But Roger blocked him. There was no way he could get away.

Garp was furious. He felt that if some secret treasure truly existed in this world, it had to be something that would overturn humanity's existing order. Someone like Shane absolutely could not be allowed to obtain it!
Otherwise, there would be endless trouble ahead!
A great pirate who had already defeated Golden Lion and Zephyr in the New World wielded unprecedented influence, standing only one step below Rocks in his day.

"Recover them! They won't die that easily! Where are all the powerful fish-men in the Marines? Have they been hiding underwater all this time doing nothing?"
