An Le’s growing power drew her into conflict with Ye Shiyu and Bai Yi, while Yan Huan helped avert a crisis involving a suicidal cancer patient. The arc ended with An Le’s influence on Yan Huan deepening, Spencer returning, and the Student Council preparing to train in Sakura Nation.

• An Le attacked Ye Shiyu with her tentacles and Pleasure Manipulation, but Ye Shiyu escaped when her Hypnosis App bit off a tentacle, and Yan Huan carried her away from campus.
• Ye Lan learned Yan Huan knew about Ye Shiyu’s past attacks and agreed to let him help her, while Meow-chan warned him that using Modifiers carried increasingly serious consequences.
• At Lily Cancer Hospital, An Le investigated the illusory ticking in Bai Yi’s changing room and attacked her, but Bai Yi’s Modifier countered, and An Le then kissed Yan Huan to break the resulting curse.
• When a cancer patient went missing during the charity performance, Yan Huan and the others found her on the hospice rooftop, and An Le caught her as she fell and eased her pain with her Modifier.
• After the patient later died peacefully, An Le led Yan Huan toward a hotel, but her parents found them together, and Yan Huan used Memory Correction to support her explanation that he needed rest.
• Yan Huan received half of Crab Medicine, learned that it could remove curses and Modifier side effects when complete, and saw that his weekly reward again reflected the favor of the demon governing promiscuity.
• An Le’s evolved Modifier overwhelmed Yan Huan’s resistance and drew him toward the Love Nest Hotel, but her parents arrived before she could book a room.
• Yan Huan announced the Student Council’s Sakura Nation training camp, reunited with Spencer, and agreed to exchange gifts with her before Ms. Heather gave him his duties as Spencer’s On-Campus Education Counselor.

Yan Huan’s relationships with An Le and the other Modifier Hosts grew more dangerous as he tried to keep their conflicts contained. The Study Group arrived in Sakura Nation, where An Le began targeting the other Hosts and Tong Yingying prepared to meet Yan Huan.

• Yan Huan tried to calm the confrontation over Spencer by explaining Sakuramiya Yuri’s reasons for helping her and admitting he wanted to support her, leading Sakuramiya Yuri to recruit Hitomi Sakuramiya and Bai Yi as tutors.
• An Le confronted Hitomi Sakuramiya inside her Barrier, then used Pleasure Manipulation on Yan Huan, who resisted her and persuaded her to postpone their intimacy until the Training Camp’s final night.
• Yan Huan learned that An Le’s Modifier might be manipulating her, while An Le discovered that willingly giving up her Superpower could hurt Little Finger and set off for Sakura Nation.
• Yan Huan used the Fragment Refiner on Bai Yi’s fragment, and Sakuramiya Yuri arranged for him to sit beside Hitomi Sakuramiya on the flight despite his attempt to change seats.
• Yan Huan and the Study Group arrived in Sakura Nation as Tong Yingying found his training-camp itinerary and messaged him that she would visit him in Osaka.
• An Le joined Yan Huan at the hotel and agreed to plan their promised night together, while Ye Shiyu and Bai Yi realized that An Le was targeting people with Superpowers.
• An Le knocked on Hitomi Sakuramiya’s hotel-room door, and Hitomi mistook her for Furuya and opened it as Ye Shiyu and Bai Yi listened nearby.

Yan Huan and the Study Group traveled through Osaka and Nara while An Le’s conflict with the other hosts intensified and Tong Yingying pursued Mama Bai’s killer. The group reached the Sakuramiya estate, where Lucy Anna provoked Hitomi Sakuramiya and Spencer, and Yan Huan recovered a forgotten childhood memory of An Le.

• An Le attacked Hitomi Sakuramiya, Ye Shiyu, and Bai Yi as they tried to protect their powers, but they hid the conflict when Yan Huan arrived and agreed to confront An Le together.
• Tong Yingying reunited with Yan Huan, claimed his pearl necklace as her gift, and kissed him before learning he planned to visit the Sakuramiya Family.
• Ye Shiyu, Hitomi Sakuramiya, and Bai Yi asked Spencer to cooperate against An Le after discovering that she had a superpower and suspected An Le had targeted her.
• Yan Huan visited Tōdai-ji with An Le, then slapped Sakuramiya Jing to the ground when Jing charged at him.
• Tong Yingying and Nara agreed to find Mama Bai’s killer, whose trail led toward Arashiyama, while Yan Huan brought the Study Group to the Sakuramiya estate.
• At the estate, Hitomi Sakuramiya chose to share a room with An Le, and Lucy Anna later taunted Hitomi and unsettled Spencer by recalling her past.
• Yan Huan challenged two Xiuzhi Academy students after they attacked him, and Lucy Anna ended the dispute before leaving with most of her Student Council.
• Yan Huan used the Demon Slot Machine and received a statue that showed him a childhood memory of promising young An Le he would recognize her, a promise he had forgotten.

Yan Huan opposed Sakuramiya Ji’s plan to send Hitomi Sakuramiya away, while An Le and the others clashed over their Superpowers and their feelings for him. When Hitomi Sakuramiya’s Barrier collapsed during an attack, Yan Huan and An Le were swept through a rift and stranded in a remote village.

• An Le recalled promising the young Yan Huan that he would always recognize her, then asked him to remember their promise for the Training Camp’s last day.
• Yan Huan confronted Sakuramiya Ji over Hitomi Sakuramiya’s treatment and declared he would take her back to Linmen, and Hitomi Sakuramiya chose to leave with him.
• Sakuramiya Ji ordered an operative to target Yan Huan and Hitomi Sakuramiya, while Ye Shiyu hypnotized Yan Huan and Bai Yi intervened before Ye Shiyu could undress him.
• An Le found Yan Huan unconscious and believed Ye Shiyu and Bai Yi had taken his first time, then manifested nine tentacles and chased them from the shrine.
• Armed intruders entered the shrine, and Yan Huan fought an assassin while An Le, Tong Yingying, Hitomi Sakuramiya, Bai Yi, Ye Shiyu, and Spencer converged on the attack.
• Hitomi Sakuramiya’s Barrier expanded uncontrollably, and Bai Yi used Time Stop to destroy it as Yan Huan’s fireworks sent the assassin through a rift into Sakuramiya Ji’s room.
• An Le rescued Yan Huan as the Barrier crumbled, but she followed him through the rift, while Tong Yingying vanished and Bai Yi fainted.
• Yan Huan and An Le awoke in a storm and learned from the village chief that they were stranded in Shenshang Village by a landslide, so they stayed at the village shrine.
