After Nefarian’s defeat, Dick faced the spreading Qiraji invasion and joined the effort to retrieve the shards needed to restore the Scepter of the Shifting Sands. He assembled allies to recover Thunderaan’s imprisoned power, but the arc ended with Ragnaros confronting him and his companions in Molten Core.

• The Dragon Aspects defeated Chromatus, and Dick killed Nefarian before helping Anduin begin his training as a paladin.
• Dick and Jaina confronted the arrival of Blackrock Orc refugees, while Dick declared his love for Jaina to Daelin and she stood by him.
• A swarm of Qiraji attacked Theramore and other regions, and Naisha identified Dick’s red crystal as a shard of the Scepter of the Shifting Sands.
• At Moonglade, Malfurion and the gathered leaders agreed to fight the Aqir, while Chromie warned that the Scarab Wall would collapse within three to five months.
• Dick traveled to Silithus, negotiated with Aishir to recover Thunderaan, and secured the support of the Dark Iron Dwarves and the Council of the Black Harvest.
• Dick and his allies fought through Molten Core, defeated Garr and Baron Geddon, and recovered one half of Thunderaan’s prison.
• Hamuul freed Executus, who summoned Ragnaros, but Ragnaros killed him and confronted Dick and his allies amid rings of flame.

Dick helped unite Azeroth’s forces against the Qiraji, then entered Ahn'Qiraj to confront C'Thun. The Old God’s defeat shattered the Qiraji Empire, though Dick’s fate after calling on Norgannon remained unresolved.

• Dick and his allies destroyed Ragnaros’s power, restored Thunderaan, and gathered support for the coming war.
• The Alliance and Horde broke the Scarab Wall and began their assault on the Qiraji, while Dick led a strike team into Ahn'Qiraj.
• Dick freed Ossirian from C'Thun’s control and took command of the Anubisath, then learned that C'Thun was gathering souls to escape its prison.
• The allied forces entered the temple and divided their troops among its routes as Dick advanced toward C'Thun and the Twin Emperors.
• Dick freed Arygos, Korialstrasz, and Merithra before C'Thun emerged, while Sylvanas, Vereesa, and Liadrin defeated Ouro.
• C'Thun trapped Dick in an illusion, but he recognized it and woke before surrendering himself to save Liadrin, Moam, and Velinde.
• Inside C'Thun, Dick attached Brann’s bomb to a Titan prison conduit, injured the Old God, and called on Norgannon as the acid stripped away his protection.
• C'Thun died, weakening the Twin Emperors and scattering the Qiraji, while the allied forces defeated the remaining Qiraji lords and Huhuran.

Dick secured the World Blueprint and revived Anveena in Uldum, then prepared to continue the Titans Path at Ulduar. In the north, Darion and Thassarian faced the Scourge as Dick’s allies gathered for a campaign against the undead.

• Dick recovered from C'Thun’s defeat, and twenty-three years later the adventuring group Elwynn Forest destroyed the last large Qiraji hive in Silithus.
• Dick gave Senxia Death’s Kiss and sent him to establish a base in Uldum, while Anduin was ambushed, escaped Garona, and traveled with Chen and Li Li toward Karazhan.
• Garona gave Dick Anduin’s scepter and revealed that Cho'gall had a new master, while Dick continued searching for Uldaman and found Ironaya, who recognized him as Tyr’s heir.
• Dick rallied Od’rak Stoneheart’s Earthen Legion, defeated the corrupted Archaedas with Ironaya’s help, and learned from the Disc of Norgannon that he needed the World Blueprint in Uldum.
• Renault betrayed and stabbed Old Mograine during a Scourge ambush, but Darion, Thassarian, Velinde, and Maiev helped save Mograine and defeat Dathrohan.
• Senxia’s crew raided Orsis and captured its Pharaoh, and Dick obtained the Scepter of Orsis after promising not to misuse the Forge of Origination.
• Dick found the Ark of Promise and its Platinum Disc, entered the Halls of Origination, received the World Blueprint from Rajh, and persuaded Anhuur to use the Titans’ energy to revive Anveena.
• Anveena awakened and embraced Dick, while Thassarian joined Darion’s northern campaign and Jaina, Marshal Gath'riss, Liadrin, Archaedas, and the Earthen Legion gathered forces for war.

Dick rescued Uther from Naxxramas, but Kel'Thuzad escaped with the Eye of C'Thun and left Naxxramas to crash into Light’s Hope Chapel. As Dick gathered allies for a campaign against Arthas, Kael'thas revealed that a captive Naaru named M'uru recognized Dick’s connection to its kind.

• Marduk’s undead were routed in Darrowshire and at Marris Stead, and the Alliance and Quel'Thalas forces drove the Scourge from Eastweald as Naxxramas entered the battle.
• Dick stopped Brigitte from returning to Tyr’s Hand, warned Darion about General Bali Westwind, and tried to rally Alexandros Mograine before setting out to rescue Uther.
• Dick and his companions infiltrated Naxxramas, freed Uther, and fought the Scourge until Kel'Thuzad scattered the combatants and left Dick facing the mutated Rivendare.
• Dick and Anveena defeated Rivendare, but Kel'Thuzad revealed that he had merged the Eye of C'Thun with Xal'atath and departed to pursue his plan to revive the Old Gods.
• Naxxramas crashed into Light’s Hope Chapel, killing nearly everyone there, while Kel'Thuzad revived in a vessel and the Alliance retook West Darrowmere.
• Dick and Tirion urged the factions to unite against Arthas, and Lor'themar regained control of himself and killed Balnazzar as the captured Scourge servants were burned.
• Dick knighted Anduin and presented him with the Might of Menethil, then met Gavensent Skovald, who was seeking champions for the Halls of Valor.
• Dick negotiated military support for the Northern Expedition by offering information and concessions to several faction leaders, and Kael'thas pledged Quel'Thalas’s rangers and mages in exchange for help freeing the Shen'dralar descendants.
• Kael'thas showed Dick and Jaina Arcan'dor and led them to the Mana Prison, where the captive Naaru recognized Dick’s connection to its kind and introduced himself as M'uru.
