After Urashiki Otsutsuki’s attack, Itō Yuying used Shenron to revive everyone Urashiki had killed, including Hyuga Yeyang and his companions. Peace returned to the Shinobi World, but Itō warned Sasuke and Boruto that more Ōtsutsuki threats might come as they prepared to leave.

• After Hyuga Yeyang and the others died, Itō Yuying transformed into a Super Saiyan and told Tsunade he could bring the dead back.
• A year later, Itō Yuying summoned Shenron at Kami's Lookout and wished for everyone killed by Urashiki Otsutsuki to return to life.
• Shenron revived the victims across the Shinobi World, and Itō Yuying warned everyone that overusing the Dragon Balls could turn them into Dark Dragon Balls and destroy the world.
• Sasuke said he and Boruto would leave the next day, and Itō Yuying gave Sasuke Senzu Beans and warned him about possible Ōtsutsuki threats.
• The next day, Sasuke took Boruto away in the Transdimensional Turtle.

Sasuke and Boruto returned home, and both families settled back into ordinary life while Boruto boasted at school about his adventures. After Boruto defeated Sarada in sparring and made her cry, Sasuke comforted her and secretly punished Boruto with extra training, leaving Boruto absent from school for half a month.

• Sasuke returned home and gave Sarada Ultra Divine Water, while Boruto gave some to Himawari after recounting his journey to his family.
• Boruto bragged about his exploits at school until Sarada teased him about failing his training, and he challenged her to spar.

Itō Yuying told Tobirama Senju and Hiruzen Sarutobi that he planned to leave Konoha to wander and investigate for several months or possibly years. He prepared to depart after spending time with his family, while Tsunade reacted angrily to how long he might be gone.

• Itō Yuying lectured Itō Junichi about relying on his father, but Yiteng Yue intervened and comforted his great-grandson.
• Itō Yuying visited Jiraiya at the Training Base, challenged him to spar, and left Jiraiya defeated after ten minutes.
• Itō Yuying told Tobirama Senju he planned to travel alone in a couple of days, and Tobirama urged him to return soon.
• Itō Yuying informed Hiruzen Sarutobi of his plan to leave, and Hiruzen approved; Shimura Danzō criticized the decision but left when Hiruzen asserted his authority as Hokage.
• Itō Yuying refused Itō Junichi and Itō Masami's pleas to accompany him, then told Tsunade he might be away for two or three months or as long as four or five years.

Itō Yuying left the village after entrusting its training and security to his friends, then visited Cloud Shadow Village before pursuing the mysterious feeling that had drawn him away. He descended into the Shinobi World's Endless Abyss, where his perception and strength were being drained, and the system warned him to escape before he ran out of energy.

• Itō Yuying told his friends he was leaving to investigate a feeling that had arisen after Urashiki Otsutsuki's death, and asked them to manage recruitment and training while keeping the Secret Realm closed.
• Itō Yuying traveled to Cloud Shadow Village, learned Nii Raiu was away training, and drank with the Raikage before spending the night with Yugito Nii.
• Itō Yuying gave the Raikage Senzu Beans and Qigong training manuals for Nii Raiu, then left the village.
• Itō Yuying descended into a seemingly bottomless valley, where his perception was blocked and an unseen force drained his strength.
• The system identified the valley as the Shinobi World's Endless Abyss and warned Itō Yuying to fly upward before he ran out of strength, so he sped toward the surface.

After discovering that the bottom of the Endless Abyss concealed a World Barrier, Itō Yuying escaped and returned to Konoha after more than three years away. He reunited with his family and friends, then told them about the dangerous abyss and the world beyond it.

• Itō Yuying spent months studying the Endless Abyss before plunging down in Saiyan form and crashing into a transparent barrier.
• The system identified the barrier as a World Barrier and explained that Itō Yuying had resisted the world's suppression because his soul came from elsewhere; Itō Yuying suspected the One Piece World lay beyond it.
• With his Ki rapidly draining, Itō Yuying flew out of the abyss and used Instant Transmission to return to Konoha.
• Itō Yuying reunited with Itō Junichi and Itō Masami, invited their friends and village leaders to dinner, and practiced with his children while Tsunade bought groceries.
• At dinner, Itō Yuying told Tobirama Senju and the others about his three-year absence and the dangers of the Endless Abyss.

Itō Yuying spent more time with his family and friends in the Shinobi World before returning to the Endless Abyss and forcing his way through the Dimensional Wall. After a long journey through a spacetime wormhole, he reached a familiar planet and vanished toward the next world.

• Itō Yuying promised to take Orochimaru to the abyss and offered to guide Kakashi in cultivating ki.
• Itō Yuying brought his friends to the bottomless canyon, then stayed in Konoha for over a year and had another son with Tsunade.
• Itō Yuying said goodbye to Tsunade and his friends, visited the Raikage, and left for the Endless Abyss with Senzu Beans.
• Itō Yuying powered up and fired a Kamehameha at the Dimensional Wall until a miniature black hole appeared, then passed through it and set a spatial node.
• Itō Yuying flew through the dark spacetime wormhole for an unknown length of time before the system warned him to prepare for a vacuum.
