Mondstadt survives the Fatui assault and the attack of three Dread Dragons, while Yucheng helps defeat the dragons and Diluc avenges his father. As Eula faces rejection and chooses to leave, Jean makes her Mondstadt’s ambassador to Inazuma and negotiates the transfer of Lawrence Clan children and the recruitment of Mondstadt specialists.

• The Knights of Favonius confronted the Lawrence Clan rebels as Fatui forces attacked Mondstadt, and the defenders retreated behind the city walls after suffering casualties.
• Sergei’s mechanical birds spread powder over Mondstadt before three Ursa Dread Dragons appeared and attacked the city with dragonfire.
• Barbatos blessed Diluc and Jean, and Dvalin joined the fight while the defenders intercepted Ursa’s fireballs threatening Mondstadt.
• Yucheng shielded Mondstadt with his power, extinguished the fires with rain, and defeated the three dragons after agreeing to Jean’s tariff reduction.
• Jean led the Knights in arresting the Lawrence Clan rebels, while Diluc killed the wounded Ursa and returned with its severed head.
• Mondstadt residents blamed Eula for the rebellion, and she considered leaving for Inazuma after Yucheng and Shenhe offered her a new beginning.

Yucheng brought Mondstadt’s delegation to Inazuma, where diplomatic ties deepened and Klee reunited with Yoimiya. After Klee and Yoimiya encountered a Maguu Kenki, Hu Tao and Zhongli intervened and uncovered a lingering spirit tied to Inazuma City.

• Jean learned that Klee was listed among the travelers to Inazuma, challenged Yucheng about it, and eventually agreed to entrust Klee to Albedo and Yoimiya.
• Yucheng returned to Ritou with the Inazuma and Mondstadt delegations, where Kokomi welcomed him and he introduced Shenhe and Eula to her.
• Yucheng brought Klee to Naganohara Fireworks, where she and Yoimiya quickly bonded, and Yoimiya agreed to look after her.
• Yucheng met Zhongli and Venti at Tenshukaku, then discovered that Liyue’s embassy was established in Inazuma and met its envoys Ganyu and Yelan.
• Yucheng asked Sara to make armor and weapons from a dragon carcass, then assigned Ursa the Dread Dragon to serve as the Uchiha Clan’s guardian beast.

Yucheng restored Mikoshi Chiyo through Impure World Reincarnation, then prepared to leave Inazuma for a diplomatic mission to Sumeru. There, he and Kokomi began investigating the Akademiya’s Akasha Terminals while the delegation paused in Vimara Village.

• After Yoimiya was injured saving Klee, Yucheng ordered her lavish treatment and relocated the Takatsukasa Clan to Yashiori Island, where it would oversee development.
• Hu Tao brought Yucheng the Maguu Kenki Core, and he identified its spirit as Mikoshi Chiyo, who reunited with Ei at the Grand Narukami Shrine.
• Yucheng used Impure World Reincarnation and Sergei’s body to restore Chiyo, then explained the jutsu’s limits and promised to restrict its use.
• Chiyo celebrated her return and visited the Mikoshi Clan’s descendants while Yucheng prepared a Sumeru delegation with Kokomi and Ayaka.
• As the delegation departed, Yucheng assigned Chiyo to guard Klee and Yoimiya, and Ei and Chiyo thanked him for bringing Chiyo back.
• Kokomi briefed Yucheng on Sumeru’s regions and Akademiya, while Great Sage Azar moved forward with a project to create a new God for the Sabzeruz Festival.
• Azar refused to receive Yucheng’s delegation at Port Ormos, where officials issued Akasha Terminals before directing the party toward Sumeru City.

Yucheng brought the Inazuma delegation to Sumeru and uncovered the Akademiya’s plans to create a god using forbidden knowledge. As the Sabzeruz Festival approached, he agreed to help Nilou hold a performance beyond the Akademiya’s reach, while Azar believed he had found Yucheng’s weakness.

• Yucheng exposed Alfonso as the Fatui operative Trofim Snezhnevich and kept him alive as a source of intelligence, while Kavus and Azar tracked the delayed Inazuma delegation.
• Yucheng led the delegation to Sumeru City, where Azar’s Sages made steep demands and Yucheng gave them Ei’s electrified gift box for Lesser Lord Kusanali.
• The Sages opened the box and found an unfamiliar scroll, while Yucheng told Ayaka and Kokomi that the Akademiya had imprisoned Lesser Lord Kusanali for five hundred years.
• Yucheng told Alhaitham that the Sages planned to use Dottore’s puppet, the Raiden Shogun’s Gnosis, and Alhaitham’s Divine Knowledge Capsule to create a new god.
• Lumine, Paimon, Nilou, Dunyarzad, and Dehya confronted Yucheng about the Akademiya’s ban on performances, and he denied requesting it.
• After Dunyarzad collapsed, Nilou begged Yucheng to help hold the Sabzeruz Festival, and he built a huge stage in the Inazuma delegation’s residence.
• Setaria reported the stage’s rapid construction to Azar, who decided not to interfere and concluded that Nilou’s apparent reaction to Yucheng revealed his weakness.
