He joined Bu Chan’s investigation of Meng Xing Village, where Huo secretly planned to sacrifice them and the villagers for rewards.

• Wang Ba prepared for conscription, bought protective treasures, and joined the attack on Moon-Mirror Prefecture, where Soul-Dispersing Divine Light killed Su Lingling and Yun Caixiang.
• After returning, Wang Ba learned about the dangers of the sect’s cultivation methods and the Legacy Spirit Talisman Competition, while Jia Nine’s egg hatched into the silent, combat-weak Black Feather Chicken.
• A crimson phantom attacked Wang Ba and Shen Fu, but the Black Feather Chicken consumed it, and Wang Ba then discovered that the chicken could use Soul-Eating.

Wang Ba survived the Water-Controlling City battle, returned to the Heavenly Gate Sect, and spent years breeding spirit beasts while preparing for Foundation Establishment. After breaking through and mastering Dream Creation, he began training as a Spirit Chef and returned to find the spirit rice near his Chicken Farm nearly ready to harvest.

• Wang Ba uncovered Ji Lin’s impersonation of Pan Long and learned the Yin God lineage sought the Yin Spirit Great Dream Scripture, then returned to the Heavenly Gate Sect with Bu Chan.
• Wang Ba became caught in the battle at Water-Controlling City, where Zhao Feng restored his remnant soul, saved Wang Ba, and later left after promising to seek a solution to Wang Ba’s Divine Soul problem.
• Wang Ba returned to the Chicken Farm, found the Divine Dream Technique among his spoils, and learned that Lu Yuansheng expected him to breed a supreme-grade Spirit Chicken within five years.
• Wang Ba and Bu Chan expanded the Chicken Farm, acquired new spirit beasts and seeds, and spent years cultivating and advancing their Spirit Chickens and other beasts.
• Wang Ba unified his essence, Qi, and spirit, accepted a Foundation Establishment Pill from Bai Yu, and broke through to Foundation Establishment with Bu Chan’s support.

Wang Ba explored ghost markets, acquired spirit beasts and techniques, and drew pursuit after exposing Zhu Jianyi’s Yin-Food Bug scheme. After reuniting with Zhao Feng and defeating his pursuers, he captured the Yin-Food Bug Mother, tricked Lin Xiwen’s surviving soul into breeding Spirit Chickens, and set out for Canglan City.

• Wang Ba trained under Bao Chao in spirit cuisine preparation while the Heavenly Gate Sect prepared for escalating conflict.
• Wang Ba explored beyond Swordwave Garrison, obtained a ghost-market token from Song Buping, and followed Wu Hai into the Jinhe City ghost market.
• Wang Ba exposed Zhu Jianyi’s distribution of Yin-Food Bugs, forced him to guide him to the Exquisite Ghost Market, and bought Mountain-Moving Apes and the Golden Wind Jade Dew Art.
• Wang Ba killed Zhu Jianyi, discovered that Yin-Food Bugs concealed divine souls, and acquired more beasts and supplies while Lin Xiwen searched for him.

Wang Ba left the Eastern Saint Garrison to establish formations at Luolan Mountain, where he was drawn into a battle with the Incense Dao and the Mountain-Sea Sect. He reunited with Shen Fu at Thousand Islets Lake, helped defeat Zheng Yuanhua, and arranged with Wu Buping for an escort toward the Heavenly Gate Sect’s garrison.

• Wang Ba entered the Exquisite Ghost Market, traded Spirit Chicken Essence, learned of the Myriad Gods Kingdom’s advance, and received the Mixed Origin Two Extremes Art after Zhao Feng entered the Third Layer.
• Wang Ba prepared for the front by mastering Law Techniques, strengthening his Spirit Beasts, and using the Hundred-Life Soul-Defiling Curse, then persuaded Lu Yuansheng to exempt Bu Chan from the front-line duty.
