Alhaitham, Cyno, Dehya, and Lumine prepared to rescue Lesser Lord Kusanali by recruiting Nilou to perform during the Sabzeruz Festival. Nilou agreed, but her mention of a promise to the Inazuma Regent made Alhaitham realize he had overlooked the Regent’s role in the affair.

• Cyno told Alhaitham that strict inspections had increased around Sumeru City, but he had successfully brought Rahman and his men inside by staging their arrest.
