Hermione Found Out!
Hermione was somewhat flattered by Shanna's sudden enthusiasm.
You should know that Shanna's rejection and resistance towards her has been a real worry for Hermione all along.
After all, Shanna is already like this, who knows if Bell's parents will be even more opposed to her?
Now, Shanna actually took her arm and introduced her to her friends, making Hermione almost cry with joy.
Hermione gave Bell a grateful look. Although she didn't know exactly what Bell had done, there was no doubt that Shanna's transformation was undoubtedly the result of her boyfriend's efforts.
From then until she went to sleep, Shanna didn't say another word to Bell.
The little girl used this to express her dissatisfaction.
Bell watched the girls chatting happily, amused. It seemed he'd have to give his younger sister a good talking-to tomorrow.
After that night on Halloween, Black seemed to have vanished into thin air again, and no one ever found a trace of him again.
The Little Wizard at Hogwarts gradually let go of their worries and returned to their daily lives.
"Snape is awful! How could he say such a thing about Professor Lupin?"
Harry walked past Bell, complaining to his friends.
Bell glanced at Hermione beside him with a puzzled look. Hermione had inexplicably fallen silent since the middle of the lesson.
"Hermione? Are you alright?"
Bell reached out and touched his girlfriend's forehead with concern.
Thankfully, I don't have a fever.
"What's wrong? What... what could be wrong with me?"
Hermione's eyes darted around, clearly hiding something.
"Normally, shouldn't you have expressed your dissatisfaction with Snape, just like Harry did?"
Bell knew that Hermione really liked Lupin and had expressed her appreciation for Lupin's teaching methods to him more than once.
Although Bell didn't think there was anything to be surprised about.
In Bell's opinion, Lupin's teaching level was only average. It was simply that the first two Defense Against the Dark Arts professors were so incompetent that the standards for the Little Wizard kept dropping.
At least in the class just now, Bell agreed with one of the things Snape 'Lupin place.
Weak Dark Magic Creatures like Red Cap and Grindylow, which even ordinary Muggle can handle, should really be something a first-year student could deal with.
Hermione looked around, then pulled Bell to a corner before whispering:
"Bell, I discovered something very important during Snape's class just now!"
"Oh? What is it?"
Seeing his girlfriend's serious expression, Bell couldn't help but become a little more serious as well.
Could it be that Hermione just discovered Snape's true nature as a simp?
Fortunately, Hermione had no idea what nonsense her boyfriend was thinking, otherwise she definitely wouldn't have been able to keep her composure.
"I've discovered that Professor Lupin might actually be Werewolf!"
"... That's it?"
Bell felt that her feelings had been betrayed.
Lupin is Werewolf, isn't that common knowledge? What's there to say?
"What do you mean 'that's all'?! Werewolf! Professor Lupin might be a dangerous Werewolf!"
Hermione stared at her boyfriend in exasperation. Couldn't he be a little more concerned?
"Etc!"
Belatedly, Hermione realized something was wrong.
"So you mean you knew all along that Professor Lupin was Werewolf?"
"It's not that early."
Bell said honestly.
Hermione breathed a sigh of relief.
It seems she has a very keen eye for observation. Although she's still a bit behind Bell, at least not by much.
"I felt that something was off about Professor Lupin from the very first time we met."
"..."
Seeing her boyfriend's serious and earnest expression, Hermione felt the urge to scratch again.
I really want to strangle him!
Hermione swears her life that Bell did it on purpose. He was deliberately panting like that!
"How is that possible!"
Hermione said through gritted teeth.
No matter what, it's a bit too unusual to notice something strange about someone on the very first meeting!
If Werewolf were so easy to identify, wizards would probably have captured Werewolf all and kept them under centralized guard long ago.
"Of course it's possible. If you look closely, you'll see that Professor Lupin's robes are covered in patches, and he looks malnourished. There must be a reason why an adult wizard is in such a sorry state."
"How can you be so sure what the cause is? Are there really very few reasons that could cause that?"
Hermione was somewhat skeptical.
You can deduce so much just by looking at their clothes and complexion? Are you Sherlock Holmes?
"While it's a considerable amount, it's not insignificant either. Using the process of elimination, it's not difficult to reach a conclusion."
"Then... should we tell others about this?"
After tentatively accepting her boyfriend's analysis, Hermione asked hesitantly.
Werewolf are very dangerous, so logically she should have told others about it so that everyone could take precautions.
However, Hermione didn't think Professor Lupin was a bad person.
After all, how could a professor who gives such excellent lectures be a bad person?
Bell clearly noticed his girlfriend's dilemma.
"Don't worry about him. Since Professor Dumbledore chose to hire a Werewolf to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts, there must be a reason for it."
Even disregarding Dumbledore's thoughts, Bell had no intention of reporting Lupin.
After all, these days, it's really hard to find a decent Defense Against the Dark Arts professor!
"You mean, Professor Dumbledore also knew about Professor Lupin's Werewolf identity?"
Hermione asked incredulously.
But if you calm down and think about it carefully, it doesn't seem surprising at all.
"Of course! Even you and I could figure out Lupin's identity, how could Professor Dumbledore not?"
Bell said matter-of-factly.
"And it's not just Professor Dumbledore; haven't you ever wondered why Snape talked about Werewolf in that class just now?"
"You mean...?"
the next day.
Today is another long-awaited Quidditch Match day.
However, the weather didn't cooperate; starting yesterday afternoon, it began to drizzle.
This morning, the rain not only showed no signs of stopping, but instead poured down harder and harder, gradually turning into a violent storm.
In weather like this, Bell doesn't want to go out at all.
Even if he could use a barrier to isolate the rain, nothing outside is as comfortable as the lounge.
"How about we watch the live stream using our Personal Terminal instead of going out?"
"Leaning lazily back on the sofa, "Bell suggested.
"No!"
This is Hermione.
"Don't want!"
This is Shanna.
Bell began to wonder if it was the right decision for him to ease tensions with his sister's girlfriend.
He just wanted to improve their relationship, but he didn't want them to gang up on him!
