Chatting in the Great Hall
After eating and drinking my fill, I went back to my dorm to sleep.
This is Bell ' favorite part of the day.
However, after strolling back to his dorm, before Bell could even touch his mattress, he was dragged back to the common room by the Ravenclaw Prefect.
What's going on?
Looking at the equally bewildered Little Wizard around him, Bell knew that asking would be pointless.
After everyone had gathered, the group walked back towards the Great Hall.
Ravenclaw Tower was the furthest dormitory from the Great Hall. Therefore, when Bell and the others returned to the Great Hall, the Little Wizard from the other three houses had already gathered Great Hall.
The Great Hall at this time had undergone tremendous changes compared to before.
The tables and chairs were piled up in the corner. On the empty floor, sleeping bags were neatly arranged, each a different color according to the academy.
The disturbance was spreading from the location of Gryffindor House towards the entire Great Hall. Although the professors were trying to suppress it, no one was shouting. However, the hushed murmurs of a group of people talking in hushed tones were still quite irritating.
Bell listened attentively for a while before finally understanding the cause and effect of the matter.
It turns out that Sirius Black, the first escapee in history to successfully break out of Azkaban, has infiltrated Hogwarts Castle and is attempting to enter the Gryffindor Common Room.
Although Black's attempt failed due to the obstruction of the painting guarding Gryffindor — the Fat Lady —he was so enraged that he tore up the painting containing the Fat Lady.
Poor Fat Lady, what a kind and amiable woman she was. Apart from her narcissism, she had no other obvious flaws.
After a moment of silence for the Fat Lady, Bell turned his suspicious gaze toward Dumbledore was standing at the entrance of the Great Hall.
Bell believed that Black's escape from Azkaban had nothing to do with Dumbledore.
No matter how much Dumbledore wanted to train Harry, there was no way he would go and break out of Azkaban.
After all, there are so many Dark Wizard outside; he can use them as he pleases. It's not worth it.
But was Dumbledore really completely unaware of Black 'Black Hogwarts beforehand?
For him, deceiving a few Dementor to facilitate Black's infiltration should be an effortless task.
Of course, all of this is just baseless speculation by Bell. Bell has no idea what the truth is.
However, Bell didn't seem to care much.
When soldiers come, we'll block them; when water comes, we'll dam it. We'll just observe and see how things unfold.
"Gege! Gege! Here!"
A voice that Bell knew all too well brought him back to his senses.
It's Shanna.
The little girl, with a bright smile that seemed out of place in the oppressive atmosphere around her, strode over, dragging three sleeping bags in one hand and pulling her two best friends along with the other.
"Gege, Hogwarts is so much fun!"
Shanna was overjoyed. She'd only ever heard about Hogwarts from her Gege before, but this time she was finally experiencing it firsthand!
She's only been at Hogwarts for a short time, and already such a funny thing has happened!
At this moment, Shanna was filled with anticipation for her future studies and life.
"Fun?"
Bell looked at her younger sister, puzzled, wondering what she meant.
"Ahem, I mean, it's been so long since I've slept with my Gege. And it's so much fun to sleep with so many people in the Great Hall."
"Oh, right! Brother, these are my two good friends, Phyllis and Lena. Lis, Lena, this is my brother, Bell."
Shanna quickly changed the subject. She didn't want her Gege to think she was a disobedient girl.
"Hello, Shanna's Gege."
Phyllis stared at Bell with an open and honest gaze. She had long been curious about Shanna's legendary Gege.
Every time I chat with Shanna, she always brings up her Gege. In Shanna's words, her Gege is practically one in a million.
Therefore, Phyllis had long wanted to see who Shanna's Gege really was.
"Hello, big Gege."
Compared to Phyllis, Lena was much shyer.
The little girl hid behind her best friend Phyllis, only peeking out her head cautiously to observe Bell.
She rarely spoke to anyone outside of her family and friends, and she disliked talking to people outside of her family and friends.
"Hello, it's nice to meet you."
Bell smiled and greeted the two of them.
Bell is very happy that her younger sister has made two best friends.
"Thanks..."
"Alright, Gege, let's go over there!"
However, just as Bell was about to express his gratitude, Shanna suddenly grabbed Bell's arm and tried to lead him to a less crowded area.
Bell glanced helplessly at Shanna and gently tapped the little girl on the head.
His younger sister's little schemes couldn't escape his notice.
Bell leaned close to Shanna's ear and whispered in a voice that Phyllis and Lena couldn't hear:
"Shanna, I hope you and Hermione can get along well. I know my request is unreasonable. But can you grant your Gege this unreasonable request?"
After two months of observation, Bell realized that if things continued to be left unchecked, Shanna and Hermione's relationship would likely not improve even in two more years.
Therefore, after much deliberation, Bell decided to swallow his pride and beg his sister for help.
After all, anyone with eyes could see that Shanna was resistant to Hermione.
"Hmm~"
Shanna pouted, looking at her older Gege with dissatisfaction.
My Gege is so cunning.
No! That's already a foul!
After staring at her Gege with a pitiful look for a while, and confirming that Gege was serious, Shanna reluctantly nodded.
"Okay, I understand."
Having received an affirmative answer, Bell patted Shanna's hair with satisfaction.
Actually, he always felt that Shanna and Hermione should get along very well.
Both of them have a strong thirst for knowledge about magic, so they should have a lot to talk about.
Although the two are still quite far apart in skill level...
"Bell, I've finally found you. You already know what happened, right?"
Hermione dragged her sleeping bag and struggled through the crowd to reach the group.
"What were you two talking about just now? I called you and you didn't respond."
Hermione looked at Bell and Shanna with a puzzled expression.
"Let's talk about you again. Also, I already know that Black has infiltrated Hogwarts Castle."
Bell smiled as he took the slightly heavy sleeping bag from Hermione's hands, and while wiping Hermione's sweat, he gave his sister a wink.
"My topic?"
Hermione immediately became a little nervous when she heard that the Bell siblings were talking about her.
After receiving a look from her Gege, Shanna first glared at Gege with displeasure, then walked over and hugged Hermione's arm.
"Yes, Hermione. Your Gege was worried about you."
As she spoke, Shanna pulled Hermione toward her two best friends, leaving her Gege with an annoyed look on his back, leaving him to figure it out for himself.
