Patrick uncovered the Halls of Origination, subdued Al'Akir, and developed a spell that could restore the dead, successfully reviving several undead. As Deathwing and Chromatus threatened Azeroth, the Alliance, Horde, Covenant, and dragonflights assembled at Wyrmrest Temple for battle.

• Anachronos told Patrick that Nozdormu had disappeared, and Patrick used Aman'Thul's time runes to find and restore him.
• Patrick led his forces into Uldum, opened the Halls of Origination, defeated Al'Akir, and cleansed Skywall of Old God corruption.
• Patrick experimented with time and life magic, revived a desert scorpion, and restored Memphis-Shadow to life before suspending further resurrections to face Deathwing.
• Deathwing attacked Quelrins City, then flew toward Wyrmrest Temple after Patrick shielded the city and evacuated its residents.
• Deathwing revived Chromatus at Wyrmrest Temple, and Chromatus began feeding on captives while the Twilight's Hammer prepared for the dragons' return.

Patrick overcame N'Zoth's corruption, helped defeat the Sha in the Vale, and then arranged new alliances and confronted Jaina over her past choices. He began preparing an Astral Gate to another world, leaving its construction underway as Medivh learned of the dangers awaiting them there.

• Patrick resisted N'Zoth and the seven Sha, received Titan power from Norgannon and Aman'Thul, and broke free of the seal holding him.
• Patrick trapped the Sha and Faceless Ones, then worked with the Coalition Forces to destroy the amalgamated Sha and its remaining N'Zoth energy.
• Patrick shattered the Helm of Domination at Ner'zhul's request, and Ner'zhul was freed from Kil'jaeden's control before dispersing peacefully.
• Patrick restored Midsummer Meadow as far as he could and began arranging cooperation between the Pandaren, Gilneas, and the Arcane Pact.
• Patrick confronted Jaina in Kul Tiras over her choices involving Daelin, Arthas, and Lordaeron, then returned to Silvermoon and appointed Onyxia as an advisor.
