Under the effects of Spatial Restraint, Turn Mud to Stone, Energy Restraint, and Steel Surface, the earthen foundation beneath the floating city became compact and hard, its surface covered in a magical sheen. The surrounding space was gradually restrained and sealed as well, and a new floating city was born.

Ulduar continued to rise until it reached the elevation of Ulduar's highest point. The Four Guardians had long since ordered all the Iron Giants and Iron Dwarves to return to Ulduar, while the constructs thoroughly corrupted by Yogg-Saron were destroyed by the Guardians without hesitation.

Patrick's mind penetrated deeper, completing a scan of the entire Creator Engine. The engine was enormous; measured by its depth, it was taller than the entire floating city. Drawing on the power of the Discs of Norgannon, Patrick forcibly pulled the Creator Engine out of the earth, then fitted it into Ulduar from below.
