Sasuke revealed evidence that he had killed Lower Rank Five Rui alone, leaving the Hashira stunned by a feat that could qualify him to stand among them.

• Kagaya Ubuyashiki arrived at the meeting, and the Hashira bowed to welcome him.
• Sanemi Shinazugawa asked Kagaya to deal with Tanjiro, but Kagaya said he had already approved Tanjiro and Nezuko.

Sasuke annihilated the Information Demon in City of Wind Chimes with Kirin, leaving a vast vitrified crater and stunning witnesses across the region. At Demon Slayer Corps headquarters, the Hashira heard the reports and fell silent as Kagaya Ubuyashiki called Sasuke a true god of thunder.

• Sasuke agreed to let Shinobu Kocho examine his body and provide a blood sample.
• While Shinobu studied the sample, Sasuke sensed that his chakra was recovering quickly after Kirin.
