"It's not that I can't tell you. There's just no real need," Huang Xiao said. "Oh, fine. Since you want to know, I'll tell you. I offended Kui Yong."
"What?" Demon Phoenix's eyes widened. "The First Demon Hall Master? He's awakened and emerged?"
He was the foremost fiend. After the Immortal Alchemist disappeared all those years ago, he had become the strongest in the world.
Even Xuanyuan Jade Butterfly of the Imperial Remnant Manor was probably no match for him.

You might just anger that old fiend, the first Hall Master, into emerging early. If you went back to the Demon Hall, you wouldn't even have a chance to escape then.
