Lott defeated the forces threatening Peach Spring, strengthened ties with Shanks and Dragon, and helped Shirahoshi reach the surface and see a forest. As the Revolutionary Army joined forces with Peach Spring, Luffy began his journey and faced Smoker in Loguetown.

• Lott revealed that his apparent injuries had been a ruse, then comforted Vivi and prepared to oppose the World Government as Ace pursued Teach.
• Lott met Shanks in Peach Spring, discussed the coming conflict and Nika, and gained Shanks's promise to keep trouble away when war began.
• Eight months later, Luffy left Foosha Village, survived the Lord of the Coast and a whirlpool, while Gion arrived in Peach Spring seeking Zoro.
• Zoro challenged Mihawk, lost their duel, and asked to become Mihawk's disciple, while Lott went to Fish-Man Island and gave Shirahoshi a Transformation Pill.
• Shirahoshi discovered she could change her size, awakened her Poseidon power, and traveled with Lott to the surface, where he took her to Upper Yard and introduced her to Hancock, Nami, and Ling'er.
• Dragon proposed merging the Revolutionary Army into Peach Spring, and Lott agreed to join forces while preserving its independence and assigning it to tie down Mary Geoise's troops in the final battle.
• In Loguetown, Smoker confronted Luffy, who stopped his smoke attack with Armament Haki and sent Sanji and Usopp ahead while he stayed to fight.

Luffy and the Straw Hats reached Sabaody, where Kizaru and the Pacifistas overwhelmed them and Kuma scattered the crew. Lott reunited with Luffy, then set out with him to rescue Ace from Impel Down as the Lott Pirates prepared to head for Marineford.

• Lott rescued Luffy from Smoker, but Luffy refused his offer to take the crew into the Grand Line and sailed on with the Straw Hats.
• Lott’s crew reached Zou and learned that the Road Poneglyphs pointed toward Laugh Tale, while Robin and Lott later found the red stone beneath Wano Country.
• Perona stayed with Zoro at Hawkeye’s castle, and Gion arrived, declared her love for Zoro, and fought Hawkeye for him.
• At Sabaody, Luffy punched Saint Charlos after Camie was captured, and Rayleigh helped save her from the explosive collar.
• Kizaru and the Pacifistas attacked the pirates, while Kuma sent Sanji, Usopp, Brook, Saka, Carina, and Luffy away from Sabaody.
• Lott reunited with Luffy on Amazon Lily, but Luffy insisted on returning to Sabaody to find his crew.
• After learning that Ace was to be executed at Marineford, Lott promised to save him and took Luffy toward Impel Down aboard Skybreaker No. 1.

Lott invaded Impel Down with Luffy and Jinbe to find Ace, then left them to reach Marineford as Whitebeard’s forces clashed with the Marines. Luffy charged into battle to save Ace, but Akainu captured him before Sabo returned and vowed to save both brothers.

• Lott led Luffy through Impel Down, freed Jinbe, and learned that Akainu had taken Ace away.
• Lott fought Teach and Magellan, killed Teach after discovering his multiple hearts, then teleported Luffy and Jinbe to the prison gate.
• Sengoku revealed that Ace was Gol D. Roger’s son and that Lott was his master as Whitebeard arrived at Marineford and launched his attack.
• Whitebeard’s forces fought the Marines while Garp sat beside Ace, and Luffy arrived with Jinbe, Ivankov, Buggy, and the Impel Down escapees.
• Luffy challenged Whitebeard and pushed toward the execution platform, fighting off Marines while Ace urged him to leave.
• Akainu attacked Luffy and captured him, then announced that Luffy was Dragon’s son, Garp’s grandson, and Lott’s disciple before an unseen voice ordered him to let go.
• A Three-legged Giant Bird severed Akainu’s arm and transformed into Sabo, who embraced Luffy and promised Ace he would save him.
• Akainu declared that Sabo had to die alongside Ace and Luffy to prevent the three from becoming threats to the Marines and World Government.

Lott and his allies rescued Ace from the execution platform, then confronted the World Government’s powerful officials as Marineford fell apart. The broadcast went dark, and Lott faced Figarland Garling while Sabo resumed his fight with Akainu.

• Sabo held Akainu back while Luffy rushed toward Ace, and Kaido and Big Mom’s attempt to seize Poseidon at Peach Spring was stopped by Shirahoshi’s Sea Kings and Shanks.
• At Marineford, Garp confronted Luffy but spared him, and Lott arrived aboard the Skybreaker after a wave of Conqueror’s Haki swept across the battlefield.
• Kuro intercepted Sengoku while Lott freed Ace from his seastone chains, and Ace tearfully declared that he wanted to live.
• Seven World Government officials appeared, and Lott’s clash with Figarland Garling shattered the Execution Platform and damaged Marineford.
• Hancock killed Gangban Richuan Taro, Enel killed Mechuan Neikuichiro, and Ling’er, Ace, and Crocodile defeated Minako, Kurazakura Paiko, and Eight-Legged Rampage.
• Lott killed Miyamoto Xieyin and broke apart Garling’s Divine Departure, but the clash disabled the remaining Visual Den Den Mushi and cut off the broadcast.
• As Marineford began sinking, Robin explained Garling’s status, Akainu returned to fight Sabo, and Garling charged Lott after Lott accused the World Government of stealing the world.
