As he prepared to marry women tied to powerful factions, he humiliated Tang San and drew the Goddess of Kindness to his side, while Tang San and Bibi Dong anticipated the coming conflict with the Divine Realm.

• Xu Ran watched Zhu Zhuqing reveal her evolved Martial Soul and defeat Emperor Dai and his forces, after which the Zhu Family took control of the Star Luo Empire.
• Xu Ran healed Zhu Liya, accepted her love, and kept Dai Weisi alive in a hidden place while the Zhu Family purged its enemies and Zhu Zihao became emperor.

After his wedding, Xu Ran fought off the God of Destruction and turned his attention to the Far North. He won the Snow Empress’s allegiance, gathered the northern beasts, and upgraded the Ten Thousand Beasts Armor as he prepared to challenge the Divine Realm.

• Xu Ran proposed a Douluo Federation, gained the support of Spirit Hall and the major factions, and began his wedding with Zhu Zhuqing and his other brides.
• After the wedding, Xu Ran received a mission to seize control of the Divine Realm, then faced the God of Destruction over Heaven Dou City.
• Xu Ran endured the God of Destruction’s attacks and drove him and the God of Evil back toward the Divine Realm, while Sword Douluo advanced to Level 98 after witnessing Xu Ran’s swordsmanship.
• Xu Ran set out for the Far North to recruit its Ferocious Beasts and upgrade his Ten Thousand Beasts Armor, then defeated the Titan Snow Demon King and challenged the Snow Empress.
• Xu Ran overcame the Snow Empress’s attacks, revealed that he was the Clan Leader of the Heavenly Snow Woman clan, and won the allegiance of the Snow Empress, Ice Empress, Ice Bear King, and Titan Snow Demon King.

Xu Ran conquered the Divine Realm, established a new order, and traveled to the Dou Qi Continent to claim it. After meeting Nalan Yanran and Ya Fei, he arrived at the Xiao Clan with Xiao Mei, whom he had helped become a Dou Zhe.

• The Ice Empress reconciled with Xu Ran, and he promised her a Godhood, while the Snow Empress trusted his plan to make her the Ice God.
• Tang San arrived after devouring the Ice God's origin and challenged Xu Ran, who sent the Snow Empress and Ice Empress to safety before preparing for battle.
• Xu Ran and Gu Yuena led a surprise attack on the Divine Realm, killed the Asura God and many other gods, and Xu Ran gained control of the Divine Realm.
• Xu Ran accepted the Godhood of the God of Domination, killed Tang San after he attacked the recovering goddesses, and took charge of the Divine Realm.

Xu Ran entered the Xiao Clan and used promises of restoring Xiao Yan’s cultivation to draw Xun’er closer, while Xiao Yan grew convinced that she had betrayed him. After Xun’er left him, Xu Ran showed his overwhelming strength and brought her back to the Xiao Clan, where Xiao Yan’s cultivation temporarily fell and his father publicly struck him.

• Xiao Mei brought Xu Ran into the Xiao Clan as her boyfriend, and he impressed the clan by testing beyond the Demon Stone Tablet’s limit.
• Xu Ran promised Xun’er a pill for Xiao Yan in exchange for her affection, then demanded that she dance for him while Xiao Yan watched from hiding.
• Xun’er delivered the Green King Pill to Xiao Yan, but he accused her of humiliating him and chose Nalan Yanran over her.
• Xu Ran subdued Ling Ying, raised his cultivation to Dou Zong, and claimed he was a Dou Di before finding Xun’er in the rain and comforting her.
