special circumstances today, all the top officials in the country are here for a meeting. The director said that if he were Max Eisenhardt, well, that is, the guy I'm talking about who can control magnetic fields."

"If he were Max Eisenhardt, then..."

"Understood." Stephen Fang nodded emphatically. "Are you suggesting I deal with him? Isn't that a bit much?"

"Of course not. Well, here they come!"

Following Black Widow's finger, Stephen Fang encountered several classic characters.

Jean Grey with red hair!

His head looks like it's been ironed by a Wolverine iron!

Cyclops wearing cool red goggles!

And Storm with a full head of white hair!

Almost the entire First Hokage X-Men was present!

When Storm saw Black Widow, she went up to her in a very friendly manner and shook hands with her.

Black Widow explained to Stephen Fong, "We've been through thick and thin together during a crisis, so we know each other very well."

Storm smiled and gave Black Widow a hug, then looked at Stephen Fang: "And this is?"

"He's an outsider for S.H.I.E.L.D.., and he was a key member during the last Hammer Crisis."

Storm hand, "Nice to meet you."

Stephen Fang didn't seem to be seeing Mutants for the first time. He asked curiously, "I remember that the hatred between humans and Mutants is irreconcilable. Do you really need to protect these high-ranking human officials?"

"Hey kid, you're talking really rudely. You keep calling us humans, are we monsters?"

Stephen Fang didn't even turn around to look at Wolverine; his Tail emerged from his body and then quickly retracted.

Upon seeing this, Wolverine toned down his attitude somewhat, but he was still bothered by how clearly Stephen Fang distinguished between Mutants and ordinary people.

Storm looked at Stephen Fang with great curiosity. "Putting aside the matter of humans and Mutants, would you be interested in visiting Xavier's School? This is the home of Mutants."

"Come on, even among Mutants there's a distinction between people of color and colorless people. Am I going to get the cold shoulder if I go there?"

"This..." Storm, being both Caucasian and Black, didn't know what to say.

Cyclops interrupted Storm's attempt to win him over, and stepped forward first. "Alright, we should go in now. The enemy could come at any moment."

Seeing that Cyclops had left, Jean Grey's gaze lingered between Wolverine and her boyfriend Cyclops, but she ultimately chose to chase after Cyclops.

Stephen Fang commented. "Complex relationships between men and women fit my stereotypes."

With a large crowd pouring into the Palace of Pine, today's meeting officially began.

A white man stood up. "That's just a model! How can we possibly build it for them first!"

Another fat white man chimed in, "Exactly!"

A black soldier slammed his fist on the table in anger. "They must have stolen our technological achievements! They always do this! Damn it!"

The white Engineers in charge, wearing glasses, spoke up timidly, "We haven't even built a model yet."

"That's a stolen blueprint for our old fighter jet, with an added outer shell! The inside is still our fighter jet!"

Stephen Fang, who was outside, found the people inside too agitated, so he took a step toward Jean Grey at the opposite window.

"What's wrong?" Jean Grey asked kindly.

"It's nothing, it's just too noisy."

"Ah, don't you care about such important national affairs? I thought all men would want to know."

Stephen Fang shook his head. "What I see is the stars and the sea."

Jean Grey covered her mouth and chuckled, "I didn't know you had a space dream."

"I guess so."

Looking at Jean Grey, a "Mutants" who didn't belong to the Xavier's School, with great curiosity, she asked, "You grew up like this?"

"What's the meaning?"

"I've never heard of you before," Jean Grey explained. "The environment for Mutants is too harsh; they're misunderstood by everyone. You didn't grow up in Xavier's School, so you must have suffered a lot of Byakugan."

Stephen Fang shrugged. "I'm more concerned about whether I'll find a bug in the last bite of my fried rice. So you know, I always try not to look at my food while I'm eating, so even if I find a bug, I won't know. If I don't know, then it's just protein."

"Ah," Jean Grey was about to laugh when she suddenly realized that these words contained profound philosophical meaning.

Perhaps, this is the essence of great wisdom?

So it doesn't matter whether Mutants or not?

"Then you..." Jean Grey was about to continue asking Stephen Fang about his personal situation when suddenly a plume of black smoke enveloped the wooden door in front of them!

Immediately afterwards, a monster with a demonic tail, eerie yellow eyes, and black skin appeared in the Conference Room!

Upon seeing this, Jean Grey shouted, "He's here!"
