Background

Lu Yiwen and Ge Qiuyue brought Lu Yiping back from the desolate edges of the universe and said he had been born there. Many Lu Family members nevertheless doubted that he was their biological son. As he later merged with the Jade Disc of Creation, Lu Yiping increasingly suspected that his origins were far more complicated than he had been told. 439

Before leaving the Lu Family, Lu Yiping and his younger sister Lu Zhiqing depended on each other. Lu Youchao and Lu Yiming later sent people to hunt him down, while Lu Zhiqing remained behind and preserved his old residence for millions of years. 438 439
