Itō Yuying took Yumengliang, Hana, and Qingliu across several lands, training them while clashing with powerful leaders and their forces. The arc left him beginning a three-day training session for Kumogakure’s Genin before heading for the Land of Water.

• Chiyo broke through during the Forest of Despair training and used chakra threads to control a thousand Demon Beasts, while Tobirama, Hiruzen, and Danzō also advanced.
• Hanzō sought Konoha’s protection after Ōnoki and the Tsuchikage attacked him, and Itō Yuying later selected Yumengliang, Hana, and Qingliu as his students.
• Itō Yuying tested the three students in the Forest of Death, accepted them after they worked together against wolves, and took them on a training journey toward the Land of Wind.
• The students learned Water Walking, Shadow-Treading Step, and combat techniques as they crossed the desert and traveled through the Land of Rain and the Land of Earth.
• Itō Yuying fought Roshi, the Four-Tails, and Ōnoki, then devastated Iwagakure, leaving the village leaders’ survival uncertain.
• In Kumogakure, Hana defeated Ruroi and Yumengliang defeated Killer B in student sparring matches, while Qingliu lost to Lei Luo after a fierce fight.
• Itō Yuying agreed to train Kumogakure’s Genin for three days, and he demonstrated his Ten Thousand Thunder Heavenly Prison Attraction at a lightning-struck peak.

Itō Yuying trained young ninjas, searched for the Dragon Ball materials, and built Korin Tower as a place to prepare children for an approaching threat. After Nii Raiu was abducted and found living with Madara Uchiha, the story left the veterans struggling through the Secret Realm’s dangers.

• Itō Yuying trained students in Kumogakure and Kirigakure, then returned to Konoha with Hana, Yumengliang, and Qingliu, who soon demonstrated their strength on missions and in sparring.
• Nii Raiu unleashed an Energy Wave during training, but Black Zetsu abducted him and brought him to Madara Uchiha, who tried to recruit him and let him stay nearby.
• Itō Yuying told Tobirama Senju about the dangers of overusing the original stones and his plan to create Dragon Balls, then left Konoha to build Kami’s Lookout.
• Itō Yuying built Korin Tower in the Land of Hot Water, introduced Korin as its guardian, and explained that children under ten would train there in Ki to prepare for an unknown outside threat.
• At Yugito Nii’s request, Itō Yuying located Nii Raiu in the Land of Rain and told her he was training with Madara Uchiha, so she chose to leave him there for now.
• Tobirama Senju and Itō Yuying brought the Kage and their companions into the Secret Realm, where its pressure overwhelmed newcomers and Zuǒhé transformed until Tobirama sealed his chakra.
• The veterans ventured toward the Endless Sea of Blood and fought swarms and beasts, while the Raikage stayed back with Killer B and the future Third Mizukage revealed threads that tore through nearby beasts.

The shinobi trained in the Secret Realm while Urashiki Otsutsuki invaded their timeline and hunted the tailed beasts. After years of recovery and preparation, Urashiki returned and killed several of Konoha’s defenders before Itō Yuying destroyed him.

• Tobirama Senju and the other shinobi trained against insects, sea beasts, and tree demons while the younger fighters strengthened themselves in the Forest of Despair.
• Urashiki Otsutsuki captured jinchūriki and imprisoned Jiraiya, but Sasuke helped Itō Yuying reach his dimension and rescue Jiraiya and two jinchūriki.
• Urashiki Otsutsuki devastated several villages and killed Madara Uchiha before Itō Yuying ambushed him with the Raikage and destroyed most of his body.
• Itō Yuying learned that Nii Raiu was his son, accepted his choice to stay with Yugito Nii, and married Tsunade after discovering she was pregnant.
• Itō Yuying trained Nii Raiu over the following years, then subdued the Nine-Tails after Mito Uzumaki died and secured its agreement to protect Konoha for twenty years.
• Itō Yuying sent seven children to train under Korin, where Sasuke and Boruto joined them after climbing Korin Tower.
• Urashiki Otsutsuki returned, diverted Itō Yuying with clones at Korin Tower, and attacked Konoha, where he killed Tobirama Senju and Uchiha Hanyue.
• Might Duy, Hyuga Yeyang, and Jiraiya restrained Urashiki Otsutsuki at the cost of Jiraiya’s life before Itō Yuying arrived and destroyed him with a Spirit Bomb.
