Raiden Ei ended the Vision Hunt Decree and the war, then reshaped Inazuma’s government with Yucheng as Regent and negotiated vital supplies from Snezhnaya in exchange for the Electro Gnosis. After Ei reconciled with the Raiden Shogun and abolished the Sakoku Decree, Yucheng strengthened his power and Inazuma awaited La Signora’s next audience.

• Raiden Ei executed Kujou Takayuki, lifted the Vision Hunt Decree, and ordered the war against Watatsumi to stop, then summoned the officials and Resistance leaders to Tenshukaku.
• Yucheng advised Ei on Inazuma’s recovery and exposed the Fatui’s Delusion factory, while Ei dismantled the Hiiragi and Kujou clans’ power and appointed Kujou Sara Tenryou Commissioner.
• Ei reconciled with Sangonomiya Kokomi and Watatsumi, reorganized its forces, and named Yucheng Regent of Inazuma above the Tri-Commission.
• Yucheng and Ei offered the Electro Gnosis to Snezhnaya for grain, medicine, technology, and other resources, and the Harbingers approved the trade.
• When Ei became trapped in a prolonged battle with the Raiden Shogun, Yucheng sent Lumine and Paimon with Yae Miko to help her, and Ei returned reconciled with the puppet and ready to lead Inazuma forward.
• Ei abolished the Sakoku Decree, while Yucheng used Hashirama Cells to expand his powers and made Sara a member of the Uchiha Clan.

Yucheng settled the Electro Gnosis exchange and led Inazuma's diplomatic mission to Liyue, where he reunited with Shenhe and negotiated renewed ties. When Beisht and Osial attacked, he protected Liyue Harbor and stripped both of their divine power before letting them leave.

• Scaramouche stole the Electro Gnosis and killed La Signora, but Yucheng defeated him and later released him with the Gnosis after revealing the truth about Niwa.
• Yucheng and Ei began developing Inazuma's islands, and Ei sent Yucheng to restore diplomatic ties with Liyue alongside Yae Miko and Kuki Shinobu.
• Yucheng reunited with Shenhe and secured her masters' acceptance of their relationship after promising to protect and cherish her.
• Yucheng reached a preliminary diplomatic accord with Liyue, alerted Yelan to Uncle Tian's poisoning, and proposed funeral services for Inazuma through Wangsheng Funeral Parlor.
• Ningguang lured Beisht out during the Jade Chamber's ascent ceremony, and Yucheng secured a tariff reduction in exchange for stopping her tsunami.
• Yucheng defeated Beisht and rescued the Millelith, Ganyu, and Keqing before Osial emerged from beneath Guyun Stone Forest.

After securing a lasting partnership between Liyue and Inazuma, Yucheng and Shenhe traveled overland through Dragonspine and met Klee, Albedo, and Eula. Their visit to Springvale led them to Wolvendom, where they discovered that Rifthounds had attacked Razor’s wolf family.

• Yucheng and Shenhe celebrated their victory over Osial, and Cloud Retainer blessed their relationship while Yucheng asked Xiao to protect the Traveler and Paimon in The Chasm.
• Ningguang hosted a victory banquet, where Yun Jin performed a new version of The Divine Damsel of Devastation and Ningguang had Zhu Tao removed after he threatened Shenhe.
• Yucheng and Ningguang signed a diplomatic agreement that lowered tariffs and established a strategic partnership between Liyue and Inazuma.
• Yucheng and Shenhe learned more about Osial’s authority and Havria from Zhongli, then went to The Chasm, where Zhongli rescued Xiao from the collapsing domain.
• Yucheng and Shenhe traveled across Dragonspine, where they caught the Great Snowboar King and saved Klee after she fell from a cliff.
• Yucheng left Shenhe to escort Klee while he retrieved a rib from Durin’s skeleton, then fled when Eula investigated the missing piece.
• Yucheng took Klee and Shenhe to Springvale, where Klee blasted fish and Yucheng discussed setting up boar breeding with Draff.
• Yucheng, Shenhe, and Klee went to Wolvendom, where they found Razor’s wolf family wounded by Rifthounds and prepared to fight the attacking pack.

Yucheng arrived in Mondstadt with Shenhe as the city faced Rifthound attacks, diplomatic negotiations, and a Lawrence Clan conspiracy backed by Snezhnaya. Eula rejected her clan and warned Jean, who prepared to defend the city as Sergei set the Fatui invasion in motion.

• Shenhe and Klee defeated the Rifthounds with Yucheng's guidance, and Razor thanked them before joining their trip to Mondstadt.
• Amber escorted the group to Mondstadt, where Yucheng admitted to Shenhe that he had taken the Dragon's Rib and hidden it in his Kamui Dimension.
• Jean organized a campaign against the Rifthounds and prepared for the Inazuma delegation, while Yucheng revealed to Diluc that La Signora had died and Scaramouche had defected.
• Yucheng arrived as Inazuma's Regent and began diplomatic talks with Jean, then attended a banquet where Schubert's confrontation with Eula ended with the Lawrence nobles arrested.
• Yucheng tested Eula's loyalty to the Knights of Favonius and warned her that the Lawrence Clan and Snezhnaya were preparing to destabilize Mondstadt.
• Eula broke with the Lawrence Clan, while its elders accepted Sergei's support and promised Snezhnaya money and access in exchange for help reclaiming Mondstadt.
• Eula warned Jean of the conspiracy and handed over documents, and Jean deceived the Lawrence Clan with a false defense map while arranging help from allies and Barbatos.
• Sergei ordered the Fatui to attack during a guard shift change, seize the Knights' headquarters, and target Jean and the Gunnhildr Clan while avoiding Inazuma's delegation.
