Qian Ran gains a third Soul Ring, recruits the Ice Empress, and returns to Shrek Academy with her. After confronting Bei Bei, he reveals Tang San’s plans for Wang Dong’er, leaving her shaken but determined to choose Qian Ran and reject Huo Yuhao.

• Qian Ran gave Wu Feng a modified Level 5 Soul Tool, then left Shrek Academy and met Qian Renxue, who gave him a token for the Holy Spirit Cult.
• Qian Renxue brought Qian Ran a tiger-type Soul Beast in the Far North, and he absorbed its Soul Ring to become a Soul Elder before replacing his third skill with Holy Light Illumination.
• Qian Ran confronted Huo Yuhao and Niu Tian over the Ice Empress, exposed Tang San’s influence, and persuaded the Ice Empress to trust his alliance with Qian Renxue.
• Qian Ran gave the Ice Empress the first level of the Transformation Art, making her a weak Soul Master, and promised to help her rescue the captured Snow Empress.
• Qian Ran and the Ice Empress left the Far North with Qian Renxue, who parted from Qian Ran before he and the Ice Empress traveled back to Shrek Academy.
• Bei Bei demanded that Tang Ya return to him, but Qian Ran returned, defeated Bei Bei, and reunited with Tang Ya, Jiang Nannan, Xiao Xiao, and Wang Dong’er.

Qian Ran used his healing ability and rare treasures to help Ma Xiaotao and the girls while deepening his ties with Xian Lin'er and Zhang Lexuan. After taking Zhang Lexuan on a date, he raised doubts about Mu En’s role in her family’s death and left her questioning the man she had regarded as her father.

• The system rewarded Qian Ran with pills, a soul ring age-limit card, the Great Resurrection Technique, and cosplay outfits, and he gave Wang Dong'er Xiao Wu's pink costume.
• Qian Ran explained Wang Dong'er's divided-soul connection to Tang Wutong, then took her to see Zhou Yi, where Ma Xiaotao arrived and begged him to help with her Evil Fire.
• Qian Ran suppressed Ma Xiaotao's Evil Qi with Light's Flame, then fought her in the Soul Fighting Zone and used his healing skill to recover from her attacks.
• Zhang Lexuan warned Qian Ran that Mu En might protect Bei Bei, but Qian Ran refused to leave Shrek Academy and later discussed ways to help Ma Xiaotao control her Evil Fire.

Qian Ran humiliated Bei Bei and Dai Huabin, brought Zhu Lu into his life, and helped the Ice Empress join Shrek Academy’s Soul Tool Department. The stretch ended with Huo Yuhao arriving at Shrek, where Xian Lin'er and Qian Ran began making plans to deal with him.

• Qian Ran and Zhang Lexuan humiliated Bei Bei, and Xian Lin'er joined Qian Ran in whipping and deceiving him after he sought her help.
• Qian Ran attended the Beast Arena assessments, revealed his Level 5 Soul Engineer rank, and persuaded Zhu Lu to choose him over Dai Huabin.
• Dai Huabin attacked Qian Ran, but Zhou Yi and Qian Ran forced him to kneel and apologize before he vowed revenge and transferred to Mu Jin’s class.
• Qian Ran drew Zhou Yi closer, while Mu En considered arranging Qian Ran’s death at the Advanced Academy Soul Master Tournament to protect Bei Bei.

Qian Ran deepened his relationships with Zhu Lu, Zhou Yi, Wu Feng, and Wang Dong'er while Huo Yuhao grew more hostile toward him. The arc ended as Qian Ran prepared to compete in the Core Disciple selection tournament, with Huo Yuhao planning to pursue the Snow Empress in Star Luo City.

• Qian Ran spent time with Zhu Lu, while Huo Yuhao returned to Shrek Academy and resented Qian Ran for taking his opportunities and women.
• Qian Ran kissed Zhu Lu on the athletic field as Zhou Yi watched, then Zhou Yi openly flirted with him and left Zhu Lu jealous and suspicious.
• Qian Ran and Zhou Yi grew closer, and after Wu Feng overheard them, they brought her into their circle and made her Zhou Yi’s disciple.
