• Rossi trained the Donquixote Family in Life Return, approved Kyros and Scarlet’s engagement, and prepared the North Blue Plan with Dragon and the Red Count.
• Rossi brought the Family to Flevance, exposed Amber Lead Syndrome as poisoning, rescued Luo and Lami, and fought Dragon’s Revolutionary Army before leaving with the children.

Rossi and the Donquixote Family went to Hachinosu to rescue the Mink Tribe children and clashed with Ochoku and Charlotte Linlin before escaping amid the island’s collapse into chaos. The Family returned to Dressrosa celebrated as heroes, where Rossi welcomed Kyros and Scarlet’s newborn daughter and approved the orphan children’s arena applications.

• Rossi destroyed Angel Island and left a Shandia boy alive to find Shandora’s bell before sailing with the Family toward Dressrosa aboard a golden airship.
• After Oguri Cap and Rody asked for help rescuing Mink Tribe children, Rossi and Doflamingo led the Family fleet to Hachinosu, where Ochoku and Charlotte Linlin’s forces turned the auction into a battle.
• Rossi and Doflamingo fought Ochoku and Linlin as Jora freed the Mink children, and Rossi proposed that the Charlottes and his Family divide control of Hachinosu.
• The Family escaped after Ochoku hurled Pica’s Colossus at their ships, while Rossi and Doflamingo struck him with Conqueror’s Haki and Ochoku stayed behind to punish those who had exploited the chaos.

As the Donquixote Family faced pressure from the Five Elders and the Navy, Rossi confronted Sengoku at Carnival Island and offered the islands to the Marines rather than the World Government.

• Law and Ulti won their Corrida Colosseum matches, while Rossi sent Oguri Cap and Rody to Wano with Pica and met Crocodile at the port.
• Rossi sparred with Taran and Hawk-Eyes at Marine Headquarters, then traveled to Elbaf with Taran and Gion for Loki’s coming-of-age ceremony.
• During Elbaf’s Martial Combat Festival, Rossi fought the dragons attacking Oslo and joined the Giant King against the Sin Dragon, which declared their clash a draw and challenged him to meet again atop the World Tree.

Rossi gathered legendary allies to attack Mary Geoise and challenge the Celestial Dragons’ rule. After the fleet broke through the defenses and fought its way toward the castle, Imu revealed her Space-Space Fruit and overwhelmed several of the strongest fighters.

• Rossi recruited Shiki, Kozuki Oden, Whitebeard, Charlotte Linlin, Redfield, Dragon, Kaido, and other powerful allies for his planned assault on Mary Geoise.
• Rossi helped Luo eat the Op-Op Fruit, allowing him to cure Lami and the other sick children, while Jinbe left the Donquixote Family to join Fisher Tiger.
• Rossi and his allies revealed the Celestial Dragons’ reliance on Uranus and set out to confront Imu and the old order.
• Uranus attacked the approaching fleet with sixteen pillars of light, but Rossi and the assembled fighters shattered them before Red Count’s apparition of Rocks D. Xebec challenged Rossi.
• Golden Lion raised the Golden City above the sea, and the allied forces fought the Marines as Rossi wounded Kong and the city broke through to Mary Geoise.
• The allies battled Cipher Pol Aigis Zero and its awakened Zoan fighters, eventually forcing the masked forces to retreat toward Pangaea Castle.
• Imu appeared, cut Kaido apart, used her Space-Space Fruit to attack the assembled fighters, and shrank Shiki, wounded Dragon, and sent Charlotte Linlin crashing through the Celestial Dragons’ domain.
• Whitebeard tried to disrupt Imu’s control of space as Rossi managed only a shallow scratch, while the battle continued at G-1 Fortress with the Marines’ leading officers joining the fight.
