Rossi and Doflamingo survived a mutiny, reached Spandamruze, and recruited the Four Suits after rescuing them from the Jedi Family. The group prepared to take over the city’s Underworld, while Rossi insisted that trafficking and slavery had to end.

• Rossi and Doflamingo exposed the Pinta’s leaders’ schemes, killed Dafuransi with help from Gion, and sailed away after the surviving crew took control of the ship.
• Rossi and Doflamingo reached Spandamruze, sold Sake Iron Ore to Wesker, and clashed with Trebol, Diamante, Pica, and Vergo.
• After a fire destroyed Bolkin’s home, Rossi and Doflamingo accepted his help and attacked the Four Suits’ base, where Vergo revealed that the Jedi Family had captured Trebol, Pica, and Diamante.
• Rossi, Doflamingo, Vergo, and Bolkin infiltrated the Jedi Family’s manor and rescued Trebol, Pica, and Diamante, while Doflamingo ended the suffering of dying captives.
• Vergo brought a Devil Fruit to the Pinta, and Trebol, Diamante, Pica, and Vergo pledged themselves to Doflamingo before Rossi urged them to act like a family rather than kneel.
• Rossi identified the String-String Fruit and proposed taking the Jedi Family’s place in the Underworld, and Doflamingo agreed to eliminate them.
• Rossi and Vergo began scouting the Jedi Family’s territory, while Wesker argued with guard 8674 at Rose Manor about Germa 66’s limits on his personal conflicts.

Rossi helped the Donquixote crew destroy the Jiedi Family’s hold on Spandamruze, establish their own Family, and begin expanding through trade. In Odense, they chose to defend Queen Jora against a pirate assault as the city’s defenses faltered and Cipher Pol’s involvement became clear.

• Rossi allied with Wesker, Rossi, and Vergo against the Jiedi Family, but Rossi and Vergo’s ambush of Qiao ended with Rossi killing him using a sound-wave weapon.
• Rossi and the Donquixote crew captured the Gear and joined forces with its captains to steal Thompson’s records and attack the Jedi Family.
• Rossi, Doflamingo, and their allies stormed Thompson’s ship, and Thompson’s Swamp-Swamp Fruit trapped them until Trebol ignited his mucus and drove Thompson away.
• Rossi recovered from severe injuries as Doflamingo used his String-String Fruit to repair him, and the Donquixote crew took over the fallen Family’s businesses.
• Rossi traded the Sonic Bomb process to Germa 66 for medical treatment, then joined Doffy, Trebol, Diamante, Vergo, and Pica in formally swearing their Family oath.
• Rossi and Doffy set sail to trade, fought off pursuing pirates, and headed to Odense after deciding they needed an artist for their flag.

Rossi helped the Donquixote Family repel Baruf Tani’s raid, survive a CP3 ambush, and grow stronger together. After accepting an invitation to the Vinsmoke engagement, the family set sail and fought off pirates converging on the ceremony.

• Rossi, Jora, and the Donquixote Family drove Baruf Tani’s White Dragon Pirates from Odensai, and Jora joined the family as a provisional member.
• The family returned to Spandamruze, where Rossi and Doflamingo exposed a local conspiracy, defeated CP3’s ambush, and welcomed Senor Pink into their ranks.
• Rossi revealed that he and Doflamingo were rejected Celestial Dragons, and the family pledged its loyalty to them.
• At a banquet, a Germa 66 researcher invited the family to the Vinsmoke prince’s engagement ceremony, and Rossi agreed to attend.
• Rossi and Doflamingo fought a fierce spar before reconciling as brothers, and Doflamingo declared that Rossi would share leadership of the family.

Rossi and Doflamingo joined the Vinsmoke Family’s campaign across the North Blue, then confronted Dragon after he devastated the capital of Parada. The arc ended with Dragon agreeing to help rebuild the sixteen kingdoms and train the Donquixote Family, which began intensive Haki and combat training.

• Rossi and Doflamingo entered the Vinsmoke banquet, where Judge offered the Stone-Stone Fruit to whoever won the arena fights, and Rossi defeated Linglong to claim it.
• Judge recruited allies to conquer unaffiliated North Blue nations, while Rossi secured permission for the Donquixote Family to attack Simoor and spare the Entagru Alliance.
• Rossi and Doflamingo punished Antwerp Port’s residents for their past attack on a couple, and Doflamingo escaped his nightmare of the past as the town burned.
